I was amazed by the customer service and mainly wanted to let the owners know how amazing job Chris does with customers. He took the time to show me the exact AR that I needed and walked me through the whole process. Again I definitely recommend them.

I have bought a total of 2 handguns from Red Ghost Gun Shop and Jim the owner was very helpful both times. I often buy ammo at Red Ghost both 9mm and 10mm. I have learned more about firearms and related items from Jim and Walter than most shops i have visited. I find the customer service to be very good. Jim and Walter love answering questions to be a big help to customers. Please try to be patient,the shop can be busy at times.REMEMBER.......You can please some people some of the time.You can please some people all the time.You cannot please all the people all the time.Just strive to do the best you can !!

The staff here is knowledgable and helpful. This is a shop that is particularly good for new shooters, as they can provide plenty of help. They are also extremely friendly toward women shooters. I highly recommend this shop.

Best firearms shop in Evansville hands down. I refuse to go to any other shop. I purchased my first firearm from Terry, he was very helpful, and a great guy all around. Any other shop owner basically brushed me off when I didnt have the money up front. Ill only be doing business with Red Ghost from now on.

I have been to a lot of gun stores in Evansville and Red Ghost took the cake. I walked in the door and was greeted with a big welcome. They had a full stock when most places were out of what I needed. Prices are great! Not rude like a few of the other places I have shopped.I will keep going back!!

Seems to always have what your looking for. Great selection. However if there are more then one other customers in the store everything grinds to a stop. Walter seems more interested in babysitting the NICs system then processing out the customers.This is the second and last time I have experienced this. Went in with my wife to pick up a few hundred rounds of reloadable brass as well as some loaded ammo and some reloading equipment. Less then $300.00 all told but had to wait for 20 minutes while Walter shot the breeze with a would be purchaser of a 22 Cal. handgun. And continued to monitor his computer for a OK from NICs.Walter could have easily processed me through as the cash register is not connected to his computer. Some one needs to tell him it could take hours or days before he gets a response back.He even asked us if we were ready to check out and we said yes and he still did not initiate the transaction. Finally we just put everything back and left. Understand there was only 3 customers in the store and 1 was my wife. My time is important to me and I dont have the time to stand there for 20 minutes with my arms loaded down with product with no indication when we will be processed through. Instead he just continued to swap gun stories the entire time.I dont own the store but if I did I would make sure it was making money by not turning customers away like this. As I said before this was the second time this has happened and I will not be returning again. I will invest the 45 min drive to Whittakers next time as at least there I know I will be able to be processed through.This trip surely was a waste of time. Disgusted!
