These guys are great.... I’m not just happy because they saved my refrigerators etc. But they did everything quickly and effectively! They are now my maintenance program management team. I treat people in my business respectfully and diligently. It’s nice to see other like companies working like they have a pair and getting stuff done. Had a great experience with this company! Contacted them about setting up an appointment and they were there first thing the next morning. Knowledgeable, timely, courteous, left no mess, and had multiple units fixed up in no time!

Answered my call right away and was on site with in a couple hours, squeezed me in between calls and fixed our fryer on our food truck! VERY VERY fair pricing and GREAT quality work. Found Restaurant Equipment Repair online on Sunday. I was looking for a repair company to service my restaurant. The owner informed me that I was to far out of his service area. He said he knew a company closer to me, but did not have the info for them and would locate it and get back with me. I expected him to shoot me a text with the name and number. An hour later I recieved a phone call from TJ with another service company. He said John had reached out to him and gave him my number. I was pleased with TJ and scheduled him to come out to my store this morning. John then called me this morning to make sure that TJ had been in contact with me. John could not take care of me but made sure someone could. Thank you John, customer service like this is hard to find, keep it up and you will never have a problem finding jobs.
