I showed up without an appointment to get four new tires on my truck. I got line jumped a few times because appointments showed up. when they got to my truck it took about 30 minutes.Not bad on price either I think it was like 550 for four new LT tires Mount balance and protection plan

Walking in it was clean. The employees were fast to help me and explain anything I had questions with. I enjoy going there for little things that need to be fixed. I would suggest it for somebody who wants their tires are oil change and such done.

Loved it this time but last time I went..my oil plug was barely screwed back in and if I hadnt noticed all the oil l, my motor would have ended up locked up. This visit however was great..looked like new staff tho!

Some of the rudest people I have ever encountered at any walmart, they argued with us about road hazzard on a tire that we paid for and told us we never paid for it. Then the man told me my tire was not fixable because the nail was to close to the sidewall (which it was certainly not) he was just trying to make us by a brand new tire. These people are completely useless. Again worst walmart experience I have ever had, and I will never shop here again!

If u want covid 19 then go head and shop here no one likes to wear mask even staff they dont wipe down carts as they r brought back in from put side . Nope.me.and.my family well not be shopping here ever

Techs are super friendly, really appreciate them. But the current service manager has an awful attitude problem. He enjoys speaking over you like youre not there, telling a tech how problematic it is we came in half an hour before close with a 15 minute tops job. The tech was very much fine with it. Going to Liberty from now on.

I really appreciate that I can just drive up and someone will air up my tires for free bc im so terrified of doing it. I also love that i can drop my car off for an oil change and go shop because i hate waiting at normal places.

If I could give a negative I would!! People are rude and hardly educated on anything about a vehicle. They say one thing and you get another. I called to verify I could get in and they said yes I showed up 13 min after I called and they said they couldnt help me. 4 new tires That they had on hand and they had absolutely no one in line, in the lot or in the shop they were all just messing around waiting to go home. Keep in mind I called and verified, they stated I would be able to get in and they had what I needed and it was no problem. They close at 7 and we showed up shortly before 5. Automotive people were very polite and quick at taking care of my issues.

They said they wouldnt balance new tires purchased from them unless I paid $10 per tire for lifetime balancing.
