Chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken...yummy! Mashed potatoes...good. cinnamon rolls...YUM!!!! Chicken noodles soup...good!!! Fries and green beans... not so much. Pretty pricey but good portions so youll probably have take home.

Only 3 cashiers. Spent 20 minutes in line before I bailed out to self checkout. Spent 240.00 pricing is no longer worth the lack of service. Just tore up my Walmart card. Will not be going back.

Went to richmond mo. store without receipt to return an item that did not work was sent away was told without another item to scan could not help me I went got tag from shelf with description of item and bar code to scan still would not help so went to excelsior springs now after hours of service for customer service desk operation team lead ask that I go get the item so she could scan it and she took care of it for me very happy with this location above and beyond good customer service

This Walmart was very clean and well stocked. Both the men’s and women’s bathrooms were clean as well. Even the parking lot was well maintained. We found everything we were looking for. We bought several things from the produce department and everything was fresh. Pamela was our checker. She did a fantastic job and was super friendly.

Kind staff when you cant find something. Thats everytime I enter the store. Always clean.

Clean and uncrowded when I visited. I got a Covid booster and a Quad Flu shot and the young man at the pharmacy counter helped me save ten dollars on the flu shot and was so helpful and respectful and sweet. I wish I knew his name. I was a bit anxious. He is a gem!

Was in Walmart supercenter 325 today. They were very friendly and helpful. The store was stocked better than some others I have been in lately. There were no carts or pallets setting on the floor in the way. They there ready for their customers.

Very organized. Need to keep Primitene inhaler in stocks at all times. Good experience. I like there plants .

They got an attitude with me because they messed up by putting the wrong item in the wrong place. I brought that to their attention. Horrible customer service I wasnt asking for the price shown even tho I should have. Down right rude to act like I put it there when there are clearly multiple boxes

Theres a huge difference in this store since the GM changed a few years ago; it had been excellent. Now its okay, but the produce section can be hit or miss. I feel sorry for the cashiers and stock associates since they get the brunt of customer complaints.

Sadly we and our neighbor have stopped using the pharmacy. Corporate walmart use to sell large amounts of prescription pain meds. When the tightening of opiods took place they sell alot less. They will charge you full retail price only !! Under the false hood of we are helping to fight opioid addiction. Well is all your doing is sticking it to working class people who have been crippled or injured and cant afford to take up the loss of your bottom dollar! So we are all in the process of moving our prescriptions up the street. Also they save us more money . Sad how you always have to check GOODRX on other prescription prices because its less elsewhere! Its all about their profits. Alot of us are going up the road!!! 😔

Always nice employees and usually not lines at self check out! Wish walmart would use cashiers more often because having to check out myself with 2 kids is a nightmare. But, we make do.

Pretty clean store overall. I did see 2 tweekers fighting over a box of tampons, so there is also entertainment.

My pregnant wife along with my 3 yr old toddler and a FULL cart of groceries had to wait 45min just to check out because they had ZERO lanes open. Coustomer service wouldnt check her out either. She was told that she would have to check herself out as 3 CSRs just stood there watching.My wife had to tell them twice that someone need to check her out or she was going to just leave her full cart and walk out before they even tried to find someone to check her out. The grocery and produce section of the store is one of the most updated in terms of organization and storage technology Ive seen while browsing a Walmart. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Would visit again if traveling through.

As far as Walmarts go, this is one of the better ones out there.

I like this Walmart better than anyone around where I live I was there visiting at graveside of my mother and Walmart was her favorite place and you association for which shes buried across the street from they were kind and very helpful I appreciated their kindness its hard to find that in a Walmart but these people were very kind

One of my favorite Walmarts to visit. The set up in here makes sense, everything is actually corresponding to like items. Example makeup leads to tanning leads to bug spray leads to outdoor activities appliances leads to outdoor decor leads to indoor cooling/heating leads to indoor decor. Where other Walmarts I have to walk half way across the store for these like items!

Went look for a $ vegetable tray. Went to 3 Wal-Marts and couldnt find one and a Taco tray. I will have to buy them some other place.

Didn’t have to wait for the sale. They had plenty on the shelf already marked down before 6 on Thanksgiving. Special thanks to the hardware department manager.

Not a big Walmart fan especially since I worked there for 11 years. Most of the associates are not very friendly but there are some. I go because they are the only all purpose store in town.

I went there to return an online purchase and havent been in a Wal-Mart in nearly 5 years.I was having a bit of a difficult time and I apologize I dont remember the name of this beautiful lady that helped me out so kindly and actually made me want to return just to thank her again for being so kind to me...

There was 1 register open in the whole store. Self check out wasnt even available. Our cashier was super kind, but I felt bad for her being the only one working the front end.

They do not always have their shelves stocked like they should. That is frustrating when they dont have them with at least partially filled instead of a whole row of empty shelves! And I hate the self checkouts! I dont get paid for checking my own groceries! And I dont get a discount for doing it either!

I think this probably the least busy laid back Walmart I have ever been to!!

Only 1 lane was open of 20. People were lined up even at the jobless self checkout lanes. I will spend my money elsewhere next time.

This was a very clean park. The agents are all very knowledgeable and helpful.The mining process for me was interesting considering I had never done this before and I learned alittle on the way. I didnt find any diamonds but alittle crystal.. I did this for the trip and fun of it.We stayed at an off site facility that was a complete disappointment.

Huge Walmart. Small signage. Self check out was nice. Super clean and an unusually light customer crowd for a Saturday morning. From the outside it actually looks like a Walmart in an impoverished area, but inside its huge, clean, had what I needed, got in and out in under 15minutes.

I was late needed my mess they just closed the pharmacy I needed my mess tonight . A person had a cart close by she it is closed, I said oh no I have to get the meds in tonight I called and rushed WHEN 1st called. I live a ways she went to that door unlocked it got script . God Bless that woman. Thank you God for her helping me THIS WAS URGENT MEDS.

Sum what decent employees

After a really long wait in the pharmacy line, the technician, Aaron, who finally came to the counter, was extremely rude. No greeting at all. He then really bluntly told me (kind of yelled it) he couldn’t hear me. I understand the masks muffle everything but his aggravated tone was unnecessary. I’m not a fan of screaming my name and birthday in a line full of other people anyway- how is that safe, Walmart? and he made it an extremely stressful experience.

Full of prejudice and selective return policy. My husband went to return a bike, after 14 days with receipt, with debit card he purchased it with, with his ID. They took one look at him and said no, Im not doing it. He asked why, and they said it clearly looks like a kid rode it. He said Yes, the training wheel broke after 2 days, thats why we are returning it. They said they couldnt return it because it was used. He asked, isnt that what the 90 day return policy is for? He said ya, at his discretion. Called walmart up, they said return it to a different walmart. Really? We wont ever step foot in one again, and we will toss the bike in the trash like they have become. Coach Luis of the sporting goods department made it easy to never shop there again.

I was disappointed that they did not carry in store items I needed. Also the registers do not allow customers to see how much an item is when rung up.

Did an order pick-up, the young man was prompt, friendly and even asked if I wanted the ice cream in the car rather than trunk since it is hot outside.

Better than most Walmarts aroundEdit: Was 4 star now is 1 star. Never have what you want. Hope you like pepperoni, cheese or supreme pizza because this is all they can be bothered to carry when its actually in stock at all. Trash on the floor everywhere now because they close right after I get off work.

Not enough cashiers, have to round up an employee if you cant find something. Prices are very reasonable, they still suggest the self check-out. Most employees are nice, theres a couple that make it plain they are not interested in helping you and pass the buck to another employee.

Had to go to two separate Walmarts one did not have what I was looking for so I had to go to a different one to find what I wanted.

The last few weeks of going here have been terrible. Shelves arent stocked with any of the things Ive needed or very few at best. Liberty Walmart is where we have started to shop at. Seems like they have the capacity to keep the shelves stocked.

I live about 20 miles away, but have family in the area. I end up stopping in to find stuff I couldnt get at my Walmart fairly often. Its usually very well stocked and not dirty. I havent had any bad experiences yet.

As time passes and the world around us evolves, Walmart seems to be comfortable in poor, rude service.

They are constantly running out of common items theyre handicap scooters are in very bad shape if theyre even available I had a surgery not too long ago went to get my pain meds and they were out of my pain medication this store is terrible even for a Walmart I will be taking my business elsewhere sure Walmarts a little cheaper but I would rather pay a little more than deal with Walmart anymore

I normally dont go to this one because its further out than other WalMarts but I had a store pick up that was only in stock at this store. We decided to go ahead and do some shopping while we were there and I was really impressed at how well their store looked inside and out. Their floors were really clean, they had the items we needed in stock, the bathrooms didnt look trashy and tore up, and their staff was very friendly and helpful. The check out was fast and there was a very small line. I wish more of the WalMarts closer to me were a lot more like this one. I might just do all of my stock up shopping at this store instead of the other 2 closer to my house.

Decent place to get what we need. Usually a great friendly staff, with a few rude ones on late night. I get it, rough day, but your customers come first, ALWAYS.

I went to the Walmart in Liberty that is supposed to be the flag ship of Walmarts what a joke I went to price tires on Thursday at 100 pm I was ment by a VERY LARGE Black man when I asked about the tires I wanted he didnt even look he just told me to back away that they didnt have my tires so Walmart lost a $1200.00 sale and I will NEVER go back in that store again and yes I checked with the store in Excelsior Springs they could have got them and they as usual were very kind and caring

Do not come here late at night, they only have self checkouts open. Takes about 30 min to check out unless you have like 5 items.... Really a terrible experience
