Came in to get a rim change it over. I was told they couldn’t do to policy of the tires being too worn in a nail being in my tire. I ended up driving home only to find this when I went to pump up the tire next morning. You would think season people would at least care enough to not cover the valve stem with the hubcap. Now I’ve got to take the whole tire off. And I’ve got to move around the hubcap to access pumping up my tire. Not very friendly to people on a budget. They did not understand I could not afford to do tires right now. So I was doing the cheapest solution I could. They need to be more competitive on their rims or I would’ve gone through them $200. Too much money for a stock room

I stopped by on Saturday to have a couple tires mounted on my rims. When they finished and I went out to my car the cars computer said one of the new tires were a little low on air pressure. I got out to check it out and noticed that when they installed the tires on the rims they took the factory finish off almost all the way around the edges of the rims. These are very expensive 18 inch wheels to replace from factory would cost a lot of money. I alerted the gentleman at the desk and he came out to look at them and he said that it was caused from the type of machine they use to mount the tires and offered no condolences and went back in to the store. Now I have two damaged rims that never had this damage prior with no recourse.

Dan Page (store manager on duty) was a pleasure to work with. Dan was able to articulate the differences between two or three tire options for my twin axle trailer. I made the conscious selection and Dan always able to service all 4 tires without hesitation. The team was mindful of my needs and took great care of when handling the rims. Tire warehouse is fortunate to have a contributor such as Dan representing their name/brand. Dan was genuine and again, a pleasure to work with. Please continue to set the pace in the industry for customer service.

The team at Tire Warehouse in Exeter are fantastic! Two visits and 3+ hours at Monro in Hampton, but they couldnt get my new tires on my Jeep. After hours of frustrations, I had my tires transferred to Tire Warehouse in Exeter and Kyle had the tires on my Jeep in less than an hour! ALL the staff at Tire Warehouse were very helpful and empathized with my failed attempts at Monro. Tire Warehouse completed the job without issues and was very fair in pricing. Never had a bad experience at Tire Warehouse. One of the few places to get Nitrogen in your tires. Which is great in the winter months. I have never had low tire pressure no matter how cold it is outside. I have a stem issue with one tires no problem.

Went to this place they refused to help me swap over rim. They also told me I had a nail in my tire. They seem to not want to be bothered. The second I told them I couldn’t do a set a tires right away. Got all the way home and the rim cover was blocking the valve stem had to take the tire off just to fix it. Can’t really pump up the tire easily without removing the cover. Would it cost me more money to break it.

I’ve never had a bad experience here, but I have to say lately it’s been even more enjoyable. The customer service is fantastic, and everyone is very helpful. My whole family has been coming here for years and for good reason. Thanks guys!

Great service with honesty and transparency. I went in with a tire that was leaking air slowly. I had to inflate it every other day and could not figure out where the leak was coming from. They took the tire out, realized it was a faulty stem, replaced the stem, and sent me on my way. They could’ve come back and said I needed a whole new tire. I don’t know much about tires, so I probably would’ve believed it. It’s nice to deal with honest people. I will definitely be back whenever I need new tires or tire repairs.

The guys there were great. I needed two plugs and they banged it out in 10 minutes pretty much.

I have always had good experiences here. Recently I had an issue with a set of Goodyear tires installed in October of 2019 on a Toyota Camry. I had unusual tire wear and they wore out way before the tread wear warranty. They worked with Goodyear to get the tires replaced. I will continue to do business with these guys!

They completely botched my girlfriends wheel alignment and did not balance her tires correctly at all. The wheel alignment was worse than before we got the alignment and the balance on the tires were so bad the car was unsafe to drive.

We bought tires and they only lasted 17,000 miles. Yes we did not rotate tires but I usually only rotate them every 10,000 and still get more miles. They offered no solution and only offered to sell me more tires. They did not really care if I was happy or even would come back. Dont worry I wont.

We got some fast professional courteous service here at tire warehouse in Exeter nh on Tuesday 6/23/20. My friends trailer blew a tire and we ended up getting 2 new tires mounted and balanced and installed on the trailer in unbelievably quick time. These guys were totally awesome!

These guys are great!!!! Have always used them in the past for regular tire purchases however this morning they took my car right in, diagnosed my problem (hello nail in the tire), patched it, check my rims (that I unfortunately drove on), checked all tires and got me on my way. All with a smile!! Highly recommend.

So this place was dead, 2 days before Christmas and they got me in quick, did the tire patch I needed which was actually a bent rim from the previous driver of the van. I had a leaky tier, turned out to be a cracked wheel. I found a used one and brought the car back. The used wheel was really filthy. They were able to clean it up and make it airtight. Good service and quality work. I am very pleased.

I have two small, busy and loud children. It is sometimes hard to be able to make calls during business hours which is why I LOVED that I was able to make my appointment at Tire Warehouse Exeter on their local website. (For the next day, I might add.) My tires were switched for the season. When we took them off last year we marked which tire was located where, and without even being asked they noted the previous location and rotated the tires. Talk about being aware and going the extra bit.Thank you for the little things.

Don’t waste your time getting work done here. I made an appointment for a tire changeover. Went all the way there for them to tell me that they can’t do the tire changeover. Pay extra to go somewhere else.

Slow service really bad

I made in appointment online back in may for 4 new tires to be put on and I had picked the tires I wanted online when I made the appointment, when I went to my appointment they only had 1 of those tires and all the tires they had 4 in were much more expensive than the ones I had picked. He said he could order them but they wouldn’t be in for a week and I needed them right away for a road trip. He waived the labor costs for me so that the more expensive tires would be the same price as the cheaper ones(with what the labor would have costed)! Today I had to go back because my passenger rear tire was leaking air fast. It had somehow got a hole in it probably from the 4 road trips I took over the summer to see my family. They got my right in with out an appointment and fixed my tire free of charge. The customer service here has surpassed my expectations and they will forever have me for a customer! I would rate more stars if I could. Thank you exeter tire warehouse!

Was a great place cheap and nice workers

Quick and efficient installation. They work hard to get you in and out as fast as they can. I would suggest calling for an appointment especially before make travel times. They are pretty good about price matching or even beating the competition. I also suggest getting the package that includes tire rotation and balance. They will then rotate and balance for free for the life of the tire. There are no hidden fees or anything. I purchased said package when I bought my tires 2 years ago and have had then rotated and balanced several times since never paying anything for it. They also are quick to re-torque a few days later as they request you get done. Longest I have had to wait for that is 10 minutes and thats when they are really busy. Overall, really good service and have never had any issue. Only 4 stars as their waiting area is lacking and no bathrooms if you are there for a bit.

I made the huge mistake of not being patient for my car to get fixed. I brought it to Firestone unfortunately. It was making a whizzing noise at 30mph. They said I needed new tires. I got the tires and the noise was still there and the entire car was now shaking $900.00 later. I turned around and said its worse now, they said I then needed a wheel bearing. ($600). I said okay I just want it fixed. I picked it up after close and the entire thing was shaking. I live an hour away from there so I just drove home, thank goodness I took the chance at Tire Warehouse when I got back into my area(who was about to close). A nice worker by the name of Kyle Woolf greeted me very friendly and asked what was going on? ( I was ready to explode from Firestone) I explained the entire story to him and he said let me take a look at it. Within less than an hour he found AND FIXED the fact that one of my tires was mounted incorrectly and the tires needed to be balanced. That is all. He was extremely honest and helpful. For that I will always just go back.-

Awesome service. Came in for tires that I thought I needed, I was told that my tires were actually in great shape and a rotation was really all I needed. Decided to get an alignment too as one of my back tires was off. They said I should save my money for all seasons in the spring or just wait until next snow season. I had a slow leak in one of my tires, so I dropped by Tire Warehouse one Sunday afternoon to have them check it out. They quickly found a screw embedded in it, and repaired it quickly at no charge. They were great!

Was on my way to work, and got a flat tire. Ironically I pulled into tire warehouses parking lot. As I was changing the spare, a worker came out to not only assisted me, but ask if I wanted him to mount the new tire while I was at work. After work, I swung by and they installed my new tire. The work that was preformed was done well but I was not informed that the tire I chose online when making the appointment was not available and was given the one model lower. Not a huge issue as I payed a lower cost for them. I was fine with the change I just would of liked to be informed.

LOVE this place! I have gone to all the other places to shop for tires and finally ended up here two years ago. They beat everyone elses price and then some! This year I came back and yet again they gave me discounts on each tire and had the lowest prices around. They are always friendly and always willing to explain the different options to you.

I had purchased my tires direct through Goodyear because there was a special. Unfortunately, when I showed up there was some confusion regarding my order and the appointment. However, the assistant manager was patient dealing with the issue and communicated very well regarding everything. They got my car right in and took care of everything.I understand that the mistake was not caused by this shop and I was happy with how it was handled by the local team at this shop.My advise would be to call the day before and confirm to confirm with the local shop that the appointment has been verified whenever you schedule something like this online.I shopped around a lot before I picked the Goodyear Eagle Sport all season. This was the best deal by far and saved me 25-30% vs. any other competitors.

Went today 1/17/17 not impressed. The person who worked there not very friendly. No smile and didnt seem to care about helping me. I grabbed a quick quote on one of only two options he gave me just cause. When I asked him if he had anything better than what he showed me his response was well I have all sorts of tires and then didnt give further recommedations.
