Where do I begin…Prior to Foss Motors I had contacted/visited 10-12 other dealerships. Unfortunately, Foss Motors was one of the last stops I had made…so, if you are in search of a vehicle PLEASE save yourself some trouble/time and make Foss Motors the first and only place you go!All over the website, Foss Motors highlights that it is a family owned business and let me tell you…it shows! Their customer service from day one was absolutely amazing. I personally worked with Scott and throughout the entire process he was extremely communicative, honest, and clear! I was a first time buyer and he patiently explained every single question I had, which I really appreciated! Furthermore, on my pick up day Scott seemed just as excited as I was, which made the experience all that much better!When the day finally came to pick up my Jeep Wrangler, I ventured up to New Hampshire from Massachusetts (around an hour drive and yes it was worth it…so my Massachusetts friends…you should all venture up as well!). When I walked into the building I was greeted with lots of smiles. It felt like such a warm and welcoming environment (something I hadn’t felt in all of the other dealerships). The staff members were all joking around with each other and they all seemed to be having a great time (again, you can tell it’s family owned and family oriented).When it came to finances I had worked with Steve! This process can be confusing, (especially as a first time buyer) but Steve made the whole financing process quick and painless!On another side note: if you are looking into a dealership to order a vehicle from the factory (as I did) GO HERE. They stand by their statement of “#1 Volume Dealership in New Hampshire” for a reason. My Jeep personally came WELL within the time frame that Scott quoted (4-8 weeks, specifically around the 5-6 week window). Some dealerships were quoting the delivery into next year (3-4 months)…I will be posting this same review to other platforms because I can’t say enough (to enough people) how much I highly recommend this dealership.Thank you Scott, Steve and the staff at Foss Motors!

Well unfortunately if you have anyone help you make a deal your car might be put under There name but don’t be fooled when the salesman says “ you can fix it on your own” he’s a did and a failure. He was insanely wrong so therefore I have to go to another Chrysler dealership and have my vehicle reestablished because once again I was pushed out the door. I spent six weeks with the company trying to fix the problem I have and they cannot rectify it meaning they do not know their own jobs personally or independently.

Salespeople are not consultants. Do your research and understand your options before making a purchase. Look out for your best interests as the salesperson is looking at theirs, not yours. Be careful with aggressive and persistent marketing materials. You never get the advertised offer in the letter sent to your home numerous times. It’s a sales tactic to get you there. I recently had an experience where I was “lured” in with an offer that I received in the mail. It was not as advertised, and again, in contrast to doing what’s best for the Customer, the dealer did what’s best for them.

This is my second purchase with Foss in the last year! Josh made the whole experience easy and convenient. One call into the dealership to see what they had available on the lot + what was coming in, the rest was done via text / email which these days is the easiest way for me to communicate! He handled everything for me, sent me photos when my new Grand Cherokee Laredo X in Sting Gray landed a few days later.Josh even called my insurance company to get the quote set up so all I had to do wait for my insurance to call me to confirm... no waiting on hold for me! Once I showed up to the dealership all I had to do was sign, which Frank made fun, personable and did not pressure us to get anything we did not absolutely need on the back end. In and out in less than 45 minutes. I always hear my friends dreading the car buying process, but when you find the right dealership and team you will always go back. If you are looking for transparent, easy + convenient in one place... Foss is it!

I enjoyed the heads up feature on an Audi A-6 I bought in 2015. This year I wanted a white vehicle with the heads up feature and a 33 gallon fuel tank. It seems that combination is not commonly found in our state.Im a truck guy. I learned how to drive in the late 1940s on a 1935 Dodge panel truck. Quick and pretty straight forward. Repairs can be expensive if you need them. Thats any dealership nowadays. Other than that, warranty work is fast, and Dodge gives you the means by which to be heard if you have a complaint at their dealerships... good place to do business. I special-ordered a Ram pickup from the factory. Transportation was delayed for a while, but thats not within the purview of the dealers (or even FCA?).
