Had them install carpet in my whole house to sell my house. I had estimates from another few stores and when Mike came out to measure my house he was easy to work with and had great prices. Highly recommended

Made an appointment to get rooms measured for a new project. Let the owner know I was driving an hour just to meet him. Waited 30 minutes past the appointment time and called and left a message. He did not show, did not text, did not call, did not answer calls or return messages. Wasted 3 hours that day.He called me back a few days later and I gave him another shot. We set a time and he said he’d call me when he was 30 minutes away. I show up early and wait. 30 minutes past our appointment I call and leave a message. He calls me back 15 minutes later (45 minutes late) and asks if we are still on. I said yes and wait. 45 minutes later he calls me and asks where the house is. He drove to the wrong town/street.Needless to say, this was another 4 hour chunk of my life I wasn’t getting back. The owner says he’s going to make it right and give me a call in 5 minutes.Of course I never hear from him. What is wrong with people? If you are too busy to do a simple quote, JUST SAY SO!!!!

I had them do my whole house with carpet and it came out great. They got it done fast and the installation crew was polite and answered all the questions we had. They beat out 2 other quotes I got also. Would highly recommend them.

They do not keep appointments and do not respond to messages. When you are able to get Mike on the phone he will say anything to placate you and then will fail to follow through.

I had them install carpet In our house, had no issues then called them to do more rooms, twice I was told samples would be dropped off, they never did and they never return phone calls.

Carpets get padded down easily with the cheap product they push.
