Went into the store with the intention of starting my own cell line. Ended up with a family plan for almost triple what they quoted me at. I asked why that was showing up on my bill & that I never signed up for that type of service. They couldnt give me an answer or take the time to fix it. They differed to me calling the 800 number and figuring it out myself. Save yourself somemoney and time & dont use this store.

The woman was very attentive and knowledgeable. She understood what the problem was and got to the point very quickly. She understood very technical reasons as to why the problem was and solve it very quickly. More employees should be like her.

Best service I’ve ever had at a phone store. Paul was very patient and helpful answering all my questions about a phone purchase. He also made sure to take the time and properly place a screen protector on my phone. It looks and feels brand new. Very satisfied customer! Really unhappy that I just drove out of my way to go to this store because the LAST time I was here, they said the problem I was having had been corrected and wasn’t. When I get to the store, the doors locked. Even though the hours on the door clearly says it’s open...and it’s a Saturday...when most people run errands like these.

Paul and Tyler helped me upgrade my phone and select a case and screen protector for the new device. Both were great to work with and answered all of my questions expertly - plus, they were FUN to work with. Highly recommend!

Bought a new phone at the AT&T store in Exeter today. The old phone would not charge more and ALL of my user names and passwords were on it...I was so lost withot that information.Paul was able to get a short charge into the phone and transfer all my data even though the phone was burning up! He had take the phone outside at one point to cool it down.So happy with my experience today

I recently went in to at&t with a shattered iPhone (no surprise there LOL!) and the employee that was on duty, his name was Paul, was so unbelievably helpful and understanding as to why I was so upset (this was my fifth shattered screen LOL)I have now devoted my life to the Exeter at&t and the wonderful job that was handled by Paul!

I was very happy with the service, I got in the Exeter store. They were very friendly, and very helpful. I got the phone I was looking for., with a very gooddeal. Both of them couldnt have been nicer. Thank You,It was totally different from the day before at Eppings store . Where the guy at that store couldnt help me or didnt want to help me.I would recommend the Exeter, Portsmouth Ave. store to anybody.

Spur of the moment, searched for an ATT store heading back from New Hampshire because I wanted the new iPhone X.Look at that one mile from Thai restaurant we were having lunch at. Sales rep Paul spent an hour with us fixing problems we had had with all four of our phones. The data block on Sues phone had been going on forever. Paul found where the account was blocked.He also switched phone numbers, daughter got my old phone and her smashed screen became an iPod. By then I was taking all his recommendations. The Otter protector and the screen protector he installed is perfect.Well done. Most of Pauls help was nothing that could be tied to a commission but I might have to have lunch in New Hampshire when I upgrade again.

T-MOBILE has better prices and service and customer care. End of story.

Would go to a different AT&T store if you have to go to AT&T

Visited this store yesterday to check out the new iPhone. Not only did both my husband and leave with new phones ordered, sales rep Tom Fabiano helped us save money both on our monthly cell phone bill and our DirectTV account. Excellent, excellent customer service from our sales rep, Tom and the manager on duty, Derreck. There was a third rep in there (sorry didnt catch your name) that helped keep my 3 year old entertained with a game of hide and seek. Cant say enough good things - friendly & knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service. Ive been an ATT customer for at least 20 years and customer service like this is exactly why! Highly recommend this location and sales team for all of you cellular needs!

When I walked in they were playing games. One was leaning the other one was sitting. They didnt move when they asked if I needed help. They didnt seem interested to become engaged. Not very welcoming.
