This shop is adorable! I love the concept; I love the staff. I was pleasantly surprised at their friendliness and enjoyed my time in the shop!Im not pleased that I paid $8 for protein powder to be mixed with water and ice. I could have done that at home for free. If there were extras: globs of PB, oats, varieties of milks, etc, that wouldve softened the blow.I love supporting small, local shops, so Ill likely be back but it wont be a frequent weekly visit.

I absolutely love the health coaches here! I attended a free nutrition class and sampled their tea, shake, and aloe. The tea bomb is a must; tea, aloe, and a LiftOff. I highly recommend this nutrition club to anyone interested in living a healthier and more active lifestyle. There are highly motivated health coaches who will sit down with you and plan out a nutrition program that will help you lose weight, gain more energy, and feel great. Come check this nutrition club out!

This place is nasty. The shakes are just powder (that you can buy from the store) combined with a nasty liquid that I believe is just water. I know its not just one that was bad. I tried a few different flavors all from different times and they all tasted worse than what you can buy from the grocery store. Also the cups they serve the drinks in is in Styrofoam which if you are calling yourself a health business you should have more healthy options for the environment.The shakes also need more to them like Jamba juice. For example they need more fruit and vegetables with addition to the protein powder to make it more palatable.One positive to this business is the look of the entire store. It is newly updated.I can see potential for this business if they make some many NEEDED changes but right now it is NOT WORTH IT.

Good Life is the best thing that has happened to me and my family. The tea and shakes are amazing, the environment makes you feel like you have family there.i really love there free fit camps. People come from all over Sacramento, even from out of town to enjoy it. I found my self getting healthy and the looks ive always wanted. I found friends i can call on becsuse of this place, and Im happy that I get to consider this place like my home.

Good life nutrition has excellent shakes, tea and aloe. Also many other products such as lift off, Beverage mix and protein bars, etc.Some of my favorite shakes is Pumpkin, Cinnabon, PB Chocolate, Starburst, Cookies and cream. Many choices to choose from. There’s only a few that I haven’t tried. Definitely better than anything you can by in the store.Not only do you get excellent products you get excellent service as well. Friendly, encouraging, positive and one on one coaching to help you get the best results ever. I go here sometimes as much as two times a day because I know I can get great nutrition that my body needs.

Horrible! The drinks were awful especially the shakes I have never had anything this bad before. Tryed many of there flavors in the shop and enjoyed none of them. I have had different kinds of protein powder shakes and stuff like it before so I thought I knew what I was getting my self into, but I have to say this was one of the worse. I believe it would probably be cheeper to buy your own containers of this stuff from the grocery store or health food store. One think that is some what positive is that its cute that they write those kind of personal messages on each of the styrofoam cups with a marker. The problem with the cups is that they are basic cheep plastic cups which it doesnt really work out too well with the hot tea and I hope your not taking it to go because they dont have lids for them either. I believe they can take extra steps to improve there business. Like maybe add more health items since there business is all about health, and maybe even switch to some greener alternatives, because every time I have been there it has been completely empty. They need to make some very need improvements, if anything on those horrible drinks.
