I love this corner liquor store. The employees are ALWAYS decent-not cold and snobby like it often is with liquor store personnel.They have decent prices. They have my favorites: fairly priced ice, Sierra Nevada Beer, good price on giant BuzzBalls, and excellent price on motor oil. All my regular needs!

They have two for 220 or $2.50 of these individual Long Island iced teas and theres other ones that are over there too but the Long Islands cant beat it for the price really good I think theyve just got some pretty reasonable prices and they were open when the other stores werent.

Well, if you drive north on Sunrise heading home from work, and you want to pick up a six pack of beer to enjoy, you might be interested in knowing the temperature of Village Liquors beer refridgerator. Heres a hint. Village Liquors is one of the few stores in Sacramento with a refridgerator that is so cold, a jacket needs to be worn to re-stock it. While competitors routinely keep their refridgeration units in the 40s, sometimes at 50, Village Liquors beer chilling reefer is kept at a constant 37 degrees, as in 5 degrees above freezing. What else is unique about Village Liquor? Ever heard of Big Game Jerky? Didnt think so. What is Big Game Jerky? Hold on. Only a few of stores in Sacramento have it. Big Game Jerky comes in 16 different flavors. Here are just a few. Alligator, Ostrich, Wild Bear, Kangaroo, Buffalo, and the list goes on. Great service, as in very friendly. If nothing else, a visit to Village Liquor to check out their beer cooler temperature is a treat. Buy something from the cooler if youre thirsty. So why did I give this liquor store 4 stars?
