We needed a Full size bad for our son who was arriving back after almost 5 years in the Navy. Went to Costco and they only had partial sets. Went to the Mattress Ranch and they had several options in stock at reasonable prices. We will definitely shop there again!

I absolutely love this place! The staff is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. In the last 7 years I’ve bought 2 mattresses and 3 mattress protectors all of which I still actively use and have had zero defects in that time. Literally just bought another mattress and am super happy about it!

Kayla and Candice are rockstars! They took their time with us to insure we went home with what worked for us. Instead of selling us a super expensive model, they showed us some less expensive models. They really know their stuff. Super cool experience.

Price of the mattress was great, but my partner and I were told $69.99 for the metal bed frame when we purchased the mattress. We ended up waiting about a month and when we went back, they wanted $180 for it. A similar product is only $89.99 on Amazon, so I dont feel good about my interaction today at all. The man I spoke with claimed I misremembered the price, but both my partner and I are both certain it wasnt $180, otherwise we would have looked elsewhere to begin with. My advice is to get any prices they tell you in person written on paper with their initials on it.

Hey guys! I came in yesterday for my first time (03/13) in frantic search of a mattress for my first place, I really needed one that night to sleep on, and the lady that helped me was absolutely fantastic. Her name is Kayla and she helped me find one that I found truly comfortable in my price range, suggesting different packages and options. I walked away with a full set, including a bed cover and sheets! I dont know why there are so many negative reviews about service and product issues, as I doubt its just hit and miss service and I purchased one of the cheapest beds there and its super wonderful! I work, on average, 12-13 hours 7 days a week, so I need something to my liking to snuggle up on. The first night with my mattress was amazing! She gave time to other customers there as well, giving them the same good service!I think some customers are just very difficult to please and dont care to read into their purchase as they should, this is definitely a good place to check out. Recently I made a mistake when I bought the wrong type of mattress from Mattress Ranch, and they 100% no questions asked made things right for me and I could not be happier! We purchase a queen mattress a year and a half ago from the Mattress Ranch and the staff were SO helpful. The bed was one that folks with Fibromyalgia seemed to love and with my spinal arthritis I was willing to try it since in the store, it was comfortable. it was Perfect! When we came back for an upgrade to a king, Joel (Joele) Helped us so much! He pulled up our records and we were able to buy the SAME style mattress that we fell in love with the first time, How cool it that! Everyone there went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We are sure that well be back!

Im not sure how anyone can rate mattress ranch with any stars!!! I purchased a king size bed in 2008 for $2000 and it was the best mattress they had. HA! By no means!!! I had back problems instantly and went back to the Fairbanks store within a week and told them. They said because I was used to a spring mattress it could take a month for my back to get used to the foam type. After a month I was even worse off!! I told them and they said they dont allow returns after 30 days! What?! I let them know what I was told within the first week I purchased it, and they said I could submit a claim to the manufacturer and it might be a manufacturer defect. After countless phone calls emails and letters and pictures submitted, finally 3 months later I was approved for a replacement. The next mattress was just as horrible!! So I went through the process again bust specified I wanted a mattress from a different manufacturer, same thing! Horrible mattress!!! And I attempted to get my money back and was laughed at, so I said I would try a different manufacturer, and when that finally got processed and approved, they asked me to bring in the 3rd one, there was a faint stain on this one and they denied me, I used their mattress protector religiously, the thing leaked! $2000+ in the hole and 3 years later nothing to show for it!!!!!

My husband bought me two very expensive pillows from here bc I had just been released from the hospital and am almost entirely relying on one lung to breathe. The two pillows he brought home reaked of mold. They caused me to have a 20 min coughing attack until they were removed from my room. My husband has no sense of smell and did not know that they smelled like that. He tried to return to the store for a refund and was refused. 150$ literally thrown into the garbage bc a company has no sense of dignity. The only helpful thing he did was give us the manufacturers number and she was very sweet and understanding. I would stay away from this company. Run far away. I very rarely leave a negative review bc I believe people have bad days, but after several days of days of dealing with him and no offers of a solution...

Great customer service, purchased a bed frame. No rushing or pushing of stuff we didnt need.

Probably the worst customer service Ive received; there was none. I was in there for ten minutes or so before anyone even came out. Granted, he was probably busy looking for something for the only other person in there, but once he came out, he didnt even acknowledge me, my friend, or my mother. After about ten more minutes of not being spoken to AT ALL, we left. No acknowledgment of that either. I wouldnt give this place a second look ever again. Customer service was pathetic.
