We had just a little bit of time for shopping, and I had wanted a pair of fur earmuffs before leaving Alaska. I couldn’t find anything I liked UNTIL I found the Fur Factory in downtown Fairbanks. Jose showed me a variety of possibilities - fox, lynx, bobcat, you name it. IN 30 MINUTES I HAD A PAIR OF BIG, CUSTOM EARMUFFS AT A PRICE I COULDN’T BELIEVE. Thank you so much, Jose! We’ll be ordering more for Christmas presents.

Amazing place with a lot of native souvenirs

I will also take down this review IF my package arrives. I spent $1500 at this store, and have repeatedly tried to get my things shipped since September last year. No refund, no fur in my hands. Ridiculous. Ill be back in Fairbanks in April, statements in-hand and will hopefully get a refund. What a scam. If you buy from here, make sure you take your stuff home!

I will take down this review when my purchase arrives. It was ordered in August of 2017, 2 years ago. We have spoken to the manager several times and he always says he will send it, or makes us show the invoice (which we have!). Its such a scam. He just stole our money. Be careful about ordering something to be delivered. He will never send it.

For past reviews...dont be so judgmental...the mans wife just passed away...He was very helpful both times back in September before his wife passed and this year when my daughter and I went and needed some items.

Agree with earlier reviewer. No thing is good on time. Lower quality items if placed an advanced order. Price is much higher than airport store.

Nothing was on time and there was an excuse for every time he couldnt give us our hat that he was making for us.

I have shopped there for years and had a hat remodeled and have always been happy with the work and prices.

Rude man DO NOT go to this establishment looking to get ANY short of reasonable offer for your fur items!
