This is the best water to get in town. I do not like the tap water. They are really good about calling back when they need to confirm on how many bottles of water I need. They are also really good on there deliveries and their price is far.

The water is great I use it in North Pole but don’t drink city water it’s either this or fox springs water . It’s just as good !

This is by far the best water supplier around. My families military (Ft Wainwright’s) and the water on base, out of the tap, is disgusting (and rumored to be unhealthy). So we started ordering from Spring Alaska and loved the service. You order once a week and the water shows up without fail. Great service and great taste.

This is the second time in a year weve run out of water bottles and no one has contacted us after leaving them a message. Very unprofessional and disappointing not getting a call back or response as to when we can expect more water.

Terrible customer service. Never pick up there phone when you try to place an order for water delivery. All around terrible people. Avoid if possible!!!!!

Never call back, but at least we still get our deliveries, so thats something.
