Called to see if I could come try on some dresses today to figure out which style(s) I like and she asked when the wedding was (February) then asked what style I was looking for (which makes no sense, that’s the whole reason for trying on dresses since I don’t know) I told her I didn’t want strapless. She said I needed to make an appt. I said well okay when can I make one and she told me to call back next month. I’m not going to bother calling back in a month. I don’t see why I cant just go in an try a few dresses on. There’s no way they’re THAT busy.

Wouldn’t let me try on a dress due to my wedding being next October.. completed no sense of customer service

They are closed on Saturday, closed for a family emergency, and a for sell sign in the window. I dont even think they are open anymore. :(

I got kicked out of this place because I had never tried on a wedding dress and didnt know there was a zipper on the side. So, we were to pay 25, okay, but then when we said we were going to pay with credit card, she said fine 60 we told her no effing way. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!
