Honestly, started out with my suburban and had them equip subs and replace all stock speakers including the radio. It’s been at least 4 months and nothing is wrong. Second just got my GMC Sierra done yesterday and they went above and beyond. Now imagine, that’s just the vehicle’s. The customer service is another one. The respect for what a customer wants in their vehicle is always there. They will advise you on different solutions but the final word is yours. I am honored to have met Brandon and sad to hear he will be leaving. Everyone there are awesome and outgoing people. When you think oh there just being nice cause they have to no they are grateful to have a opportunity to work with a customer’s vehicle and build a relationship just like I have with Brandon. To any one out there scared and don’t think it’s a good idea, if surgeons specialize in surgery’s and dedicate their life to their work. Well these guys specialize in what they do and dedicate delicacy into the work that they love. The price was high for me and I was scared but when they showed me the outcome, they did more then what was required. Get this, it was free of charge. Now I’ve only done my audio, but judging by outcome of the audio, I don’t think they will be falling short of any other services they offer.

We have been bringing our cars here for over a decade and they have always done excellent work. In addition to the original installation any issues we have ever had, which have all been our fault such as the auto start remote unpairing due to the car battery being disconnected for too long, they have always worked us in quickly to fix the issue. They are friendly and knowledgeable and I feel like they are reasonably priced - especially for how well they continue to stand by their work years after the original installation.

Had a great experience with Robert today. He helped me to get both of my auto start fobs to work. He was quick, nice, and knew what he was doing. He also provided excellent customer service which was much appreciated!

They said they would only install equipment you buy from them even though what I needed was out of stock. They also said they would not modify a dash of a very old vehicle to fit a stereo. They said they only work with dash kits.

Nice selection of Products with a knowledgeable and helpful staff. I purchased a new stereo system for my daughters birthday. She had inherited an older Subaru from Grandma that had a non-working CD player and speakers that crackled.I went in just to look around. I was greeted with how are you today and is there anything you have questions about? No pressure, just friendly staff that genuinely seem to like where they work. Explained what I had and what I was looking for. I was given multiple options with pros and cons for each.The install looks like it came from the factory. My daughter can play music from her phone and receive calls hands free. She delighted by the ease and sound quality. I like the safety of knowing she isnt grabbing her phone every time it rings, and as she is 17 that is quite often.I couldnt be more pleased.

Did a clean install for remote start. Vehicle was done a bit early which is refreshing. Staff are very polite. I will shop here again.

They carry viper autostarts and viper supports the stuff they made more than five years ago and you can usually still get a remote for an old viper alarm or autostart so when your kid loses your last clicker you might not have to have a whole new autostart installed unlike the guys that will still be here when the other guys areGONE they do the best they can but the companys they get their products from are kinda the come and go type but viper is here to stay and street sounds hopefully is too! Not quite since 86. But long enough for me. 2nd and hopefully last autostart on the old ladys 04 f150.

Has this place been in business since 1995? I remember it being in a different location. I got an amp stereo speakers and a sub box. he did a great job on my car. I also remember the giant dog he had.

My experience here was awesome. Went in knowing I wanted some subs for my car, 5-10 minutes later were looking through kits. The price was a bit high for what I wanted, changed a few things. 10-15 minutes I found what I wanted, set up an appointment fitting my schedule. Used their key drop system and dropped it off as early as I could in the morning and went home. I did tell them to take all day because it was my weekend so I really don’t know exactly how fast they can do an install (I’m sure it’s quick) but I got a call 5 hours later letting me know everything was ready.They noticed my aux cord was a bit shotty gave me a 50% off cord, let me know how my speakers in my car were performing (driver side is out sadly) and went to show me how everything worked+winter tips so I don’t blow everything up. Overall professional staff, clean work and a great product.I do not know if they have a shuttle service! I should have asked. But my guess is yes?? They have more than 2 on staff from what I’ve seen. But if not that’s the only thing I would recommend. Thanks for everything!

I had street sounds do the install on two older vehicles with decks and speakers. Prices are fair, service is great. They took time to get me familiar with the system. These guys are awesome! I went to get new radio cause my factory one quit. First thing they did was look at my radio and tried to reset it!!! They tried to fix mine BEFORE they sold me a aftermarket radio!!! The radio they put in is awesome!! SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING!!! If you looking for a place for radio or sound or lights these guys are the ones to see!! Ih they also put in led fog lights that are D O T approved to run in town!!! Super Happy!!! Great place!! Great service. Got the car in/out on time. Took the time to go over my new starter, including help setting up the app on my phone. Came outside to go over all of the features and make sure they all worked. Very satisfied with the job!

I have not been a fan of car stereo shops in any way shape or form. I have trusted several reputable stereo shops in the past and all have returned my vehicles with electrical issues. All shops I have dealt with have offered a discount on the service provided or donate the items they installed for compensation because of poor workmanship.About a decade has past and decided to try Street Sounds. They have renewed my faith in the industry. Well, almost. I had a Smart Start/remote start system, among other things, installed by Street Sounds and it all worked great.Recently, I had an updated Smart Start module installed to replace the obsolete unit. I was not told about the lack of cellular service for the new version until I paid for the device and had it installed. I already had a subscription for the old Smart Start device. Now, the device does not work because the cellular service for the updated module is not operational.The cellular service issue is out of Street Sounds control, however, they knew the service was not up and running for the new module. There is a degree of obligation to inform your customers so they can make a decision to continue with the installation.I now have a paid Smart Start subscription with a non-operating Smart Start. Cancelling the subscription is not a wise move since the new module has already been paid for and installed.Street Sounds did reply to express their concern.The circumstance above aside, Street Sounds sales reps are friendly and helpful. I will continue to send and recommend Street Sounds to my friends and family. My situation appears to be an isolated incident. 4 stars from 3.

Best car audio place I have ever dealt with hands down. A few years back a had gotten my license back after a 12yr suspension. I explained to the driving was a big deal and wanted my driving experience pleasant. I told them my budget and we went from there. Well last week I bought a new truck and I took it in to them with some of my old equipment. And told them what I thought the old one was lacking and they worked with me yet again on my budget and actually came in under the price quoted. The system way exceeds my expectations. The installers know what the F#$% theyre doin. They did an 8 speaker 2 amp install with head unit and it looks factory still. But friggin rocks. The sales staff is off the hook and always eager to answer MORE questions I come up with. The guys are so cool I even bought them all pizza once. I will never deal with another place in town. The place is great and make you feel like family

I was recommended to this place by a friend. I went to get a remote start for my standard vehicle. The shop is very clean, and pleasant. The customer service was great. The only issue is that my car didnt want to cooperate. Im not sure if it was the shops fault, or if it was an issue my car had before hand. (My car popped up with a power steering and stabilitrak fault after I dropped it off.) They went out of their way to help me by doing research on the problem, and also brought my car to the dealership to see if they could diagnose why my car was failing. All of this was at no cost to me. I did not get my remote start here because the dealership is taking over. I would definitely recommend and go back for any other tune ups.

As usual, the guys at Street Sounds did an outstanding job with the installation of my new truck stereo and helped me pick the perfect deck that looks sleek and advances me to the future. BUT WHAT THE WHAT! They even pre-programmed my old radio stations into the new system. Nicely done!

When my wife called to get a quote because a friend refered us to Street Sounds because her son works there and my wife got a discount on top of the discounted price. He said to just go in and said that the workers mom sent us there and we will get the extra discounted price. A couple of days later I went in there he, same person that my wife talked to, gave me the regular price thats on the shelf and said it is already the discounted price even though my wife got a discount on top of the discounted price. I dont mind paying the regular discounted price, but why do they have to lie to their customers? Anyways, we ended up paying the regular discounted price because we had a baby coming.
