I have been using Northern Laundry Services for over a year now... I like to use them to wash my comforters every now and again because they dont fit in my household washing machine. NLS has been such a convenience for me! They do a great job washing my items and its so simple to schedule with them online. I get a confirmation email from the owner that Ive been added to the schedule and the communication / responsiveness when I need it so appreciated! The best is that they do same day pick up and delivery and I can schedule the night before... Pick up and delivery services are included at no additional charge and its so affordable to wash my items. I highly recommend NLS for your laundry needs! You will not be disappointed.

I’ve used this laundry service for a while but in the last few months, they have not been picking up scheduled deliveries until I call and complain. I use them because I think they’re the only delivery service in town, but the quality of laundry service is not great. I’ve had instances where my clothes were mixed with others’, missing items and stains where there were none before. And I guess they don’t use anything for static cling because all my clothes and sheets are super static-y. They never answer the phone when I call - I always have to leave a message. Hopefully someone else will offer these guys some competition soon.
