My friend and I stopped here while exploring Fairbanks during our visit to Alaska. Great customer service. I got the Northern Lights latte and really enjoyed it. The spill cover was cute as well.

Love this little shop, I stop by for an occasional treat. They even have little punch cards. I’d love to support a good local business.

We got a tie dye smoothie and it was amazing. The flavors blended well and it had the perfect sweetness. Definitely recommend.

Alaska is a very competitive state when it comes to drive through coffee. Mocha Moose is consistently the best coffee Ive had here. They take the time to make your drink delicious and just how you like it, and are always so kind.

Every time I have stopped by mocha moose express, regardless of time of day, day of the week, or how many cars in line, the wait was unreasonable. Typically people go to a drive through coffee cart because theyre in a hurry and dont have time to wait for the coffee beans to grow.

Service is slow as hell same as sunrise at lunch but there are alot more people at sunrise and now I see why now

Almost always lined up on both sides when I go but, worth the wait.

Mocha frap was good, white mocha nitro brew was too sweet. Would have given 5 stars if they served cars faster.

Since moving to Alaska this is my favorite place to get any beverage. From the tie-dye kickers to any flavored red bull kicker this is where I get my energy to start the day or a pick-me-up halfway through. They also have a kids menu, The staff is always friendly with a smile.

Fairly quick service, definitely expensive for coffee, but they are better than just the normal Starbucks Fraps you would get. They also have a rewards card which you get stamped for every drink you purchase there.

The lady who was working on 9/23 at 6 pm was just rude! She took our orders so fast and with so much attitude she pretty much forgot everything. I hope people don’t have to deal with her attitude on a regular basis. Seems like she was in a HUGE hurry an hour before closing. Who knows, but I’ll probably never go there again.

Mocha Moose is a wonderful little drive through coffee shack! The drinks here are amazing and the prices arent half bad either. The staff was very upbeat, friendly, and quick with the service. I would definitely recommend Mocha Moose if you like great tasting coffee on the go without all the hassle.

Three different times I’ve ordered multiple drinks, I’ve also been very clear on what drinks and what size. They never get them right. And when I asked for them to fix them all she said was “I’m sorry, have a nice day.” All visits have been random. And I’ve spent well over 20 bucks a visit (not including a tip)

The breakfast burritos here are large and filling. Mainly made with hash browns. The coffee is suitable and their choice of various cafe style drinks are a bonus. The wait staff is very friendly and they give you a chocolate covered espresso bean on most days for free.Overall its an above average place for drinks. Average for food. Most foods that arent the burrito or bagels are Jimmy dean products.

The coffee is great but it takes way too long. There has been numerous times when Im waiting in line for 10-15 min and there will be one person in front of me and one person on the other side. And by that time I have to leave to go to class. Please please please try to address this. I love your coffee but the only time I go to mocha moose now, is when I have nothing else to do during the day and I can spare the time.

Such a great coffee place! My husband and I heard they had Butterbeer Ice Rages - so of course we HAD to get one. And they are so good. I dont think theres coffee in it but it has a spectacular flavor and made the nerd in me so very happy. 🤓We also got a pumpkin chai latte with espresso, and a bagel and cream cheese. All so yummy! I cant wait to go back and try more of their awesome creative drinks and treats.

My boyfriend just came home with 3 burritos, and I thought theyd be MEATY, but instead theyre just full of hash browns. Disappointed! What a waste of money! Cant even taste the eggs in it either. Like it was all blended up. Save your money and go to Sunrise.

The baristas here need to learn how to do their job faster. 15 minutes per coffee is ridiculous, for example if youre the third in line its going to take 30-45 minutes before you are served. Im done going here.

Best chocolate milkshakes ever

Pulled up and ordered my drink. A few minutes later someone else pulls up to the other side . From there I listened to the barista chat her up for ten minutes, make her drink, and hand her what she ordered. Finally my drink gets made. I get it and pay for it . As Im driving away I take a sip of what can best be described as a boiling hot cup of water..........lol mornings suck......

Took over ten minutes. A bit too long. Otherwise, the lady was great, the mocha was great.

The drinks are great, the food is good and the line moves fairly decent-ish compared to some of the other huts. Additionally, the staff are always friendly.

The only Breve my Australian girlfriend will drink. Unbeknownst to me, Australians are extremely picky coffee drinkers, to the point where Starbucks has failed to gain a foothold on the continent. She has turned her nose up at every coffee I have thrown her way except the ones we happened upon at this establishment. Also, the women that work here are very polite and professional, and obviously value their customers. That is a rare quality to find in this town.
