Found a very comfortable computer chair, but unfortunately it wasnt in stock. So, I asked if I could purchase the floor model, as there were apparently two. Associate told me, Oh sure! But itll be $15 more, since its already built. ... What? Im to be charged more for a dirty item thats had numerous butts in it? Went and found my third choice, no carts to help move it, purchased it and awkwardly carried it out.

They have 0 inventory in store. With a possible 4 month wait time on anything they have on display, dont waste your time. Just go elsewhere. Poor management decisions lead to no inventory, then no customers. But the staff was at least very friendly.

The frontline workers are phenomenal, and the front line workers have good service.Management needs work.Terrible policy on chair return. Bought a chair, sat in it for 10 minutes and felt it was flimsy. Wanted to exchange (w/i 14 day policy) for a more expensive heavier duty chair. Now I’m stuck with a POS chair that I won’t sit in because it won’t support my size.Left a charge on my business card from a cancelled order. Said it would be gone in 24hrs (called in) and that didn’t happen. Then they said it would be 3-5 days (in store) and that didn’t happen.One of the managers was very short with me and even hung up on me, after purposely repeating the same phrase over and over, not listening to anything I said. I would voice a concern and his response was literally, “So do you want the phone number to customer service or not?”Simply put, I just won’t be doing business here again.

I did an online order for a homecoming poster for my husband returning from deployment. I placed my order at 11am and it was ready to be picked up at 2p! The website was very easy to navigate and I got a text message when it was ready to be picked up. The ladies at the photo center were very nice and the poster turned out amazing. Thanks again for being so great!

This office supply store is fantastic! If you need some lollipops theyve got them! If you need a pencil eraser that looks like a cupcake - this is the store for you!If you need an office supply - go somewhere else like JoAnn fabrics, Fred Myer, or WalMart.

I arrived today to purchase a wireless printer. The first Employee that I asked for assistance from was extremely rude and dismissive. He did not even bother to help me; he just told me to look if there were any left. Most of the displays had out of stock stickers attached.The second staff person was very helpful and friendly showing me the different options while explaining the positives for each brand.I did purchase a new printer for my home office, but I think that some staff need a refresher course in customer service. Maybe the gentleman that helped me with my purchase could facilitate.

They have everything you need from printing to scanning. Can use printers easy, but does not take cash. Rest of store is typical.

Tina was most helpful and patient. She bent over backwards to take my order and maintained a terrific attitude the entire time. So grateful for her above and beyond customer service

Absolutely disgusted with their discrimination tactics. Ill never do business with them again and Ill be sure to let all of my clients know how I was treated. Teach your staff about the ADA. You deserve minus stars.

Online ordering is amazingly easy. The store helps track. Great experience.

If you have a laser printer (and you should) this is the only place that will carry toner for it. Other than that, they are overpriced on any office supplies you may need. Hit up Walmart or Fred Myers for your desk top stuff, binders, and paper.

Not a lot of variety for what I was looking for, but you will find office supplies. All I ever want to do is purchase an item and go but they ask do you want a rewards card? How would you like your receipt? Do you want a coupon for 20% next week? no no no. It isnt the clerk fault, I know, it is just an unfortunate business model.

Dillion is the worst manager of this terrible store!

Very helpfull sales staff and cashiers. I was looking for a SATA cable and although the store doesnt sell them as a single item the sales clerk went out if his way to see if they were included in the packaging for any hard drives (they arent.) Although I wasnt able to get what I needed the employees are not at fault and genuinely wanted to help.

Unfortunately this fairbanks store does not believe in the ADA and you cant shop there if you have a disability.

Ordered a product in July and was told it would be delivered to the store in two weeks. I called after two weeks and was told the store was six trucks behind and it would be there in three days. Called back a week later and was told by Dylan to learn to be patient. Which is fun to hear as a special education teacher... Another week went by and I spoke with the store manager, William, who told me it had been delivered to the Anchorage store by mistake and that they were ordering me another one. Called again two weeks later and was told that the order had been cancelled and I was being issued a refund because it couldnt be delivered to Alaska (after my first one was accidentally delivered to the Anchorage store). Then was told I could call the 1-800 number if I had any questions. Then the 1-800 number tells me that it CAN be delivered, they arent sure why the order was cancelled, but that I cant reorder at the sale price. Moral of the story-- just buy it on Amazon.

So many empty spaces.Employees being trained in the back and the trainer was very derogatory towards customers that they serve in her training. Made me wonder why she is in retail/customer service if she does not like customers.

Very knowledgeable understanding and helpful with all my question and concerns. Wasnt pushy for a sale but more concerned on the product fitting my needs.

I watch their sale ad for good deals. This is one of the better places to find office supplies in Fairbanks.

Placed an order on 5/20 as of 5/31 still not delivered. Was told it was on its way on 5/27.We are a business and this is definitely makes me rethink where to order in the future. Giving one star is way to many, but would not let me not give none !!

Prices are horrendus! Wayyyyyyyy overpriced. Walmart did not have the item I was looking for. I called about a particular item and it was $55. I bit the bullet and purchased the same item on amazon for $8.99 including EXTRA accessories and free shipping. I am all about buying local and usually do but $55 dollars when I can buy it for $8? Seriously?

I tried to order something to be printed online. I called the store twice before ordering. I allowed my phone to find my area on the website. It sent my order to another state. So when I walked in to get my order, they asked me to send them the image and told me it would be done by 8:45 pm. I walked to Safeway to get food. When I came back, they then decided to put in my order at the back of the line and told me I would have to wait an additional 12 hours because its not our fault that you messed up.Go to a local shop.

Guy sold us extended warranty for computer for two years. However, when he ran us up, it said one year. He just was like huh and didnt do anything or say any more.

I wish I could rate this store in the negative.

Never have what I need. Sorry...you can go online and order it.. is the response I get from their employees. So I did....from AMAZON.... Office Max will not get my business again. So sad........Fairbanks needs jobs and we have to mail order things we need......
