Quinn and Jeremiah were excellent in fixing our hot tub. They were knowledgeable and professional with excellent communication skills. I was very please with how personable they were and how prompt they were able to get the tub figured out and fixed.I would also like to rave about Chuck and Jon, they both work at the Palmer store. We have always had a good experience whenever we go in to buy products. They are always very friendly and able to get our needs met.

We were dealing with an old, leaky water system. Set up an appointment but it was almost a month wait. Got a call that they had a cancelation and they could be there in the morning. Super friendly, quick, and helpful! Great job!!

Purchased my spa from Arctic home living in 2003. Dependable service has kept it going since. But last winter something happened causing major leaks. Unable to get it fixed over the summer of 2021 due to difficulties scheduling the repair technician. So at the end of September I had it winterized. The technician, ( Brandon ?) efficiently did the winterization. And he also corrected a couple other problems I had noticed after the last repair attempt. He got a stuck valve open, and replaced the unplugged connection in the circuit board, which allowed the electricity to comeback on.

This is my three spa . We love them. And get great service all the time.There service man know there job and do a great job.

We bought our Jacuzzi hot tub from Arctic Home Living in December 2020. The entire crew has been excellent to work with from day one. Curt helped us through finding the hot tub for us and provided all of the information we needed to make the decision. They made an on-site visit to make sure we had the right location and utilities for a proper installation. Their installation crew moved up the install date to accommodate us so that we could be ‘soaking by Solstice!’, and they did a great job! I moved to Alaska 3 years ago. I shipped my Jacuzzi here. So, I didnt purchase my tub from Arctic Home Living. Even though I didnt purchase it from them, theyve treated me great as a customer for the past few years. Ive bought chemicals, UV lights, and filters from them. Just recently, my tub needed service. Last fall, We suffered a long GVEA power outage down here in Nenana. It caused the lines on the tub to freeze and blew out one of the pumps when power was restored. One of their service technicians, Kregg, came to install the pump. While he was there, he found the leak. He told me what I could do prior to his next visit to greatly reduce the time it would take him to repair it and hence save me a couple thousand dollars. Its refreshing to see a company treat their customers like people they want returning as opposed to other companies that treat customers like a mark. If youre in the market for a hot tub or water home water treatment systems, I highly recommend Arctic Home Living.

The team from Arctic Home Living arrived, reviewed the work, prepared the area and proceeded to install a new water softener, new filters and updating the old ugly plumping. Beautiful work...very professional, tidy and patient with questions. They installed a drinking water system a few years ago and that work was also exemplary. Highly recommend.

We purchased a Hot Tub in September from Arctic Home Living and was very happy with the sales team, service, and install. We were helped by Curt who is very personable, knowledgeable, and is awesome to work with! He was also able to help solve our house water issues and got us set up with a whole house water filtration system and water softener. They did a free on sight inspection and water tests then scheduled us in quickly for a great install.

My hot tub was struggling to keep up and I figured there was something wrong. They came out the next day, had the right part in stock and got it squared away all in an hour. They also called to follow-up to make sure it was all working properly. Great service, even years after the sale!

So grateful for their professional approach to our issues without any sales. Just service. Every one of their employees expressed customer service and respect.
