I recently purchased a new Soul from Kendall Kia of Fairbanks. I actually live in Wasilla but found Kendall easier and more pleasant to deal with than my local dealership. Their website was accurate and correctly reflected the installed equipment and price for each vehicle.Jaclyn was outstanding in answering my questions whether I phoned or emailed her prior to purchase .Sure, I had to fly to Fairbanks to purchase and take delivery of the car but it was worth it. I saved in excess of $1,000 and got the exact vehicle I wanted.In short, everything about my dealings with Kendall was first class!

Kendall Kia Service Dept. has been awesome! They went way beyond my expectations. Everyone there was courteous, nice and accommodating. Had my wifes car serviced, (oil change and fixed middle row seats latch).Very impressed and would recommend anyone to come there.

I have never had problems with servicing my vehicle at my local KIA dealer. It was easy to schedule the vehicle in using the internet. Even though they open at 7am, the service dept. doesnt start till 8am, which was a bit of a downer, so if you do schedule early in the morning, remember that if you show at 7, they wont start working on the vehicle until 8. It was a relatively calm experience, not too much out of the ordinary, and checkout was a breeze. Mine was a simple oil and filters change, so except for the hour wait to get started, I was out of there by 9am.

The service was quick an efficient. I voiced my concerns from previous oil change I felt they were heard and it was a very quick turn over to get my call saying the service was complete. I also got to use my free oil change!! Love the punch card!

Hands down the best service Ive received. The staff are awesome- always willing to help, friendly, and willing you work with you to get the vehicle you want/need. Also, Kias are very reliable vehicles. Before purchasing my new vehicle through Kia Kendall, I had a 2010 Kia Rio- never had any issues. I wont be going anywhere else for a vehicle.5 stars.

I recently bought two vehicles from this dealership. I do have to say that I think this dealership outshines from the rest in Fairbanks, and I have been to all of them. I was on a determined search to upgrade one and possibly another one later on, but the atmosphere at this dealership, the customer service, professionalism, and just plain friendly conversation encouraged me to upgrade both right away. Kenneth Fulk was a big help and was an amazing sales associate! They even were gracious to get my used car detailed, and did not give any attitude when I found dirt that they had missed. They even filled up the tank before I picked it up! So thank you Kenneth and Jaclyn for making buying two cars as painless as possible!

Hello,I have purchased 4 vehicles from Kendall Kia Mazda over the past 4 years and I base a large part of my families purchase on the quality of the service department.Brought my Sorento in for an oil change and the service department scheduled my appointment quickly. All work was done promptly and properly, what has changed the past few months is the overcharging for air filters etc..they offered to change both air filters for $115 ...I went and bought them for $25 total and did in 8 minutes...this was same experience when I needed a replacement wiper blade...In summary work was done properly and promptly but if they are over charging a long time customer for small simple items how much are they over charging for more substantive work. As I said we have bought about one vehicle a year from them..this pattern has us reconsidering our next purchase for this next fall..

Horrible customer service. Sold my husband a car that was said to be in perfect condition, just for us to get it home and find out its leaking oil, needs a new starter, and needs a whole new transmission. Weve had rentals longer than our actual car because they cant seem to get it fixed in the shop in a timely manner. They even gave us a rental that never went through maintenance. Completely unprofessional. If we didnt have a warranty, I would never do any more business with them

My truck recently broke down, on a Sunday night of all days. I got it towed to Kendall to be repaired. The next morning, not 30 minutes after they opened, I received a call from the service manager. She was extremely polite, professional, and very persistent with keeping me updated on the status of some issues with the warranty company. By noon on Monday, they put me in a brand new loaner car and I was on my way! I got my truck back just a couple days later and I couldnt be more satisfied with the work the techs performed. This was overall a painless experience for me, and I highly recommend this dealership for anything auto related. I truly believe that the staff here wants the satisfaction and well-being of their customers OVER sales, which is scarce these days. Definitely a 5 star business!

Have teenagers and were in need of a safe car so we shopped around for a recent model year compact SUV. Kenneth F. from Kendall Kia probably saw us drive through their lot twelve times (as did all the other used/new dealerships). In a few weeks we narrowed down makes and models under consideration, and decided our budget. We finally made contact and Kenneth exhibited remarkable patience as it took us a few more weeks and many repeating test drives before making a purchase of a 15 Ford Escape SE AWD. He swayed Kendall to install wheels and tires from a different vehicle and they tossed in a free replacement key that we had cut and programmed at the Ford dealership. The experience, price and outcome were nothing short of fantastic for us.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. Dropped my car off in August because the seal was leaking around the windshield. I asked them to go ahead and install the winterization. For two weeks I didnt get an update at all. I had to call every time to get updates on the car. Finally got the call that the car was ready. I drove all the way from Manley Hot Springs to pick my vehicle up and I did a quick walk around only to find out someone had smashed the front end up. Nobody mentioned that at all and then they tried blaming it on us. Its been almost a month since then and I still havent received my car and absolutely nobody has tried to contact us or anything. This place is run by a bunch of idiots and I will not ever be taking my vehicle back there.

My purchase was good and the sales staff very helpful, especially Nicholas.I drove the back to anchorage and it did good but the radio didnt work and the left front rim is different than the others.Nicholas said the service department checks all the vehicles before the sale, Im worried now what else they missed or didnt do.Nicholas got me in to Kendall Anchorage for the radio.The windshield wiper fluid was empty/ the power steering fluid was low, did they actually service this car.Did the oil get changed??? I think Kendall Anchorage should check all this.

Im sure their car buying service is great, I am reviewing their customer service, specifically CSM Michael Bushke. Please read until the end. I am very specific on why gave them 2 stars.There is a corporate inquiry into my issue, as well. Weve talked to Mr. Bushke before we PCDd Fort Wainwright. This is not just a fly-by review. But 6months in the making.A service tech broke our dashboard foam, in our Sedona van, right before we were leaving to come to Fort Bliss. We have a hand signed letter that Kendall will and replace/repair our broken foam.It has yet to be fixed. My next review will be to our Kia dealer here. As well as reviewing Kia on Facebook.Theres a lot of finger pointing, and my familys safety is dead in the middle of it. Excuses: oh the time difference, whats the most cost effective method. Kia is privately owned and are franchisees so they have to work it out. So, who exactly fixes this and whenmIve come to a conclusion it will most likely not get fixed. Each entitiy can continue to point fingers We plan to keep our Sedona until it breaks down. Its a great van. My greatest concern is, what if we got into an accident, Mr. Bushke? I thank God it hasnt happened. Yet. I mean, anything can happen at anytime.That broken dash will instantly come through its leather encasement, impailing the front seat riders. Then what, Mr. Bushke? Then what?All we want us our dash fixed, and sooner rathet than later.fulfill your obligation and stick to your word.

My mom moved up to Alaska from Washington, of course her Kia needs winterizing and we hack called 4 times to see if Kia has loaner vehicles or do we have to rent one....never a call back. If this is the way they conduct business what is going to happen when she gets there?

Not happy with them at all. Ive been taking my vehicle to them since last October for a Check Engine Light. They did a diagnosis and gave me a list of things to repair or change. I followed their recommendations. Thousands of dollars later, still the same issue. I took my vehicle to another place and they did a comprehensive diagnosis and found the problem that Kendall Kia could not for some strange reason. Apparently, there are very few reputable car shops that exists in Fairbanks, Alaska. Do your research and check with the Better Business Bureau BEFORE shelling out tons of money to reprehensible companies.

I recently purchased a vehicle through Kia Kendall of Fairbanks. Well, actually I made two vehicle purchases..... The first vehicle I bought ended up being something I was totally uncomfortable driving, and there were multiple small issues that came with the vehicle. I was one very unhappy individual. Initially, I was told by the salesman that I had no recourse... No ability to bring it back for something more to my satisfaction. Having just took on a substantial car payment, I went to the Sales Manager for help. Although it took some time, and the dealership having to deal with some frantic emails, I am happy to say that she (the sales manager) located a vehicle that I eventually got. It did cost me a little more money overall, and more cash down, but Im now driving a vehicle Im happy to own. I dont recommend purchasing a vehicle the way I did. And I highly suggest that you test drive, check for winterization, and everything in between before you buy or sign anything.... Just to be sure the car or truck is what you really want/need. Id personally like to thank the sales manager at Kia Kendall for her efforts in providing excellent customer service in a difficult situation. If I could rate her alone, Id give her 5 out of 5 stars.

Service staff is nice, however during my 30k mile maintenance all they did was an oil change and tire rotation, because of that my brakes did not get changed like they should have and we had to change them later when they were close to damaging the rotors.

We bought an 06 Mazda Tribute in April of 2011. Weve had it into the shop 3 times now for the engine over taxing at 4500 RPMs and causing problems and had trouble with it going through a lot of oil. They redone the engine - took care of that problem but this last time called for a steering arm then a few days later said the rack & pinion needed replaces. I think they just got in a hurry to get rid of it after they took it in on trade. It had been in a little bender and we had to wait for a new front bumper before we could have it. We have hardly put 8000 miles on it since we bought it. We retrived our vehicle and have taken it to another shop to do the work ourselves with the help of another mechanic. I hope we wont ever be dealing with these people again and will not recomend any one else to.

I just recently bought a vehicle. the employees were really polite especially Diego...but i got ripped off big time. the vehicle was a 2009 Dodge, bought for around $12,000. I was in desperate need of a vehicle. and came up on this one. the pictures looked great, all taken in the summer, ithas extremely low miles.. now i dont get out of work until later at night so i only got to see the car in the dark... it looked fine and drove fine too. i finaly bought it, and now really regret buying it for $12,000. its really not worth much more than $8,000. Nothing is powered, No power door locks, no power windows, no interior lights that can be turned on with out opening the door, the alarm doesnt work. the interior had all kinds of wierd stains, there were scratches on the exterior, the door had rust and all kinds of damage to it, it looked like someone tried to break into it. the bottom of the bumper was torn off.. i didnt even see it until this morning... there are red paint scratches.. eventhough the car is tan.. god ive made a mistake.. the engine light and low tire pressure came on as soon as i left the lot.. this is just horrible. PLEASE when you buy a vehicle from them, Make sure you check EVERYTHING.

Worst customer service in the whole state, will never buy a vehicle from them again. if you buy used, make sure you check even the bottom of the vehicle. could have spent more if they had inquire about my needs, but they give you the take it or leave it attitude, like they dont care about selling or negotiating. Too bad such vehicles brands are sold by such horrible staff.
