Its a relaxed, noninvasive experience there. They ask once if you need help finding anything and offer advice when you ask and that one girl working there, used to follow people around the entire time, is gone its so much better.Great variety but the prices are high. Online is wayyyy cheaper.Great service and customer service skills though

Wish you guys weren’t stuck in 1950 and not allowing tattooed employees. I’d love to work there and have done outstanding in my interviews. Other than that some of the pricing is a bit much but it’s the only toy store we have in town.

Always have enjoyed this place. Doesn’t always have a great selection, but for what it does have, it’s usually well stocked and the staff has always been really friendly with me.

Normally the crew here is amazing, helpful, and really interested in this being a great opportunity for the customers. However I went in recently to get a single item and the gal working at the time proceeds to insult myself and worse my wife. She then is incredibly unhelpful to the point I just walked out. Sorry but that’s how you lose customers. Please bear in mind that prior to today I’d have ranked this store a five-star review but this one encounter was indeed so bad to drag that five down.

I shop there once and It was cool that they have novelty and gags for adutls but what kinda made me disappointed or upset is they dont have those pens where you turn them at a angle they get undressed, and I kinda feel akward since I went in for the first time and I walk around window shopping and it kinda make the owners nervodue probably Im wearing a hoodie and I look young and stuff but the place gives you the basic needs as I even when down the adult DVDs to look at what is the cheesiest and bad porno by cover and I ask if I made a purchase they might gossip but I kinda made a dumb question since its obviously confendtual.....also the name of the building and the sign is a bit misleading I thought it was a white castle burger restraunt and I dont know why they call it caslte I do t think I see any dragon dildos or sexy crusader armor

Good selection but you feel like your always being watched and they are always coming up to you asking if you have any questions! I feel like they make the shopping experience uncomfortable!!!
