When I walk into Party Palace, Im always greeted with so much energy and excitement. Ive been doing business with Party Palace for more than 15 years, due to the nature of my business and their great customer service. Ive always received courteous service. Lori, aka SPARKELS, always has so much energy and great party ideas. My wife told me about her experience when she took our children in during Halloween 2012, for costumes. She shared how much fun my kids had, while SPARKELS showed them a quick magic trick. Party Palace has been in Fairbanks for more than 2 decades, and has always provided my family of 3 generations with quality service and products. When people ask where to get party supplies, I always recommend Party Palace.My most recent experience, was a commercial from them on the radio station, reminding listeners about administrative assistants day. This was valuable to me, as I was able to immediately call and plan my appreciation balloon bouquet for my admin assistant. They delivered it promptly and even took my payment by phone. As a business owner, I notice Party Palace also contribute to our community through donations, a great place to work, and a FUN place to come visit for any party or event.
