Kenneth, the sales guy, is friendly and accommodating. Kodi, the finance manager, is very patient and thorough with the paperwork and even though we finished the paperwork at 8 pm, Kodi didnt rush us and explained everything properly. We found some scratches on the car after they cleaned it, but they readily agreed to get it fixed for us. So far this is the best car purchase experience we have had.

Customer service with Kendall I can honestly say is horrible! I knew I was approved with my bank because I called them myself. Kendall NEVER called me afterwards. I ended up going the Lithia and getting into a brand new GMC Terrain fast and simple! I had high hopes for Kendall Mazda.
