Spent a month trying to get custom made medical equipment. I started off notifying them of my problem and they promised they can order what I needed. Turns out they were not aware they could not help me out. Spent WAY too much time having my doctors office send them my prescriptions, and calling them on the phone.

They have professional employees and provide excellent customer service and supplies.With 24/7 Call service techs it gives me peace of mind to know someone will be able to help any time I have a problem with my equipment from them.Debbie in claims is diligent beyond the normal customer services provided by other medical supply providers.
I received my CPAP machine from ProCare. The staff is awesome. The Techs are very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. Even if you feel silly asking, like you should already know, ask. Theyre super understanding. When you receive your equipment they have coaches that will check on you during your adjustment period, who will answer questions or offer tips if youre having issues. You can also call your coach, too. Re-ordering is easy, Im not even sure of all the options for this. I normally call or go in to reorder. If they have the supplies on hand you can generally pick up that day. They can also have it drop shipped to your home which is really nice in the winter time. In my experience that generally takes 3 to 6 days depending on when you re-order.Anyway, Knowledgeable Staff & Awesome Customer Service!
One of my Seattle Childrens patients forgot the charger for their Infinity feeding pump while visiting family in AK. The pumps had no battery life left.... until Rueben saved the day!
