Jim McKay is da bomb. Good customer service 4/5 times. Great place to get your repairs and state inspections. Theyre very good to established customers and to new customers. 1-stop shop for the car. Convenient and saves time.

They were training a girl and she did a great job a lot of questions her trainer was a pretty good fellow also

Had a tough problem and they solved it.

Took my car to be serviced a couple months ago. The check engine light was on, and it was having brake issues. Called and made a service appointment, and missed work to take it in, and the service manager- David said they couldnt fix it that day (even though I had an appointment). So I made ANOTHER appointment.Was told BEFORE making my appointment that theyd give me a loaner vehicle while my car was there. They then told me oh we dont usually do those then...well we dont have any loaners in stock right now then...... well we actually might be getting some back in by the end of the week... I WORK 30 minutes from home & can not be without a vehicle for a week! So after pressuring them they said ohhh we just got one back in right now Which was a LIE because when I got into the loaner it had 6 miles on it, and was fresh off the lot.Was told that the fix would be a couple days & it ended up being over TWO WEEKS. They fixed the brakes, but not the engine issue. The check engine light was still on and the the engine was still rattling.Fast forward to me taking it back to them this month to have the issues fixed that should have been fixed before. Once AGAIN, made another appointment, and when I showed up was told it couldnt be looked at that day. (Missed work AGAIN). Took it back AGAIN, left my car and UBERED to work since their shuttle service only will drop you off 5 miles away, and I work 6 miles away. (FOR REAL?)They fixed an oil leak, but said they needed to fix one more thing. So I made ANOTHER appointment and was told AGAIN they couldnt fix it that day. I am seriously so done with this dealership and their shady business practices. Was told a million different lies by SERVICE MANAGER DAVID - and wouldnt recommend them to anyone for service or purchasing a new car. Here I am wasting my time writing a review, but they dont deserve anyones business.
