It pays to frequent a place that has friendly service because you never know what you will need. I stop here often to get gas and the guys are always nice. This morning I stop and I ask a question about an oil change I got at Jiffy Lube a few weeks ago and could still smell oil burning and see smoke coming from under the hood. The technician lies on the ground and tells me the undercarriage is still wet with oil. They pull my truck in and lift it up and sure enough oil is everywhere. Im praying now that my 2019 truck isnt damaged, Im ready to sue Jiffy Lube and all of that. They check everything and let me know it was just a really sloppy oil change. Whew! What a relief. This is where Ill be trusting my oil changed...I dont need an oil change in a Jiffy that is sloppy, I need quality work and professional servicemen....thank you guys, hope you enjoy the lunch.

I drove past the station and noticed they had a huge driveway and large bays with enough, height, width and length for my class a rv. I called the station to make sure they could do my RV inspection. They said they could. I drove out there and pulled in front of 2 open bays. There was no one at any of the pumps and both bays were empty. The mechanics were sitting on chairs inside the bay. I waited for a minute for someone to come out. when they didnt, I got out of the RV and went up to the Bay to ask if they could do my safety inspection. A class-a inspection is nothing more than a normal vehicle inspection. Check the brakes, horn, lights, wipers Etc. Even though they had nothing better to do they laughed and refused my inspection saying my vehicle is too large. The place that performed my inspection said there was no reason they should have denied me. It doesnt take any special equipment or any extra time to do an class a RV inspection. They were just being lazy. I hope the owner reads this as well as the Virginia State inspection board. They wasted my time and turned away business.
