Needed some campaign-style yard signs. The artwork I gave them was too low-res, so they fixed that and printed the signs. Perfect. I needed another batch in a hurry and they were able to work them up the day I called. Again, perfect. Cant image what else you could want in a printer.

My experience with FASTSIGNS was nothing less than outstanding from my very first call! I had not yet worked with a signage company and was unfamiliar with every aspect of the process. I called FASTSIGNS with an idea to produce a giant banner of the US Supreme Court as part of a proposal to my girlfriend (now fiancée!).During our first of many conversations, Kats enthusiasm and professionalism got me very excited to pursue this project with FASTSIGNS. She took the time to explain all elements of the design and production process and receptively responded to all of my questions. She was a real pleasure to work with and was a fantastic partner throughout the process!Kat and Jake worked with the image I provided to offer me many different layout options that fit within the budget I had established. They were very clear about the differences in dimensions and how that would impact the final product.Before I knew it, Kat called me and notified me that my banner was ready to be picked up. I had wanted to hang the banner, and FASTSIGNS even provided me with cable ties to work through the grommets.The proposal went off without a hitch - she was absolutely stunned, and we of course have saved the Supreme Court banner. I called about pricing and i know you suppose to give info, but they ask way too many question just to give a price. No way i have to spend 10 minutes on the phone just to get a quote. Definitely the system has to be a lot faster and update it in order to get more leads and business.

I printed a banner from them .They charged me extra $35 for design to convert the file and make it bigger, while the file I paid for and asked for the file for future use they claim it as their property and also took a week for paper banner ...i ordered from online original file didnt not charge me extra bigger banner and vinyl quality at half price never will I go to these guys ever again no way !!!!
