Me, my Mom, and my Sister went to the store to get something. They had Cyan hair dye but that’s not important. The customer service was great. They forgave us for accidentally spilling something and they were also very nice. I had to give them a 5. Very great

8/9/20...Wow not honoring the 3 day weekend of no taxes. I can see why this store is low on customers.Aside from that, the staff I met were friendly enough. I did have trouble locating the Skin Tight Rollers, but a young lady in pink gloves showed me where they were. There were only two rollers left and I aquired both of them.The stuff smells, but works wonders on annoying razor bumps and ingrown hairs.This store has no public bathroom since 3/19/20. If you gotta go, try Aldis.

If I could give a zero I would, Vienna Sally’s is way better and helpful & during this pandemic they have a strict amount of people to come which is understandable but I had my two kids with me & my mom and 4 people have left the storeWhich it has my turn and the employee told me I can go but my kids stay out with my momUhh I brought my mom here cause she wanted me to show her the item to buy and she can’t speak English. She said only one So i decided to leave once I left she let 4 people inside that were behind me !So why couldn’t my mom and I come in ? And she was very rude

Even though I didnt buy anything at the store today. The worker Carmen was so kind and helpful. She made my visit wonderful. Maybe next time Ill buy something :)

I’ve been coming to this store for years and it started out pretty good. i’m not sure what has happen since then but, the store itself is fine it’s the employees who make the store so bad. rude and uninformed. i was helped by a white girl with blonde hair and asian lady who were short with me. maybe it’s the pandemic idk it sucks tho when i’m paying so much money.

Been here twice. Staff is your typical ‘I hate my life’ type. They don’t ask if you need help and if you ask them for help, they act like you’re inconveniencing them. They couldn’t even point me toward some hot oil treatments. FOR REAL?

Usually have a pretty decent experience here but today the manager was not polite and was not knowledgeable regarding the sale or items available in her store. I asked an associate if they had Hair Chemist products and she checked with her manager and told me no. They actually do because I found them a minute later. The associate that was ringing up my purchases gave me an incorrect total and told me that the promotion running for face and hair masks was only for the items on the front shelf. I explained that the flyer and online stated ALL in bold font and in all caps. He checked with the manager and she said no. I asked to speak with her and she said that there only certain items. I continued to show her the promotional ad sent to my house and what online was. She continued to protest and say it’s only what’s pictured. I told her ALL means everything. She told me I could call customer service but showed any empathy for the situation. Besides, other items that were not on the front shelf rang up under the promotion. She told the associate to override the price and walked away, still not being polite to the customer. Only reason this review is two stars is because I ended up with the correct pricing.

This Sallys is the nearest one to my house, but I really HATE going there. I would nowadays only go there if very necessary. The reason is the employees are very rude, as well as the Manager, a short Hispanic woman. OMG, one of the rudest shops I have been to. I am surprised they are still there, they seem to own the place, rude, unprofessional!

They have the typical Sally stuff in stock but the service is unprofessional especially in the case of this older, short, fat Hispanic female with glasses. Her name tag was hanging so low I couldnt see it clearly...it had letters M and N I think. She doesnt answer you or if she does she gives tense curt rude replies. Its amazing she is not fired by now.I bought 2 items at buy 1 get 1 free. I returned 1 an hour later because it sucked. Turned out I needed to have the other box with me even though it was a different product. I thought the codes on the receipt or just an identical box in the store would suffice but I offered to go home for the other box if necessary. I wanted to get another of the box I had at home, replacing the box I brought in. She worked it out apparently. But she sent me on my way without a partial refund on the box I was returning (you are charged for only the more expensive product). Then I asked about getting the money back. She got a little more nasty and did bunch of stuff on the computer then said I now owed her $. I asked how. She said the more expensive item was the one I was getting not the one I was returning. I silently walked over to the shelf to check and she lied or was mistaken. The more expensive one was the one I returned. I calmly said No the one Im returning is more expensive. (shouldnt the staff with all the sales data know that?) then she said You acting like I make the rules its the machines Huh?? I was acting like something by merely stating fact?? I said Im acting like Im being charged for something I shouldnt be charged for. She soon tapped on the computer some more and it showed a partial refund amount. I dont know of she is incompetent or trying to get extra $ by fooling customers.

I went today with my sister and we bought 3 flat irons, they have great sales and good prices. Carmen and Monika are so nice and very friendly 😀😀😀. Thank you girls.

The women that work at this Sally’s Beauty are so unfriendly, rude and not helpful at all.

Stopped here today, so my wife could go in to look for some hair products. She did not find the hair products and said that the store was not as nice as the Sally Beauty on Monticello in Williamsburg, Virginia.

The store is very small and they were out of stock of many things. they didnt have any rat tail or point tail combs

Horrible. The Asian lady that’s been there is rude doesn’t help whatsoever. She refused to check the back for me, I remember this girl from last time I was there and her terrible attitude has not changed!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I dont know exactly her position in the store, all Im sure of, shes so rude woman, shes called Milli, I cant believe her attitude! I spoke to her about some product, to my shock, she didnt pay attention and she replied to me while she was giving me her back!!!! Trying to pay her attention that this is rudeness, I said by the way, Im talking to you, she continued to give me her back and said I know!! How rude! ... I wish the management reacts towards these business-damaging people with this rude attitude.

Very small but well-stocked store for hair and nails products. Prices are decent and it is very convenient to pop into. Has a wide range of hair dye and hair products.

The staff, including the manager, couldnt help me with products because they didnt know anything about them to begin with. So I ended up getting the wrong products, which would have potentially destroyed my hair, because I trusted their word.I looked at my receipt and noticed that I was charged almost $100 more than I was supposed to. When I went back in the store to have them fix both mistakes, the employee that checked me out proclaimed in from of the store that I had been charged the correct amount and theres nothing further she could do for me. I ended up having to assist/tell the employee how to ring everything up correctly in the stores system. I received no apology, just a disrespectful attitude from her.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND $$ BY SHOPPING AT THIS SPECIFIC SALLY LOCATION. Youll most likely regret it.

My wife will only buy her shampoo here because I guess they have some stuff thats good for hair thats died blonde. Its not cheap, but I like the way her hair looks so I guess its worth it.

They have a wide selection of products, friendly staff, prices are great, i was here looking for a professional grade hair clippers, found what i was looking for, at the same price as amazon.

The lady who was on duty the day my mom and I came in was so disrespectful and when we brought our items to check out she rudely asked Is that ALL your getting? Like there was something wrong with the number of items we were buying? Super disappointing and aggravating

The cashier who acted as manger the old lady she was so rude and shouting on me in front of all customers because she was counting my total balance wrongly and she was wrong and cut wrong amount from my account !! And the service was so bad !!!

Although its assortment is not very wide, you find everything you need with the kind collaboration of the girls there
