I moved recently and was recommended to go see Rachel at Mattress Warehouse from a friend. From start to finish, my experience with MW was amazing. We bought a mattress on oct 2020, they offered to match the price at any time and give 50% back.On black Friday 2020, the mattress was cheaper so I call them and I got a confirmation with the amount of money that I will get back and I still have nothing.I keep calling them and they said they already send the money, blaming the bank, so I asked for the transaction number so I can claim it directly with the bank and they didn’t give me that information, the lady said she will talk to someone to se what happened.Don’t trust on deals that they offer because they don’t do it.My next step it’s to call the better business bureau.

Unparalleled customer service. We purchased a mattress from Mattress Warehouse a week ago and went back today, 09AUG2020, for pillows to complete the new setup. After hours of research, I went in to pillow test - already thinking I knew what I wanted. Turns out I was wrong. Unsure of where to go from here, Marshall helped me and the girlfriend pick out our perfect pillow match, which turned out to be a pillow we had never even considered nor heard of. The results were spot on. Not only did it match exactly what we were looking for, after digging further - I like to be certain, the online reviews for this pillow brand and series matched up as well (Bedgear Storm Series). Marshall was very patient and amicable, as we tried out a lot of pillows during out visit. We swapped stories back and forth as time passed and not once did we ever feel rushed or pressured into purchasing. Marshall & Mattress Warehouse even price matched a better deal found through another retailer - no hesitation, no guilt trip, no haggling. The whole experience was terrific.

We went here in search of a new mattress and frame. Robert was the best in helping us. He got us to lay on the bedMatch which helped us find the perfect beds. Robert showed us all the beds on our list and in turn helped us find the best one for us. He was going to throw in a bed frame for free but we didn’t need it so he threw in a mattress protector to help us retain our warranty.

I was so happy to be able to get exactly the mattress and support for under it that I needed for the price I could afford. I came here yesterday and met a very kind, smart and helpful gentleman named Patrick. He helped me when he really didnt have to just so i can have a good peace of mind. He securely strapped down my queen size mattress not once BUT twice to ensure my safety for my long travel home which was about 75 minutes. He also skilled me on smart tips about mattress care and how to travel safely home with a mattress on the roof of my car. THIS IS TRULY THE BEST LOCATION. They care more about YOU than what your spending. I recommend this location above all!

Ray was fantastic to work with and was super patient with us while we tested a lot of beds. He was able to help us understand the differences in products between ones in his store and ones in other stores.

Mattress buying is never fun and you should expect the usual: sales pressure, some inconvenience, and be willing to haggle (Ive found that the price can come down 20% from list anywhere I go). Accepting that makes the process less painful. Everyone should be prepared to simply walk away if youre not sure - the sales guys will do everything they can to keep you in the store... thats their job. You have to be the one in charge.MW worked with me on price and was able to come down about 20% which was a goal for me. The mattress was special order and took twice as long to deliver as I was originally told (told one week - it took two. not a big deal. the mattress manufacturer took two weeks, not MW). Once the mattress was available, the delivery guys showed-up on time, were fast and professional. The delivery experience was the best part - compared to other mattress stores the delivery guys were top-notch.
