Took my girls to get their ears pierced. Appointments are required now. Brianna was the lady who served us and she marked the location of the piercing to confirm that was the spot I wanted. She was very gentle with the kids and very professional. A few weeks later we found out one of the earrings had fallen off. We went back to get a replacement that evening, not knowing the hole had closed. We made an appointment to get it repierced. Brianna took care of her and did not charge for it. We are happy customers!

The lady was very nice. Explained everything and was very patient with our little girls. We were able to pierce both girls earrings within an hour since we had someone ahead of us. Prices were reasonable. No appt needed.

Had me on hold for 10 minutes while asking for an appointment I tried calling back and no one answered and the lady came in super late today overall a terrible experience and ended up not getting it at all the whole time I tried calling the lady had the phone off the line so it just beeped the whole time

The African American lady was very nice my ears pierced heal up well excellent services.

They did a great job piercing my daughter’s ears. She’s 8 and it was overall a good experience; and now she’s healing up nicely.

Some associate name Kaylis has the worst customer service possible . Not helpful at at all. Would not recommend anyone to go here.
