Experience was terrible. I went her to pick up some Mothers day and birthday balloons for my best friend. I was making her a balloon bouquet. I was ignored by the ladies in the balloon section. They were more focused on blowing up Mothers day balloons for invisible customers than helping me. I asked a question so they were made aware of my standing there but they still neglected to provide any type of customer service to me. Once I finally got assistance, more than five of the balloons I picked out were out of stock. They neglected to update the balloons that they told me to make a selection from. As I make my way to the counter, I notice a smaller bouquet that can anchor down my bouquet. I get up front and the lady tells me it is marked wrong. She walks away and comes back, proceeding to rang up they item by keying in several different key codes. I asked her to stop and tell me the price first. She responds that is what I am trying to find out. At this point I ask for a manager, he comes up and I tell him all that has happened. He says sorry that happened and just looks at me and I look at him. Yes I wanted more than 3 words from the manager versus making it seem like it was okay to ignore customers and rang stuff up when you dont even know the price to know when to stop keying in codes. So at this point I said I am leaving my items and not getting anything. I went to another store, got my BFF lots of balloons, made her bouquet and left it at her door step. She loved the surprise so much and said it was her first. Glad it worked out no thanks to this Party City.

A large store for many things that helped me for my sons birthday party. They have color sections for particular events as well as year round Halloween costumes, though the selection is picked over. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have a very large balloon selection as well.

The service was excellent and they provided me everything that I asked and it was very quick service. Nice job ladies and gentlemen 👏

I usually shop at the Springfield store, but this store is closer to my home so I chose it for delivery service. They forgot to deliver my inflated balloons, so I had to call the store to inquire. The manager was extremely unfriendly, but he was able to get someone (who was very pleasant) to deliver the balloons. After looking through my other purchases, I realized they sent me an opened bag of latex balloons with all the silver balloons removed! I quickly called the store again, where the manager said, “he’s not sure what he can do”, and asked me if I was sure I had not opened the balloons myself! I was so tired of dealing with the manager, I just told him I would write a review and left it at that. Won’t be doing business with them again.

Sometimes the store is filled and sometimes the aisles are empty. Deals are good. Some items are worth buying and are better as compared to the dollar store.

Found what I was looking for pretty quickly, and was out in less than 15 minutes. Good prices, no complaints.

I was at this location today, I usually go to the one in Falls Church (very nice staff), I had a simple question about balloons, I couldnt find the color I wanted, some CASSANDRA working there was very rude to me, I was still there asking when she walked away from me, didnt even look at the color I was poiting at. So I just put my cart and left without getting anything. I wish I could give no stars instead of one. Very disappointed, would definitely not go back there. I do not recommend.

Look Ill be honest, I wasnt expecting much at this Party City. I was just grabbing some decorations for my wifes upcoming birthday party. But Beth was extremely helpful, suggested some great options for picking certain items up closer to the date of the party and even offered to special order other items. Impressive customer service, I will return.

Really good selection of all the things you need to put on a graduation party. Loads of color choices and great selection of candiies and treats too. Loved the pre prepared balloon boquets for graduatuon... cut down on .my wait time and they look great.... great idea. I should have ordered the 2020 balloon in advance since 2s and 0s were tough to fund due to grad popularity. Still found everything i needed. Helpful staff, too.... oh, and if you need hand sanitizer or masks, they sell them at the checkout countrt. Nice touch!

Their Halloween costume system is quick and organized. I went in expecting a mess of costumes and chaos but was very pleasantly surprised.

Terrible experience I would not/will not come back here which is very sad since I grew up in Fairfax and use to come here all the time for balloons, decorations, and costumes. However after today I will never come back. I came in this afternoon to purchase one balloon for a maid of honor surprise gift for my best friend. I asked if a small note that I wrote could be put into the balloon I was purchasing so when my friend pops the balloon she can see the note fall out. Your employees assured me that this was no problem. After waiting in the 2 aisle long line to pay for my one $2.00 balloon (which I could’ve paid for at the balloon counter if they had the register open and would allow customers to check out there) I come back to find that my balloon had not been blown up, and one of your employees threw away my note. Now I wouldn’t be so upset if this was just any old note, but it was’nt. This was for a special friend and for a maid of honor gift. This was personal.I have never been so annoyed with a business before. Your employees were careless today and down right rude instead of asking me about the note or at least speaking to me about it (if they couldn’t do it anymore or were confused) they just threw it away. Next time make sure your employees know how to communicate with customers. You have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Like I said your employees were down right rude this afternoon.

YES! They will fill your balloons with heilum (you dont have to buy them there). Although they have a really good assortment. And you can call in to order in advance, just be warned the on-hold music is _terrible_ (as is the background music in the store).

Not bad. They forgot to notify about pickup being ready so I had to call. Waiting time was a bit long both on the phone as well as on the curbside.

Worst customer services. Wrong orders and never close by. Throws you out to nowhere and couple stores to get couple of personslized balloons. I hate birthdays after this lousy experience

Dont come here a week before Halloween. Everyone else is and its busy. There are plenty of Halloween costumes here for people wishing for an exciting costume. The prices are a little expensive for the costumes. You pick the costume from a numbering system on the wall and tell the store workers. You are able to try on the costume which is nice. There are many festivity decorations and party goods here. This is a great place to get balloons! Its just pricy for the quality of the costume.
