Placed an advanced order with this location for a anniversary gift delivery, each time I called to get an update with the delivery the times changed, its now almost 7pm and still nothing...I have had to call the store multiple times because they dont answer. Hopefully it gets delivered in good shape but NEVER ordering from this location AGAIN!
Placed a delivery order as a surprise for a friend. The people working were rude and spoke over me every time I tried to speak. They charged me an extra delivery fee because their driver did not leave the order the first time, which their website outlines in case the person is not home. Horrible service
Very fresh and delicious fruit
The website says they have fruit cups for approx $5 and i can order it online for this location but when i went there the employee had no idea what i was talking about. Not the first time i didn’t buy because the staff didn’t know what they were doing
This is the best edible arrangements in the DMV! They went above and beyond! It means so much to me what they did! Hands down the best in this area!! I recommend this place to everyone!!!!!
They never answer the phone
Fruit was absolutely delicious and fresh!!! Enjoyed every little piece. We asked to be delivered before noon and sure it was. Happy with the services and quality of product.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! TRY OTHER LOCAL STORES!!! Worse customer service ever!!! Received a fruit basket as a birthday gift. There was a hair wrapped around the fruit. I immediately called the store, and they asked me what do you want to do about it? I explained there was a hair, and again the lady on the phone said, what do you want to do about it? After going back and forth a few times I was finally told they would return my call after they spoke to the manager. Two hours went by and no one called back. I called them again, and was then told theyd call me back in 20 minutes. I waited half an hour, and no phone call so I called again. Was then told they would call me in 5 minutes, after 20 minutes I called them back, and was told... to save the basket for them and they would pick up the following day. That was it. I had to ask if they were replacing it, which they said, sure they would bring a new one. Their concern was more to ensure they got their hair basket back and made no effort to make things right for the ruined birthday gift. They had plenty of time to make a new one and deliver but instead avoided calling me back and now theres no solution to the problem because its so late in the day. Lets hope they deliver tomorrow.
I initially received a broken box of fruit through delivery. After talking with the store the product was not like that when it left the store, so I was able to receive a new box that looks like the picture.I thank the store for responding and being considerate enough to replace my order. Everything looks and taste great now!
Just wanted to thank Bob and the team at edible arrangements! I had a delivery scheduled today and the recipient wasn’t home. Bob went out of his way to try and deliver 4x. He kept in contact with me until the product was delivered. The recipient was very please with the arrangement. Thanks so much for you for your amazing customer service.
Just got one for my dads bday. It was delivered in the time frame I asked for and it looks great.
I am impressed by them. After making a careless mistake from my part in my order, they did not make a big deal about it and instead were able to help me without any extra unnecessary payments. This store deserves a 5 stars rating in my opinion for sure and will certainly be buying from them in the future.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Ordered a bouquet online for my grandfathers birthday . I set up for it to be delivered from this location on his birthday sept 28th. Here it is FOUR days later and he still hasn’t received anything. I’ve called the store multiple times to figure out where my order was and I got the run away every time or they wouldn’t answer the phone . On top of everything my card has been charge TWICE for the same amount... wouldn’t recommend having anything delivered from this location at all. I plan on making a trip to have my money refunded. if I could give zero stars I would.
We made an order for pick-up of one of the Hanukkah bouquets three weeks in advance. Im reasonably certain that the only reason they were actually working on the bouquet was because we arrived at 10, thinking the order was for 10. The only employee we saw told us the order was for 10:30 and that they were still opening the store. We left to go shopping and returned at 10:30. We returned at 10:30 and had to wait 25 more minutes for them to finish putting it together. In that time, the only time they came out was about 15 minutes after we walked into the empty store, and it was to ask what balloons we wanted. The signature parts of this bouquet are that it comes with pineapples in the shape of six-pointed Jewish stars and it comes in a basket covered in such stars. The pineapples we received were eight-pointed. The bouquet came with chocolate covered apple chunks, which were supposed to have zigzagged white icing drizzled on them. Some looked fine, but others looked haphazard, with mounds of the drizzle and squiggles. When we received the bouquet at 10:55, the employee apologized and said that they were still opening the store. Both times we were there, we were the only customers in the store and the only car in their section of the largely empty parking lot. If you say youre open for business, you are open for business. If youre not ready to open for business, you dont open your doors. And you definitely shouldnt plaster your storefront with promises of timeliness (e.g., Order now and youll get delivery within seven minutes).
Asked to pick up my purchase early and had no issues. Everyone was really nice when I got there.

Bad start. I went to the 11217A Lee Highway, Fairfax, VA location. I called to see what time they closed and I was told 5pm today (Saturday). I arrived at 4:47pm only to get a smoothie and 5 fruit sticks and the door was locked and sign turned off. I called the store immediately and no one answered. Im hoping this is not a reflection on all of your locations but I definitely will not come back here.
