Customer Service Sucks .. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyoneStore was super busy and the two ladies working were moving like turtles not following up with customers do t go unless u have time to jus be waiting

Very helpful staff. Assisted me in getting clear on sizing for Birkenstocks and directed me to another store for a pair of Dr. Martens that they only had in a size a bit too large for me. Friendly and polite. The store has a well thought out selection of shoes that made me want to buy more than I had intended.

When I’m looking for good quality shoes at affordable prices, I always find myself at Journey’s. Their shoes last long and are really stylish; especially for us youngsters. They also have good customer service. It’s a great shoe store.

Prices are fairly high compared to Amazon. I would suggest going there to try on shoes and make sure you have your right size then go on Amazon to order it

Hi a young lady Tuesday helped me withmy sale.she Iis an African Amrican with a pleasant smile and willing to help. When I got home my daughter told me the sneakers where yo small. So I spoke with a manger.. So I went to the store a hr later an spoke with a tall Afeican American GENTLEMAN.he is a firm, professional and at the same time very kind and understanding. He was v we r helpful. So Journey KEEP THIS YOUNG man . FINALLY A GOOD TIME THAT HELPS EVERY ONE!
