I took my college gold ring, from Texas A&M University, to Quest Fine Jewelers to have it resized. This ring has very intricate, fine detail and unique patterns. We came in for an engagement ring resizing and the staff were all extremely nice and helpful. Once I picked it up the size was still a bit too large, so we came back in and they re-sized it for us very quickly. I cannot thank enough to Quest jewerly for how beautiful my engament ring turn out. Randa was very patient and sweet through out the process. We had a bad experience with another jewerly that made my ring first, and Randa kindly explained all the issues she found on the ring the moment she inspected it through the augmented lens. It was very informative and it helped me understand why I felt my ring was not properly done... I knew I wasnt being picky :)They remake my ring, keeping the original design and stones, we only requested a small addition on the ring band to match the design of the wedding band. The final product was so clean, the diamond was even more sparkly than when I got it done from the other jewerly. There was no flaws on the platinum either. It was just professionally done! We visited Mervis and Washington Diamonds before deciding to work with Quest due to the productive phone and email discussions my partner had with Kay and the exceptional customer service we received when we finally met Kay at Quest. We found Kay to be a careful listener as he was able to conceptualize exactly the ring we wanted based on the specifications we provided. We were able to choose the perfect setting at the store and determined that the next step would be Kay researching and obtaining the right diamond for us based on our criteria. This was going to be quite a significant purchase, and we were excited as we felt we could place our trust in Quest in terms of receiving the best customer experience and product. We mentioned that we were looking at mid-December to have the engagement ring ready and Kay explained that it was imperative that we start the search for the right stone. Kay also mentioned that he’d be in touch with available stones and that we’d have to move quickly since availability may be limited. Unfortunately, three weeks have gone by and we’ve not heard back from Kay. We received a prompt follow-up from both other jewelers but no communication from Quest/Kay since our visit. While we felt valued as a customer during our visit at the store, unfortunately our experience post-visit left us feeling forgotten and unvalued. We’ve decided to move on and start our search again in hopes of finding a jeweler that can help us create the perfect engagement ring.

I had a general idea of what I wanted and decided to go to Quest, as we had many friends that had gone there previously and had great experiences. Ours was no exception. Id recommend making an appointment with Pete, he is the owner and is knowledgeable, low pressure, and an all around great guy to work with. I brought in an image of what I was looking for and from there I received a CAD drawing mock up of the ring in order to ensure it was exactly what I was envisioning. Pete also researched solitaire diamonds and recommended one for us, based on our budget and diamond shape preference. I received the final ring about 2 weeks after receiving the CAD drawing and it was absolutely perfect! In terms of pricing, prior to visiting Quest, we looked into some online retailers including James Allen and Blue Nile and Quest is comparable in price. They dont do any advertising, its strictly word of mouth and they receive wholesale pricing on their diamonds. Given their expertise and high level of service, Id highly recommend using them over an online retailer.

My fiance ended up purchasing my engagement ring at Quest and he was over-the-moon with the entire process. Huan was truly a professional but also made you feel like you have been friends for years! The family feeling you receive is unconditional. When I finally met Huan after I said Yes (best day of my life), he was very sweet and explained how to properly care for the ring. I bought my fiances wedding ring here, I shopped around a bit beforehand, I came here because they sell Gabriel NY. They had a ring that fit exactly into my budget including the diamond. Customer service was fantastic, Jeri was so helpful and made a big purchase fun and easy.

Quest created both my engagement and wedding rings; totally custom pieces that couldnt be more breathtaking. I cant go more than a few days without receiving a complement on my engagement ring - a timeless setting with channel set diamonds and milgrain they helped my fiancé design. My wedding band is an exact replica of an antique which they executed beautifully. I could not be happier to wear these rings forever.

I ultimately ended up not purchasing an item from Quest due to my own indecisiveness, so this review is specifically about the shopping experience there, which was excellent. The store itself is modest in size and easy to peruse. The quality of jewelry is very impressive. The staff is personable and legitimately interested in procuring the perfect gift for the occassion. Obviously they have a business to run, however, so expect higher-end price tags. They do custom work in house, which is really convenient and allows for personalization. Definitely worth checking them out if nearby!

My experience here has been a one-of-a kind customer service experience that I doubt I will ever get to receive anywhere else. Working with Huan was remarkable and the engagement ring I purchased was beyond perfect AND afforable! I can not suggest Quest Jewelers enough. Best in the area, by far.

Jeri was very helpful and accommodating! I recommend buying from their website since their prices are more competitive than in-store. Also, they have an excellent lifetime warranty program. I checked a couple of other places in the area (i.e., Washington Diamond, Mervis), but Quest had them beat with pricing for like diamonds.

My fiancé and I went into Quest to just look at a few engagement rings because she did not know what she wanted. We talked with Huan and he was great. He showed us a variety of rings and she was able to narrow it down. I went back to finalize everything and told him that we were going on a trip to Italy in 3 weeks and Huan was able to get the ring ready by then. We had a great experience and definitely recommend going to Quest for your jewelry needs.

TL;DR I worked with Huan over the course of 2 months to find a stone and build a band/setting for my fiancee. He was patient in educating us, guiding us through the process and not pushy. The reviews on Google+Yelp helped me choose this place out of the blue.Even though walking in is okay, Id recommend an appointment for those of you out there that are on a tight schedule.---------No appointment, I came here on a rainy Saturday morning in mid December of 2017 and it was quite busy. As I waited for my turn, we (my, now, fiancees sister and myself) just perused what they had displayed to get an idea of what could align to my fiancees desired style. They were kind enough to check in on us as we waited. WIth the holidays around the corner, it was expected a jewelry store would be busy.We ended up speaking with Huan, one of the brothers that own the family business. I roughly understood the theory of the 4Cs but Huan patiently walked me through and comparing various stones so I can see the 4Cs in real life. He was conscious of my budget while presenting me stones and a setting/band that I could use propose.After she said yes, I went back to the store with my fiancee to lock down a design that she liked that was modeled after various designed from in store and other online store references. Since it was around the holidays and we were about to go on a trip, we decided to leave the stone with Huan while he built the band for us. Draft designs were communicated via email while we were out of the country which made things easier. When we came back he showed us finished product which looked amazing. He also offers through a 3rd party, an appraisal service that you can later use to get insurance coverage. The fiancee later got the ring resized which was no hassle.In this current culture of online shopping (Im a hardcore Amazon Prime shopper), my initial move was to go to Bluenile. However, after going into Quest to actually speak to someone that does this for a living, I appreciated the experience even more so.

My fiance went to Quest and worked with Huan to design a custom engagement ring. I really cant imagine anything more perfect! The setting is classic, elegant, and balanced, and the diamond sparkles brilliantly. It makes me feel so special to know it is one-of-a-kind. I also really appreciate the complimentary sizing and cleanings offered by Quest-- I have already made use of this service several times! When we went back to shop for wedding bands, Huan helped us select a beautiful shared prong diamond wedding band for me-- we just picked it up and it is just stunning next to my engagement ring. Huan even customized my ring by adding a knife edge to the bottom of the ring so that it matches my engagement ring-- this attention to detail is truly appreciated! My fiances wedding band is so unique-- we browsed a lot online before going into Quest and didnt see anything like it. The selection of engagement and wedding rings at Quest is really great-- both classic and unique styles-- highly recommended! We will definitely be back for any future jewelry needs.

Friendly staff. A bit pricey, but they seem to only sell high quality jewelery. I bought my fiancées wedding band here. They helped me match it up with the Verragio engagement ring I bought several years ago (long engagement). I highly recommend them for quality jewelry.
