Absolutely gorgeous showroom! Each setpiece was well designed, stylish, and really comfortable albeit you pay above average prices for it all. We went in looking for a sectional for our living room and happened to sit on this Emory modular sectional. The one helping us, Hazel, was super nice and walked us through its features and helped price out the configuration we wanted. She was kind and not too pushy.

Horrible business. Never responds. Made us pay extra on shipping for no reason. Sold us a malfunctioning piece of furniture and insurance did absolutely nothing. Spent thousands and they cant return an email or phone call. Horrible customer service, they blocked me and hung up on me multiple times. Biggest disappointment and regret. DONT GO HERE ITS BASICALLY A SCAM.

We received our sofa with holes and scratches. We submitted a report and then we had to chase Rebecca who is responsible for returns. She said we can get a new one in April as a replacement. I asked her if is it possible to get a compensation instead, she promised to call me back. She did not call me back, I called her again and she said she would investigate and call me back.Now, almost 6 months passed since that phone call. She never called us back!I called to the store and they said that we would have a new sofa in May.Why didnt their representative ever called us as she promised twice?Also, how could they do it without our formal content?If someone from the store is reading these reviews, I want to use it as a formal complaint!

Sales staff is wonderful while your in the store and the furniture is great quality.once you leave the showroom it takes months longer to deliver now, my main compliant is no one calls you, no customer serviceIf you can wait twice as long as they say and are happy with no communication your ok if you want someone to ignore you, otherwise you have to call the store and hope someone calls you back or you have to keep calling. Customer service is horrible and they keep blaming the pandemic, the pandemic does not excuse bad communication EVER

Favorite place for furniture. Go see Hazel. She’s really great at helping you pick styles and color combinations and she even called to tell me of sales on items I’d been looking at. Once I ordered, I had to wait for the house to be built and they’ve had that furniture held for me for over 10 months. We’re finally getting ready to have it delivered.

I am an Arhaus customer since 2013 and this year one employee provided the *BEST* service a customer can receive. *Ronnie* is a wonderful, A++ lady that truly cares for her customers. Her patience, love towards her job, and, love toward helping others find the products they need is incredible. Hazel Harrigan is the reason we bought our sofa!From the moment we walked in, she greeted us and politely and enthusiastically showed us around the showroom. I originally came in on a $2,000 sofa I saw online and thought that was the one. However, Hazel showed me the value in the Pavo collection sectional. Although it was an additional $3,000, we ultimately ended up going with the Pavo due to Hazels professionalism and immense knowledge of Arhaus products. I felt no need to look any further.Thanks again Hazel! We can’t wait to take delivery of our new sofa!

Great place for home decor. I came in on a whim based off what i saw in the window. I stopped in and spent more than i thought i would. Got home to use my blanket. Was surprised at how well it kept me warm and returned to purchase the bigger bed version. Loved the staff and the atmosphere.

Great place for a variety of home furnishings. If its custom, wait and they wont let you down. I spent $8k on dining room set. I had some issues, their team came out and made it right. Sometimes pricey versus a box store but worth every cent.

I have Arhaus pieces in my dining room, kitchen, bedroom, office, and living room. Everything has blended beautifully with my existing furniture. Liz Sullivan has been great to work with and very helpful all along the way.

Ordered Settees (4), pendant lighting (10) and a side board (Higgins) to be used as a hostess stand for our restaurant. Everything there is tough as nails and perfect for commercial use or a really rough family setting with lots of kids. Hazel...the best...ask for her by name. Weve just begun our renovation so as spaces get open for items, well be ordering much more.

We have bought several sets of furniture here over the years and always received great service even when there have been issues. I just found out that they have lifetime warranty when a recent issue popped up. A tech will be coming to the house to address the problem... What is there not to like about that.

Only been here a couple times and never bought anything, but each time I was pushed into purchasing products when I requested to just look around. The prices seem fairly expensive, although some of the furniture seems like very high quality.

Ordered 20k worth of stuff for our living room. They passed the 14 weeks to deliver and we had to call them. You guys dropped the ball and my hard earned money.

My couch took 5 months to arrive due to a fabric delay. When it did the fabric was rough and dull, not shiny or soft like it was in the store. Then within a month it started to pill. Customer service told me to buy a fabric shaver and shave my couch. They said that pilling was normal like a sweater. Seriously?I was also advised to wash it since it was so stiff and itchy and now the fabric is faded in strange radiating lines despite washing exactly as directed. Buyer beware!

The service wasnt that great and the sales rep are a bit judgy.
