Adam Garage Door is very professional. They arrive the next day (10 hours after calling) and replaced and upgraded my springs within 30 minutes. I cant ask for more expedient and express service. My friend recommended them after he had both garage door springs replaced.

Adam was a true professional, responses quick is reasonably priced and provides logical options. After backing into the garage door, lower section, he recommended to fix it first where others were recommending to replace it. Sure, it could be replaced but others didn’t even consider it to be an option. Adam also properly diagnosed other issues like safety cables and recommended to keep all other hardware as is while other contractors said to replace it all. When I called Adam Garage Door to get a repair or estimate of my non-working garage door problem, the owner was very helpful and explained all possible causes. He made arrangements to come by the same day to take a look at the problem. After he looked at it, he said the problem was in the way we pulled down / released the hanging pull handle. It was not grasping something-or-other 🤪. It was a thirty second “fix” that cost us nothing! We knew absolutely nothing about garage doors and Adam COULD have told us anything - he didn’t. He was honest, sincere, knowledgeable, conscientious, Covid secure, and straightforward. We will never use anyone but Adam Garage Door for our future repair needs. They are wonderful !

Garage door opener abruptly stopped working. Called Adam after another outfit put me on hold then voice mail. He came out the same day and advised me that the opener could only be repaired by the manufacturers service. No service charge for that diagnosis. Found out the manufacturer no longer provides parts or service and called Adam back. He came up with an opener that would fit my constrained space and installed it the next day. Excellent responsiveness and service throughout.

I called Adam to fix a pair of broken torsion springs after returning from vacation. He showed up same-day, on a weekend, with the correct parts, and got right to work. He finished before we had the groceries put away, and even adjusted and lubricated the door. Don’t waste your money on a flashy, big box company; call Adam!
