This place has awesome selection. They carry just about everything one needs for info/pak cooking.I’ve now tried the chicken several times and it’s always been fresh. I like that the chicken it already cut and packaged with the date which cuts down on the wait time significantly.Selection of frozen foods is awesome.I hope they continue to be clean and organized and well stocked with fruits and vegetables as well as meats and spices.

I visited this store while I was waiting for my pizza from the (Halal certified) pizza store behind the building. I was blown away by the look and cleanliness of the place! Oh man! I felt like a like a kid in a candy store.They have a separate walk in section for nuts and sweets. That is where I spent most of my little time there.The prices are reasonable and comparable or cheaper than other Mediterranean stores in the area. There were lots of options from Turkey, India and Middle East.I will probably go back there a few more times before forming a firmer opinion, but so far I liked what I saw.

I am disappointed 🙁, Im a constant client and every time we buy a lot of meat over there, but three times I bought basmati rice and three times they smelled bad. There is a specific odour that I cant even describe. Thats a terrible thing that might be fixed.

This is the Best Halal Market in Fairfax no questions asked! The owner he is super friendly, nice traditional guy, he’s always hard at work in the store. It has been newly expanded and they have high quality products. The prices are very reasonable and I enjoy coming to this particular Afghan Halal super market over everywhere else. Thanks!

This place is organized with great staff. They are friendly and responsible. I buy chicken and many other things from this store almost every week.

Everything about this store is fairly good. Youll find a lot of things from every corner of the world. Pricing is aggressive, you might pay a good penny for something, and in some cases its worth it. Out of everything, the one thing you should definitely avoid is the meat section. I have purchased meat from here one too many times, and each time it was disappointing. I pay for meat, and I when I open the tray to cook it I find nothing but meat - only fat, cartilage, bones. The owner is not good at taking responsibility, or maybe his workers dont know how meat should be packaged up. Other than that, no gripes. Be aggressive if you want to do a returns, their returns policy exists but if theyre upset with you, for whatever reason, itll be harder or impossible to get the refund completed. But nice place overall.

They are serving fresh bread and HALAL meat on daily basis. They have goat,beef, chicken with bone and without bone. Top quality customer service and with the best price. Excellent collection of spices and fresh herbs,dairy products, vegetables. Freshly cut and pack on the spot.If you really want to buy fresh bread and Halal fresh meet. You should go there. Also, all Afghan,Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi spices are very good at this place.Strongly recommended.

Yesterday we bought baby goat shoulder in packed box.Really it was very nice.very soft and tender after cooking tastes very good no smell.i would give more than five stars for fresh goat shoulder.

Very pricey items, however good collections. One item that I purchased, cheese, was bad and smelled horrible. I went back to return it they checked the expiration date, which was valid and they tried to make me look like that I changed my mind and I dont want the item. I didnt argue alot and they refunded me my money.

I randomly stopped by this place as I was running errands with my dad and am so glad I did!!! It’s a beautiful space, clean, bright, well organized and well stocked. They have a fun section of imported nuts and goodies from the Middle East that I’ve been craving, all the shisha stuff, labne galore, a bunch of reasonably priced fresh produce- we snagged so much fresh okra and cucumbers. Def recommend you stop by for all your cravings from the motherland!

This place has everything you could ask for. Fresh bread, meat, dried fruits/nuts. They recently expanded the store and its now very spacious. Staff is always friendly.

One of the best place to buy halal meet and other ethnic food. They are good people with good energy. Treat you like family. I am stingy when it comes to reviews however they go beyond in their customer service.

Few things, if you are going to expand, it doesn’t mean you increase the prices two times or more, also the meat quality is so trashy it use to be good but now the meat is just trashy. And please don’t sell the rotten stuff. These young guys are so rude in the meat section, seriously have to agree with some of the previous posts, if you look good and they like you you deserve the better meat, please treat everyone equally and don’t go by looks, the staff owner and family is nice though.

They said, they are closing now but they will wait. I had to stop at signals so I reached them at 9:01pm. The guy at the counter was waiting for me. By the time I left it was already 9:07pm. Fantatsic store, good selection of food stuffs.

I ain’t gonna lie about the quality of their bread but the lady on the back who makes bread extremely rude and ridicules, she doesn’t let you wait for the fresh bread out of the oven and force you to get the old and cold bread.

I’ve been a regular customer for several years now, the organization & customer service of this halal store is beyond expectations! Their prices are also fair & meat is always fresh.

Asian/Middle Eastern grocery store where you can get Halal meat and chicken as well as other groceries including spices, a variety of rice, spice, Barbari bread (Iranian/Afghan), Taftoon bread (Iranian), Iranian pickle, tuna, etc. The owner is Afghan and can speak both English and Farsi. There is enough parking space right in front of the store. The staff is usually nice and the store is not crowded. You can also find a lot of delicious nuts like sunflower/pumpkin seeds, raisin, dries apricot, etc. If like chicken for barbecue (Jujeh Kebob), its the right place as the chicken parts are small and skinless. Sometimes you can find lamb liver and similar stuff.

Halal bazar is one of the most convenient store every one working there is very helpful last Saturday when I was there buying some meat a customer ahead me was very rude to the butcher I think his mood was very off he was asking different things finally he got some trays of meat and tear the plastic of it when the butcher politely told him not to tear it then he started shouting at butcher that I’m the customer you should not talk to me like that he started making drama we are customer we should respect others to get respect today I saw his review which was worse then he acted in the store finally I would like to say this that every one working any where is also a humane not machine we should not make them not to tolerate us any more.

If possible I would have give more then 5 stars to this store . one of the best international stores in DMV area .The store is really one stop shop and conveniently located in the heart of Faifax county . best place for all groceries including fresh meat, authentic afghan kitchenware and dry fruits. I did my Ramadan shopping and will be going to do Eid shopping in few days . Prices are affordable . the staff is professionally trained and willing to assist customers with thier needs.

Some dessert I bought was stale and I had to throw the bx away. The cookies with raisin are good though.

I was a regular customer until today, experienced very bad attitude from one of butcher at the meat shop. He does not help customers, on top he belittles them. He is a fu*king crook, not sure why he is still there, if he is not happy working there. He messed with me(wrong person), I gave him good lessons on how he should treat customers. I hope he f**king understood by now. I am not going back there for business.Truth is, this butcher is the one told me to smell it before I take meat home few weeks back. Few times meat was rotten by the time(30mins) I went home.This butcher said to me GO TO HELL, GET OUT in the middle of polite conversation.I dont believe I should tolerate such behaviour from him. I suggest same for everyone.Speaking of respect, he belittled me few times before, gave him a chance, smiled back. But this time its beyond limit.
