I just fired them for not doing the work we are paying them to do. They do a quick weekly job of mowing while leaving a lot of areas in my back yard uncut and uncleaned. When I confronted them they just packed up and left. Good riddance!

Horrible!! Would not recommend!

I used Diamond Cutters for two years. It is a pretty basic service, just quick mow and leaf blowing. Not amazing attention to detail or anything more comprehensive, but they do the job quickly and for a competitive price.Unfortunately, we had to stop using Diamond Cutters because they missed a mowing and, rather than timely make up for it, made excuses and blamed the customer (me) for requesting a late-season bi-weekly schedule (which they had agreed to, but apparently could not manage) and asking them to fix their mistake by mowing my lawn (which they never did).I try to go out of my way to support small businesses, but the lack of responsible management or anything beyond bare bones customer service has lead me to stop doing business with Diamond Cutters. If all you want is someone to mow your lawn, you simply cant count on Diamond Cutters to do that.

Completed their questionnaire online asking for an estimate. Nobody followed back up with me so I called, provided them the information and they told me they would measure the lawn and give me the estimate. Never showed up, called back again and spoke with someone who said they would follow back up and handle it.....still never did. Customer service is awful and not impressed in the least.

They cut the lawn each week but their customer service is extremely deplorable. We left several voice mails but never heard back from them. They were extremely disrespectful when I was able to talk to them and asked questions that were out of bounds. They lack a basic level of professionalism.

The crews worked very fast, efficent with very little noise (for a lawn.service )They use small.push mowers that really have a great cut .Someone answers the phone when I call which is awesome ! Excellent !

These guys took really good care of me and my lawn. No complaints at all, and I will certainly be calling Diamond Cutters again.

I have been using this service for years and they stuck with me in bad times and in good times. Ive not had a problem with their service or their customer service.

Very unprofessional, a neighbor used this service. They man showed up with a riding mower and proceeded to mow, shooting the grass and right into my pool. When we ask him to blow it the other way, we were greeted with his profanity.
