Steve Swantko At Superior was extremely responsive to all my calls, texts, and emails. He was able to quickly assist me through all steps of the purchasing process. During a time when it is extremely challenging to purchase vehicles, due to minimal inventory, he was able to successfully get me the exact car I wanted while other dealerships told me I would have to wait months. Hands down the best Acura service Ive ever experienced. Ive owned Acuras for yesrs but living on the other side of town, I never had the pleasure of dealing with Superior, that is until yesterday. My RDX has been having some issues with the turbo that no other dealer had been able to fix. However, Rich at Superior not only found the issue but was able to fix it while I waited. Everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly. Sorry, I dont remember everyones name, but I was truly impressed with the Superior service I received. This will now be the only dealership I use, worth the drive. Highly recommend

I will never take my car back to be worked on. My husband and I took our MDX in because the ABS, VSA, and AWD lights came on and it was making a scraping sound. They changed the battery saying it was a bad battery causing the lights to come on (even though our battery was only about 1 year old). That very same day (on our way home from the shop) all of the lights came back on. I tried calling them back, but they were already closed for the day. I left a vm and no one ever called back... called again and left another vm but no call back. Called one more time and got someone who told me I could bring it back in. They initially wanted to charge us again for looking at it but finally agreed not to. They came back and said it was a bad left rear sensor. I asked her would that explain the scraping noise and she said that anything else going on with the vehicle would require a diagnostic in which they would charge us for. Im really thinking like why didnt you do that in the first place instead of charging us for a battery!!? Idk what they did to the car, but since leaving the last time, all of the lights plus the transmission light have come on and the audio mode on the radio has stopped working.

I brought my daughter to Superior because they had a used VW Passat for sale. We had a wonderful buying experience with the help of Jason Johnson. We were genuinely impressed with his personable care and thoughtful service. He said that he would follow up within the next day to see about getting us the missing owners manual. I thought that he would likely get caught up in other sales and not give us a call. He not only called us to check in, but also overnighted a second key set that he located apparently while searching for the manual. The manual ended up tucked away in the car, so all is well. The cleanliness and condition of this used car was way beyond our expectations. If you choose Superior, please see Jason and rest assured you are in good hands.

Showed up before they opened on a Sunday. Within minutes of opening, Stephen came out to greet us. We ended up spending most of the day there but walked out with a sweet 2017 MDX with more bells and whistles than we could have imagined. Throughout the process, Stephen was awesome. Certainly the most personable car salesman Ive ever dealt with. He is a big part of why we decided to pull the trigger. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed, and he took the time to make sure we were comfortable with the decision. Chad was also easy to work with from a finance perspective. Got us where we needed to be and made it all happen. The manager Lenny also stopped by to make sure we were good and welcomed us to the Acura family. Five Star Experience! Contacted the parts department on Saturday morning to ask for help on a radio code, the gentleman walked me thru the process right away, and was a first class person to deal with. This was after I called 2 other Acura dealers only to be put on hold for eternity and to be told “we don’t do that”. I come in and pay $100 diagnostic fee to be told Basicly “we don’t know what’s wrong and it will cost $375 to figure it out” yet still charge me the $100 for diagnostic . I’ve had so many issues with this place and reluctantly returned bc I thought they would know why my “check acc system” code won’t go off on my 2011 mdx. 3 hours later they don’t know and tell me it will be another 3 hours to diagnose. They state it is likely from a old accident the cAr was in yet it never started until after I had major work done here last year (engine rebuild from oil consumption).I’ll always own Acura’s but never again will I step foot into superior.

It was easy to test drive a number of different vehicles and Ken was very well versed with each cars specifications. This dealership changed my experience with car buying altogether. I recently purchased a 2010 Acura TSX at a wonderful price and actually trusted the dealership for once! I have had this car now for a month and could not be happier with it. My fiance and I worked with Jason to discuss and agree on a very fair price for the vehicle. Jason was helpful and I knew I could trust him every step of the way! This took me off guard as this is not always the case when looking for a used car. The car needed some very minor dent repairs and a key was missing but the dealer worked this into the purchase as a part of the deal and at no further cost. Quality service, but the whole experience isnt what I would expect from a brand that wants to be luxury. The waiting room is pretty basic with standard refreshments and substandard coffee. The work space is pretty poor, especially for morning appointments. The sun is at such an angle that you can barely see your screen and theres no way to shade the window. Over all though an acceptable experience.

He offered to ride with us or take the drive without him. We chose to take him with us. He sat in the back seat and gave me directions and demonstrated the features of the 2019 RDX as we drove a coarse that really shows what this vehicle can do. After we finished the test drive, we were sold! Randy then provided us with an absolute ZERO pressure purchase of the sale. Great communication getting me into the door and shaking hands on a price. After that, horrible experience. The paper work with the office manager was all wrong multiple times. Had to redo it 3 times. Read it carefully! They try to throw in extras without telling you. Window etching, warranties, key protection, etc. I had issues with the vehicle afterwards and they did nothing to try to help me out. They couldnt provide service records or anything. Unanswered emails, unanswered calls, and Im still driving on temp tags. I bought a luxury car for gods sake.One month update: They offered me $100 as a good will. Then changed their mind.

I worked with this dealership to find a car for my daughters. Even though I came in at a lower target spend, I came away feeling that I got excellent value for my purchase. With so many fly by night companies buying cars at auction and doing minimal repair to them, I found it great working with a dealership that sells their own trade-in vehicles and ensures that they are in proper working condition. I took my used vehicle to my mechanic and he pronounced it in excellent condition - 6 years old and with 125K miles! You cant beat this dealership. Theyve earned their top dealer rating. The GM is also a great guy to work with. Excellent ethical bearing.

Wonderful experience purchasing a late model Acura TSX from Steve Swantko and the entire team at Superior Acura in Fairfield, Ohio. The service manager spent time with me going over the pre-sale service done on the car, as well as the pros/cons (only one, which is covered by a 15-year, unlimited mileage Acura warranty). We bought a used 2015 Toyota Corolla just yesterday from here. It was priced lower than most others in the area and was in great condition. A.J. Gray was our salesman and he was very pleasant to deal with, just make sure to tell him that you wont buy a car from him until he serves up some of his homemade banana bread. We did the financing with Chad who was also very pleasant to deal with and got everything squared away quickly even after an amusing struggle with his vintage dot matrix printer. The process didnt take very long at all and we left very happy with the deal and the car, simple as that. Everyone looking for a car should check this place out. And trust me about the banana bread.

My experience is more so with the service department. About a year ago, I locked my keys in in between my hatch and the body of the car. (keys were sitting on the side when I closed the hatch) the only way to open the hatch is with the key. Luckily I had my title and walked there to have a key cut from the title. The guy working offered to drive me back to my car just to see if the new key would work. I declined as Ive never had issues with keys before that were cut from the title so I walked back. Key worked better thab my original. A+ for willingness to go above and beyond for me.

Our MDX had a loud wheel bearing during our trip home to Ontario. John and the rest of the service staff got us in promptly and got the job done quickly that enabled us to get back on the road and home with no problems. Thanks for a pleasant experience.
