My experience with Marsillios was excellent. The refrigerator works far better than expected. The freezer of the side by side hovers around 5 degrees which causes the automatic ice maker to produce a abundance of Ice in a very short time!My overall experience at Marsillios was superb and would recommend anyone interested in appliances to go to Marsillios.

Purchased a dishwasher a few months back after searching several big box stores. Decided I would rather shop local and glad I did. Big box all gave the same story of supply chain delays and it would likely take months to get. Well, Marsillios had what I was looking for in stock, timely delivery and installation available. To top it off, there price was better than the big box. There were a few unforeseen issues that were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. No deduction in rating as I noted they were unforeseen. From sales to install, everyone was professional and cared about the customer. I will most definitely purchase from again.

I recently purchased a new clothes dryer from Marsillios. The salesman was extremely helpful in making sure we bought one that would fit in the tight space in our home. Delivery was promptly scheduled and we were able to easily change the date when we found we had a conflict. The delivery personnel were polite and efficient.

It was a good experience every one was great, the only thing is we did not measure the distance of the door swing out! The refrigerator door hits our counter 3/4 of the way open! The countertop is marble! We did not even ask about It.

Amazing staff, I went to buy a smart Whirlpool dishwasher from Best Buy and waited at home on my delivery date to find out they canceled my appointment without contacting me. I had the pleasure and luck of working with Josh. This guy seams to have a PH D in all things that Cook, Wash and use an electric cord. I thought I did my homework on the over $6500 of appliances I purchased, but Josh soon schooled me and dropped some serious science on these products. You know a sales rep knows their stuff when they take the time to go and see how the products are builtat the source..
