Unfortunately the stories of this place having bad customer service is correct. Mom bought a car from them, had issues trading her car in, had issues with the locks in the car not working properly, had issues with them sending a bill (then charging us a late fee because they forgot to bill us.) They DONT call you back. Buy HONDA. Its across the street with better customer service and better quality vehicles.

My experience at Superior Hyundai North has all been positive. Although I had scheduled maintenance work to be done in October, when I had a tire problem in September, I was taken right in. A new tire was ordered, and while waiting for the tire, all of my scheduled work was completed. Now I am set until February. I am very happy with the quality workmanship, and the personnel.
Wrecked my car, and like most people, I dread the car shopping experience. Chris Bosse was our salesman for our new Santa Fe. He was very informative and helpful during the purchase. He made us feel very comfortable in the dealership, during the buying process. Be careful doing business in the used car area. My mother and I went to look at a single car we were interested in, and when we got there, the pictures on the web site did not properly depict the full condition of the car. As we were trying to leave the manager came out and tried to get us to look at other cars. We expressed our disinterest in any other cars and commenced to leave. At which point he attempted the stall tactic. Not cool, and.not doing business with you.

Sales associate, Alayna, was phenomenal and the best! I have no complaints in that area. However there was a mistake in the leasing process, and I’ve been having to call, and do so much unnecessary foot work to try to figure out if the issue will be resolved. Many calls and messages left, only left me with no callbacks, or any concern, until I went to the general manager. Very hard to get ahold of these people, and they seem to put you on the back burner at times. Customer service IN PERSON, is great. Over the phone, it’s a disaster. With that said though, I LOVE MY NEW ELANTRA.

I was very pleased with the ease of the lease process when I purchased my new Tucson last year. Flash forward one year and due to running over a key, I have to have a tire replaced.You would THINK that would be a simple fix. The whole ordeal has been time consuming and frustrating. The communication in the service department is SERIOUSLY lacking. Please think twice about using the service department.

Poor customer service and hospitality by the sales department (name of the sales person: Brad). I had called to make enquiry to ask about availability of SUVs. I was told that there was stock.When I reached there in few minutes, the sales guy told that there is no stock anymore. He just left us standing at the door instead of being welcoming without giving any additional information. Simply wasted our time.

Ive heard dealership horror stories my whole life in the automotive industry. For this reason, I have never taken a car to a dealership - only valvoline or a real repair shop. Well I have a car under warranty now, so I had no choice but to bring my car in. The car needed 3 hours worth of work and I was very specific about a noise that it was making that needed diagnosed. I dropped it off on a Thursday, and never got a phone call so Friday morning I call and it took me 3 hours to get someone on the phone who knew about my car. The work was done but nobody ever called and it was too late to get a rental so my wife ended up not having her car over the entire weekend. Its now Monday and because they didnt capture the correct information from me over the course of multiple conversations, they still have the car because they didnt diagnose my concern correctly. I called today again for a follow up and was told that someone would call me and leave a message because I work 3pm-2am and guess what? No call, no text, no anything. The entire team at superior should be ashamed of themselves, its very clear they are all there for the paycheck and nothing more. Jeremy the manager attempted to pin the blame on me when they didnt get the car done. Sorry that your online agents didnt relay the proper information AS WELL AS the person I spoke to on the phone during scheduling. I told them both the same information I told you, so just add them to the list of unhelpful jerks that are employed there. My guess is they cant replicate my concern and I never get my car fixed. At this rate, Id almost rather pay a real shop to do the work rather than get free warranty work from these imbiciles.
Chris Blanton helped my sister out tremendously in her first “new” car purchase. We came in looking at a used Subaru. He mentioned something about an SRX within budget and we signed the paperwork shortly after a test drive and asking some questions. He streamlined this normally dreadful purchase and I can’t recommend him and Superior in general highly enough.

There are not many new cars parked in the outside lot to view and some do not have a window stickers. I have spoken with sales people there and frankly I think I will drive farther and buy from Columbia Hyundai because they offer better auto service and loaner cars if needed.
Service department rocks! I dropped my car off on Thursday because I was having some issues with it. They said it might take some time for them to even look at it since I didn’t have an appointment, but Shavonne reassured me that they would get to it as soon as they can. Well, today I got the call that my car was ready and that the repairs were free since it was under warranty. Talk about awesome and fast service! Thanks guys! And thank you Shavonne!!!

Checked reviews and found the dealer closest to me was not who I wanted to visit. i wound up at Superior Hyundai North in Fairview . We found a SanteFe Ultimate 2019 with 23000 miles on it. Chris Blanton is the sales person working with us.I dont like buying cars and I dont like car games with dealers. Turns out I came to right place . They dont play and in a short period of time we drove away in our new Santa Fe and loved the ride.I couldnt be happier with the whole experience and would reccomend this dealer for either a new or used car. worth the trip wherever you live.

I had a factory recall on my 2019 Tuscon. The service department at Superior extended a friendly greeting. I was told an hour and a half wait. It was that exactly. The waiting area was Covid friendly and the staff acted accordingly. My sales rep, Jason Markley, was handy just to stop and talk. Good experience!

Stopped in for my scheduled oil change. It took a little longer than expected, but not an issue. When it was complete, Keith told me that this one was on them for the extra wait time. I would have gladly paid, but excepted the kind gesture. The unexpected car wash was very nice as well. This was my first experience at Superior Hyundai North. In short: unsafe, dishonest, and unfair. Kudos though for the really nice customer service lady who checked me out.Heres the long story:My car was brought in today for scheduled maintenance and a noise diagnosis. I recieved a call from my service advisor that I needed new break pads and rotors in the front and an alignment. I finally agreed to have this completed after being told doing aftermarket pads/rotors from another service center would void my warranty. Upon picking up my car, when reviewing my service report, the breaks were only moderately worn according to the technician. This indicates I could have benefited from new break pads but rotors WERE NOT NECESSARY.. Additionally, the service report stated RR wheel bent (BALANCED OUT) of which I was NOT informed. I did not have the option to discuss my options for fixing this problem. According to the service report, actually fixing this issue is covered by the warranty I purchased less than 10k miles ago.Frankly, this is unsafe and unfair. Additionally, the sound issue is not resolved. Curious to know if it would resolve if the bent wheel was actually fixed instead of baidaided.

Great sales department, but unreliable service. I recently had my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I specifically asked them to check my spare tire because I was going on a long trip. They changed the oil and rotated the tires (I guess), with a multi-point inspection, but they failed to check the spare tire as I asked them. We got a screw in the sidewall of one of the tires in the middle of South Dakota 10 miles from any town or cell phone coverage. The spare tire had 15 pounds of air in it when I put it on a week later because THEY NEVER CHECKED IT. If they cant do this simple task how could you ever trust their service department?
Sold me a Ford Escape with a coolant engine leak and didn’t mention anything about it.

I am completely shocked at the poor customer service my daughter and I received today at Superior Hyundai North. I read the reviews prior to scheduling for our service and felt confident proceeding. I was poorly mistaken and will not be returning to this dealership.There was a recall on my daughters car, so maybe the fact that they had to perform the service for free moved us to the back of the list. Nonetheless, I would still expect to be treated with kindness and respect.I was told the service would take 1 hour. After 3 hours, I called to check on the progress and was meet with indifference and rudeness from, Keith, the person working on my daughters car. I was able to speak to the manager, who was apologetic and ensured that the service would be completed within the next few hours. I appreciate that it was completed, eventually, but still should never have been treated poorly to begin with.
Had an absolute fantastic experience at the Hyundai Superior North. Our salesman Chris Bosse not only sold me a new car that day but also sold a new car to my wife. There was no pressure, it was the rebates and interest rates plus him being such a great no pressure salesman that got him the sales.
My lease is ending and plan on returning the vehicle so me and my daughter were there to look at the Palisade. When we arrived we were not greeted by anyone. I understand that they were with people but could have excused themselves momentarily to say welcome to Superior Hyundai be with you in a minute or there were other employees that could have welcomed us or made some kind of acknowledgement that we walked in the door. While waiting my daughter and I decided to look at the palisade that was on the showroom floor. I reached inside to touch the seat and the alarm went off. I had no idea it would do that. So a sales woman looked annoyed with me and shouted out to somebody several times a number I guess to get the correct keys to silence the alarm. Even at that time she did not say somebody will be with you. I said to her is the alarm always that sensitive and she answered yes and went back to her customers. After sitting in the vehicle about 10 minutes or so and checking out what it has to offer she finally walked by on her way to do something else and said someone will be with you in 10 to 15 minutes. We waited a few minutes longer and then decided to leave. We then went to Superior South and had a much better experience with friendly and helpful staff. Customer service goes a long way. I felt theirs was poor and I can spend my money elsewhere.

When I walk into the Service Department, Michelle knows me by name.I recently had to replace my transmission. Thank goodness it was under warranty. Within minutes I was on my way home in a fabulous 2019 Tuscon rental paid by my warranty. When my car repair was complete, I signed my name (asked Michelle if they took it for a test drive-of course they did) turned in my rental keys and was on my way. The staff is the real deal. We found a 2018 Hyundai Elantra GT Sport on CarGurus for $16,450. They posted it. It was a certified pre-owned car. Kelley Blue Book had that car listed at an average of $16,000 at the dealer when certified pre-owned. I have a scanner for a car computer. I found a couple codes. I made an offer on the car and they said that they were sorry it was a mistake. It should actually be more like $19,000. They actually said they had that much in the car. Im wondering if they ran me off because I found an airbag code and that might be expensive to fix. At any rate, Im not sure how they could have $19,000 into a car when the average vehicle of this type sells at a dealer for 16000. They were just flat-out lying to me I think.
Went in to have the oil changed, also mentioned that I have had to add air to one of my tires twice in the last month. They checked it out and found a nail. Repaired at no charge, compliments of Superior Hyundai North. Very Polite and professional.

This was my second time buying a vehicle at Superior Hyundai North. It certainly was not the closest dealership, but this purchase was the most positive experience I have ever had while buying a car.Brad is the one who made me stop looking at other cars/dealerships the 1st time I bought there and the reason I bought there again. Mitch was wonderful to work with this time while Brad was out. I have never had a car purchase be this hassle free or have a dealership really deliver on options and pricing like they did. I was appalled by the poor customer service I received at the service department at Hyundai North. I scheduled an appointment for my vehicle in August of 2020 because my vehicle was downshifting at 20mph. From personal research I had found that the solution could be a system reset. When mentioning this to Keith at the desk I was treated as if I was clueless about vehicles. While they had my vehicle in their possession I received no updates. When I called and requested one I was hung up on. Finally I was told I needed a new transmission. I asked if they had completed the reset, they had not and refused to do so. I was so incredibly frustrated I requested to pick up my vehicle. They wouldn’t allow me to get it for another day.I took my vehicle elsewhere and it turns out my vehicle did in fact need a system reset. It now runs perfectly.I will NEVER return to Hyundai North again and would recommend them to no one. They attempted to take advantage of me and would’ve succeeded if I had not done research ahead of time.

Came in for an oil change, not only did they put the wrong kind of oil, but they also washed my car when I specifically asked multiple times not to wash the car. My car was professionally ceramic coated and was not supposed to go through a car wash. Caused damage to my paint. Will be doing oil changes elsewhere.
