Great place I got many things on my new 2020 3500 Chevy I have a new harbor bed I have aluminum rail straps that adjust to one inch wherever I want to put an eye loop . We got some very nice law enforcement grade seat covers with company logos embroidery .my favorite is the 24 inch push out step rite under the utilitiy bed so I can access the tall ladder racks on my 4 wheel drive . And of course a real nice bed liner . I ordered many things last minute and kept shopping Everytime I saw something I needed and Amos and his crew got everything ordered and done quickly so I could get back to working .Very impressed with the amount of stock supplies and the service .

Got a shell and carpet kit at a reasonable price, quick service, all good. Two weeks for color match and delivery. Was told 2-3 weeks.They work with many local dealers to install accessories and components.50ish white guys with lots of experience not your local flower shop. Straight forward, no BS, this is what we have, here are the optionsand here is the price.

Tim was very thorough with product info and insuring the order was processed properly. Installation of my camper shell was completed sooner than the estimated time.

Very professional and very knowledgeable people working there

Just had a lumber rack installed on my work truck, basic rack basic install. I was the first person there so I figured this would be a quick turn around. Well 1.5hrs later I finally get my truck, I’m running late at this point and had expressed that with the folks here. Turns out they didn’t care as they delayed me an additional 15 minutes by blocking me in with a delivery truck instead of being courteous and letting me pass. 2.0hrs wasted of my life on a crappy customer service experience. I went here because they had what I needed in stock, I will never take any of my company vehichles to this place again even if it means waiting 2 weeks to get what I need from another vendor.

Lotsa truk stuff....looked at running boards for my 2018 f150....they wanted $550 installed....Same damn thing in ebay was $139.00 free s/h. Neighbor put em on for the cost of 2 lunche buffets at Taj Indian restaurant by In n Out burgers on Admiral Callahan in Vallejo.

Very impressed with the speed and quality of service. We needed to have an electric break controller installed for our 7x14 cargo trailer and they took us in right away. Sierra Truck & Van was the only place that would take us in right away without having to wait 2 weeks. Not only did they install our electric break controller promptly but Hugh tested it with us and thoroughly explained how to use it. We are now about to cross into Arizona and the breaks operated very nicely through the mountains giving us a great peace of mind on our trip towards Florida. This is one cool place...A1 service with a smile needed lots of help had a ton of question reguarding my new RV (thanks for nothing CORDELIA RV CENTER!!) made a couple of buys$$ but more importantly they carry a ton of inventory they had just what I needed cool folks man...Ill be BACK!

I had Sierra Truck & Van install a 7 pin connector and trailer brakes on my Toyota Tacoma/Pace trailer last fall. I questioned a few loose wires under the truck before we moved, they said that it was an extra. I also asked why they plugged in to the 4 way connector. They said in-case you need to tow a different trailer. (why couldnt I have a nice sealed harness and use an adapter on the 7 way if I needed it??)On our drive across country, we lost the trailer brakes because of loss of ground and the harness was dragging on the ground. We were lucky to be by a trailer place and they fixed it for us temporally to get us back on the road.We have had nothing but problems with shorting out wiring and blown fuses with the 7 pin setup they installed. I do not understand why any company would not use sealed splices/connectors for under the rear of a truck. One winters worth weather has corroded all of the wiring/splices that they installed.Wish I would have seen the negative reviews before I ever stepped foot in their door.

Had a vehicle in for custom electrical work. I was kept informed during the whole process and Amos did a stellar job.

My buddys two rail Moto trailer was a bit wobbly. We stopped here thinking a drop hitch might, literally, fix our wagon. Instead of trying to sell us anything they told us to add some tongue weight. It solved the problem and cost us nothing.In addition to being helpful the guys were fun to chat with and were riders as well. Thanks so much for the help and getting us back on the road quickly.

I have been using them for years never a bad experience

Visited establishment to get some pricing on installing a towbar, light control and assisted braking system on my new 2017 dodge 1500 so that I could pull it behind an RV. Visited With Dave at the customer counter and another gentleman that sits right behind him at a desk. After asking about pricing the gentleman at the desk said that its going to be expensive, around $5500.00. I said WOW! more expensive then I thought it would be but it is what it is....The guy at the desk behind Dave said they use Blue Ox system. I said ok. Dave then proceeded to tell me they will take care of me and email me a quote in a few days..About a week later I get a call from Dave letting me know that hes working on it and needs another day, ok! That was 5 weeks ago...

I called to ask if a truck rack was in stock, i was told it was so i told him id be there in an hour to pick it up. an hour later i walk up to the counter and ask for the rack, and the guy tells me they dont have the mounting hardware for it. YOU COULD HAVE CALLED AND TOLD ME BEFORE LETTING ME DRIVE ALL THE WAY OUT THERE. bring your business elsewhere.
