Managers Adam and Austin along with their mechanics/technicians Christian and Jose are the most knowledgeable, resourceful and reliable that I know in the industry. I found this shop and on Google is said it was Meineke. When I called they said they were no longer a Meineke franchise. That was fine. I asekd them what it would cost to change the plugs in my daughters PT Cruiser. They told me they would need to see the car to do a diagnostic and that there was no charge for the estimate. My daughter went in and they told here it would $849 dollars, when she told them no, they charged her $150.00 for the estimate!!! That is what it should have cost to change the spark plugs. They were dishonest with me and basically ripped off my daughter.
Overall a good experience. Went in for an oil change with a coupon, ended up allowing them to up sell me into some overdue maintenance to prevent oil leaks, replacing engine seals and plug. Bit expensive for the additional work but all mechanics are expensive. Work was done well and fairly timely only taking over night and being ready the next afternoon. Need a bit more time to know for sure how good of a job they did but everything looks well done. They even took the time to pressure wash my engine and underbody at no extra cost, which is good since I already paid plenty.
Really good smart mechanics. Very nice and professional. They are not the kind of shop that will take advantage of women because a lot of us dont know a whole lot about cars. They are upfront and honest and will not do any work or charge for any work unless discussed with you first. Highly recommend

Ive been here twice for convenience. The front desk person was kind both times but they do try to add extra services when you go in for a plain oil change. It was expensive in my opinion but thats the price we pay when we dont want to jack up our car and do it ourselves. I knocked down two stars for them being 26 minutes late and then spilling oil. I recently got back from driving to LA and got a lot of debris. Maybe because the engine bay was dirty they felt they didnt have to clean up the spilled oil...

This location is no longer a Meineke franchise. I called then to ask what it would cost to have the plugs in my daughters car changed. They said they would have to do a diagnostic to give her an estimate. I asked them if there was any charge for the estimate. They said there was no charge. When my daughter went they charged her $150 for the estimate which she did not accept as the total was more than $800!!!
Great group of guys got me in quickly, ordered the parts, did the repair and got me on my way the same day, I think it was about 3 hours. This is very important since I work on the road and donβt want to spend working days sitting in a hotel room.
Came here with an appointment for an oil change and guys in the front are super chill! Took about 45 mins for the service and what I like most is their recommendations for future services and free tire rotations. They alao matched groupon price and I did not have to buy from groupon. I will definitely be back again at this place in the future!
I needed a heater hose replaced and I was in and out in a timely manner. The agent was nice enough to squeeze me in so that I could get back on the road. Bring the truck to this shop for welding of catalytic converters with exhaust and the result is not very professional welding and itβs messy welding. Not recommend to use this shop. Find another shop who have professional welding.
Service was awesome! I walked in about 9:30 am and explained the issues and what sounds my car was making. They checked it out, found the cause of multiple issues. They ordered the parts and completed the maintenance and install by 4:30 pm.They kept me inform throughout the whole process and helped get me the best possible price they could.I highly recommend this Meineke location. They are the best. I have used this location before and will continue to in the future.

Used Groupon for discounted oil change. I used full synthetic oil, paid half price, oil & filter. Plus they topped of my coolant and checked tires etc. Easy, in and out. Staff knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant. Waiting room clean and comfortable. Great and convenient place for upkeep and repairs on you car.Joan

Do not like up selling techniques used when there is nothing wrong with the car since it was recently serviced by the dealer with no said problems. Will return for the prices but not for the service

New customer! Excellent service. Not the βgrumpy shop guysβ Iβve so frequently encountered at other shops. Ed initially helped me as I was phone shopping different mechanics. I was instantly struck by his welcoming demeanor. Instead of βmake up your mind lady, take it or leave it we got stuff to do around hereβ he assured me there was no pressure but if I went with them they could run a diagnostic and give me an estimate within a few hours. True to his word, I received a phone call within a few hours later from Austin who was gracious as I rattled off a barrage of questions- he answered all of my inquiries despite it being a busy Friday afternoon. I noticed Austin & Ed even said goodbye at the end of each convo (a rarity for most mechanics Iβve dealt with lol)- The very next morning the work was complete and I was good to go. I had spark plugs and two engine coils replaced. Fair prices and great customer service means I will be back not only for repairs but also oil changes & other routine maintenance going forward. Iβll also follow up with management, bc although Iβm sure they already know it, it never hurts to hear they have a great team! Thanks Meineke Ff :)
Customer service is very responsive and communicative. Parts that they use seem to be less reliable than others, but they always make sure that they keep working on things until you are satisfied.
Cant say enough good things. Whenever I have a problem that I need checked I drive from Antioch to here just because I know how hard it is to find a good mechanic and Zack at Meinekie is awesome and will be straight up with you even if he cant find the problem he will let you know and not BS you, although they almost always find the problem and give a very reasonable price to fix it. I Highly recommend anyone that needs repair or basic maintenance to visit this Meinekie before anywhere else. They will definitely take care of you as they have done such a great job everytime I bring one of my vehicles to them!

I cannot say enough about Meineke (especially the one on Holiday Lane). Weve been going for a number of years but it is definitely improving all the time. I think that Jonathan is bringing a new level of expertise, professionalism, timeliness, courtesy and honesty to this business. It had that before but in a day and age when there is a lack of trust in the auto repair industry - this Meineke is to be trusted. What I like is that there is a confirmation to what needs to be done and a reliability and quality to the work as well.I love all of the little touches that Meineke has. Water bottles, plastic on the seats, reminder notes, coupons, clean waiting room, interesting magazines and true and genuine friendliness and sincerity from the staff - all say a lot about their business model. To me, this mean that this business is fully aware of the hard-working customers that are coming in with their vehicles who need a dependable business to take care of them. Did I add fair prices? Definitely. Quality work? Absolutely. Im a fan of this Meineke and I would recommend it to everyone...and that says a lot from someone who has ran the gamut of auto repair shops.

If I could give these guys no stars, I would! Let me tell you about my experience at this shop. I took my 2010 Chevy Malibu here because when braking the pedal would pulsate. I thought to myself cool, easy fix, new rotors, and pads. Meineke completed the job and told me that with the package I paid for I could get new pads for free. Awesome. However, within six months the pulsating was back, plus I noticed a large amount of brake dust on my front wheels. I took it to another mechanic who promptly told me that the parts that Meineke used were super cheap. My front brakes and rotors wore out within six months which caused my back rotors to overcompensate. Long story short I needed new rotors and pads all around within six months. They are trash and use inferior parts. DO NOT take your car here. Find a reputable shop and stick with them do not go for the fast food style of auto repair that is Meineke of Fairfield.
The Meineke Car Care Center in Fairfield is a great place to go for an oil change. They take appointments, complete the work quickly and keep you updated on their progress. Their prices are fair and they provide a complete inspection.
Was running late to my appointment and they were still able to get me in. Very informative and friendly in the front office.
I wouldnβt even give then the 1 Star that google required. I called Wednesday morning and asked what their availability was for an oil change. They said you can come any time after 1pm but it has to be before 4pm. I arrived a little after 2pm. They then said that they couldnβt service us for whatever reason, with no apology for the inconvenience. Since I had already purchased a Groupon for the oil change, I made an appointment for the next day at 2pm. Thursday upon my arrival, I was given a terrible attitude. The guy was just very rude. In fact, everyone that I had to deal with at Meineke (besides the person that pulled my car back up to me) had terrible customer service skills. I do not recommend Meineke to anyone.

Had an appointment for an oil change. Was told it would take an hour. Took 6 hours to do an oil change. I understand they inspect the vehicle, rotate tires, but it doesnt take 6 hours to do so.I dropped it off, was told 1 hour. Got a call regarding what they found wrong during inspection, I declined extra service and was told it was going to be another hour for the oil change. 3 hours later, I called, lady said theyre finishing up inspection (it was already done, I received the report email) and it would be an hour until they finished the oil change. 2 hours later, I went to the shop, demanded my vehicle. What do ya know?! Oil change had been done!What a waste of time. Never going back again.

Iβ went in to check my brakes they were not making any noise they said I needed pads and rotors 400.00 I said ok go ahead they had car for 7hours I picked up car I have a 50,000 dollars Hyundai Genesis top of line every since then in the morning when the pads cool off it squeaks when coming to a stop sign or when I leave work I took the car back 3times horrible service when I get there the brakes are not squeaking because there warmed so I held my cell phone out the window recorded showed the employee he still did not believe kept my car again for 8hours gave it back with a attitude making me feel that Iβm getting on his nerves so as of today the rotors are visually rusty and it still makes a squeaking noise when I make a hard right turn
Go here at your own risk! We both agreed meaning the manager and me, to $125 an hour to replace front bumper I even brought in the new bumper. At the end of the day. Nothing was done, same old front bumper was on. The only thing different was that I was $600 less than when I came. $600 to look at my bumper...literally.. so again go here at your own risk

I very much appreciate that Meineke has the care and kindness to offer us veterans and military members this oil change as a courtesy. They were also generous enough to give my automobile a thorough once-over finding several other inconsistencies requiring necessary repairs and giving me a favorable estimate for the maintenance.
Only went to Meineke to get my vehicle inspected to become an official Lyft driver. The process was very quick and the employees there were nice. However, I rated them at 4 stars only because the inside of the office did not seem up to par in regards to cleanliness.My service was really quick but for anyone who brings their vehicle(s) there and is planning on waiting for their service to be done, I suggest walking less than a block away to maybe Dennys or Burger King. I dropped the car off the night before and the car was ready for pick up by 1:00 the next day.Everything they needed to do to the car was explained. I also received a form with everything they did to the car. Ive been doing business with Meineke for over 20 years and will continue to do so.
Went in to try and get a oil change, got there at 7:45 am and the the guy told me he couldnβt get me in because he had a appointment coming in at 8 am. The time he was going back and forth with me he could of had it done with two techs we werenβt doing nothing. He had no idea that I could have gotten more work done. I guess the company doesnβt want my money. Telling customers they canβt do service is bad business I will never go there again.
The crew here is professional and courteous to a fault. Despite not having an appointment with only a few hours before closing, they managed to fit in an oil change for my car. Then they went above and beyond after I mentioned a possible issue with my suspension, performing a courtesy inspection and recommendations of what needed replacing.I did try to have an aftermarket part installed, but it was not possible at this location. This was no fault on their part though, as they lacked the specialty tool needed for it. Theyll happily work with you on most parts though, assuming that the shop is equipped for installing those parts. Calling ahead is a good way to know what they can do for you.Despite its unassuming looks, the crew here definitely made the trip worth it. I expect to be a repeat customer, provided I dont move too far from this location.EDIT: I decided to change my review from a 5 star to 3 stars, due to a couple of issues I discovered.I was given conflicting info regarding installation of customer provided parts, and was ultimately told by management that they dont install them. This was entirely opposite of what staff had told me before, so it was disappointing to receive the final verdict. I suspect that there may have been some prejudice involved in that call being made, as it seemed that management was upset about my frequent visits. While it is true that I did come in for a free inspection, I had previously requested for it to happen during another job I was paying them for.The other thing was that the prices for parts they provided are far more than fair market prices. I understand that markups are necessary for conducting business, but I dont think that 3x the dealership price for an oil filter is appropriate. I also got a quote regarding my brake system, with expenses on parts without labor being over 1000. Ultimately I purchased my own parts and took it to a different shop, and all of that totalled to less than the cost of parts here.TL,DR: The employees provide excellent service, but I cant fully recommend this place due to shady practices I encountered.

I went to get a regular oil change cause I got a groupon for it and when they were done they told me my brakes needed to be replaced and I had an oil leak and told me to get everything fixed would cost over $400. I told them I would pass and take it to a family friend to look at, when our family friend looked at it he told me my brakes were fine and there was no leak that everything was good. I was so upset they lied to me just to try and get me to spend my moneyπ€¦π½ββοΈ.
I dont think that the hated it rating is the proper way of conveying the last experience I had with Meineke. It is not my intention to badβmouth the company because I have (at previous times) received good quality service. However, the last time I chose to entrust my car to Meineke for an oil change I was very displeased with the service that I had received. I called to schedule a morning appointment before going in to work. I arrived early and dropped the car off. I waited at Dennys and was told that it would be about an hour. After coming back I was informed that the computers had shut down which messed up the appointments. I was fine with it, however, it took them about another 3 before they finally got my car in for a simple oil change. The staff, whom I will choose not to name, came back and informed me that there were other things they found wrong with the vehicle (air condition filter, etc). After explaining to me what was wrong, I asked him which fix was one that I should get fixed now as opposed to later which will affect performance. After he informed me, I asked him if I can receive a discount since I was made to wait 4 hours for an oil change. He responded and said that there was nothing he can do for me. I was a bit upset, but I didnt want to cause a big scene and besides I was gonna be late for work so I had them go ahead and get the other work done. I thought that it was very poor customer service to have your customer wait for 4 hours for a mere oil change and at the end of it all not offer some sort of discount for the wait. I dont think that I was being unreasonable with my request. I hope that Meineke would do a better job at compensating their customers for such poor customer service for customers who, even after remaining calm and collected, choose to still do business with them.

I was on a road trip with my wife and had major car trouble. They went through the car with a fine tooth comb, called me and told me exactly what was going on, and gave me a more than reasonable price. If you have any problems with your car, I highly suggest you take it to these guys.
I went here with a Groupon for brakes and was told I needed a service that was far more expensive than what the Groupon covered. So I paid the $400 for my brakes and later found out that Meineke tighten the lug nuts so much that they cant be taken off!!!

I had a brake job done twice in one and a half years and then they broke a third time but I didnβt have to yell and scream and cry and place blame they just took responsibility and fix the problem and that is good customer service and friendly neighborhood businesses should be GOOD NEIGHBORS!!!!!
Poor customer service. I purchased brakes from there last year and the service was good, they actually matched Big O. Fast forward to a month ago, I wanted to have a brake inspection because something didnt feel right. I called, scheduled an appointment and was never told I would have to leave my car (I didnt think I would because it didnt take long last time). I go in, and a guy comes from the back. I tell him I have an appointment for a brake inspection... I proceed to tell him that I should have a warranty and he then comes with the oh, are you leaving your car? Itll be several hours. My thought was, I bet if I were purchasing, you would have taken my car right back π€
BE CAREFUL!! If I could give negative stars, this place deserves it. Iβve used this place before and had no complaints until I found out this place will rip you off!! John the βManagerβ say he can charge up to 300% if he wanted to β βHow else is he supposed to make moneyβ, he says. He double charged me for an A/C compressor β total job was over a $1,400. Dealership and other auto parts had priced for $500 and less. I brought my car back to find out why my car would power down when I turned on the A/C since they did my repairs. John the Manager says I need a new alternator and belt, quotes me $1,200. He said the part alone was $1,000 and had the nerve to say he found one for $600. I called two part stores and Ford dealership β the alternator at all places was not even $300. Price services and parts before coming here. Youβre better off going to a dealership if you want pay that kind of money. Donβt fall for their PayPal credit either. You get screwed either way. John the manager was very rude. He would not release my car unless I paid $118.00 for who knows what. He did not want to provide me with a number to his General Manager or anybody in management so that I could file a complaint. He said he didnβt want to bother them with my issues. This incident took place on 09/22/2018. John the Manager will cost you a lot of customerβs if heβs not afraid to make it know that Meineke can up charge the parts and services to 300% or more. Hope you believe in Karma, your business practices will come back and bite you in the ass. Thank John the Manager for it.

The guys at here in Fairfield are always so helpful and get my car back to me faster than expected. John and Zach alway have a great sense of humor and keep it entertaining, if you stay there to wait for your car.

I thought the van was ready for the cemetery based on the diagnostic of a reputable auto dealer and repair shop. I went for a second opinion at Meineke. Meineke diagnosed the van and it turned out the cost to fix the problem was less than $500 dollars (vs. thousands). Brandon at Meineke provided excellent, friendly, personalized service. I purchased a $45 Groupon for full synthetic services w/tire rotation and top offs, but received $35 value conventional oil blendππ€¦π½ββοΈπ€¦π½ββοΈπ€¦π½ββοΈ and I had to go back into the shop to let them know they didnβt rotate my tires, after I had asked if they were and was told βyesβ. Now Iβm waiting for my refund from Groupon. #NotAHappyCustomer
They broke my steering colum adjuster and my car has been the shop for 2 weeks due to a prior issue and on top of what they broke. I has to make all the phone calls to find the part and they still have yet to order it. I have lost over 2500.00 in income due to this and 400.00 to a rental. I will be making sure that I get all my lost revenue back over this.

CROOKS! Especially towards women! Every female customer that came in for a simple service like oil change or tire rotation they would say something major is wrong that is going to cost hundreds of dollars! DO NOT purchase the Groupon for them! They will overcharge you and say that something else is wrong or in a critical state that they try to manipulate you to get it done right then and there basically the Groupon becames null in void. Not because they care about your safety on the road but to get more money. Also, they are sloooooooooooooow. Dropped my car off at 11am and didnt get it back until almost 5pm for a brake pad and rotor replacement. I wasted money running errands in a Uber all day. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR CAR SERVICES.

Horrible service totally surprised at the way I was treated when they made an obvious mistake and did something to damage my daughters Car. They offer to tow it to the house without even trying to start it or even explain to us why it wouldnt start. And that spect in the upper left hand corner is what they said Could cause her to throw a Rod in her vehicle if they attempted to started in their shop.
Took my car in for routine oil change, as I have an account. When the work was done, I was told I ALSO needed new spark plugs, a new CV assembly and my brake fluid needed changing.........all for only around $700.00!!!!!! I decided to look elsewhere.....I called an independent mechanic I had been to a couple times before and he quoted me less than $400.00 so, I booked an appointment. GUESS WHAT?????? I walked out of his shop today paying only $60.00 1- my CV assembly and axle were in good shape, just needed a small adjustment, 2- my sparkplugs were in great working order, 3- he changed the brake fluid, but he said it was not a major issue. But he found that my radiator was not bolted properly, gee why didnt Meinke see THAT??????? He also fixed that.......SO.....byebye Meinke, Ill pay off my credit line and never walk in your store again!!!!!!!!! I will most definitely tell my friends NOT to take their vehicles there AND Im writing a letter to the corporate office in North Carolina .
Zack is very rude and definitely lost my business. If I could give zero stars I would. First off he wants to charge 120 just to lubricate my break hardware. And theres a coupon saying 89 dollars for break pads. All I wanted was to get my hardware lubricated and its 120??? And I have another car I wanted breaks all around on but definitely not from Zack. Then he wouldnt price match
I received a voucher for a free oil change on Veterans Day. I had to drive to the shop to make an appointment. I made my appointment for a week later and arrived to get my oil changed. I gave the person my voucher and he in formed me that it was for $20 off. Attached is a pic of the free oil change voucher.
Take your car in for a oil change here will cost you $750 they break peoples cars to make more money this is how they get bonuses I was there last week heard them on the phone all day saying they found problems with every persons car costing consumers $1000s they need to be Investigated at this location for taking money from hard working citizens and if you have problems good luck there independently owened they make the final design in there favor the manager has John therev bad temper slams doors I will be calling local news and filling a lawsuit against this location so next time you go there to get work done bring your bank account because there going to RIP you off.

Overall uncomfortable energy this particular Meineke was awful I had to switch to this one cause another closed. These employees are downright rude and basically talk smack about you and your car. Super aggressive about up selling you and shame you if you disagree. Wonβt be coming back unfortunately, Iβd avoid the Fairfield California location on holiday lane if I were you
As a first time customer I was highly disappointed. Not only did they leave my car absolutely filthy inside after having it for 2 days, they did not test drive it and as a result I had to bring it back and leave it to fix what they should have noticed on a test drive. And of course when I picked it up it was dirty inside again, even after letting them know about the first time.
Had a very bad service really bad. Never went back.
They got the job done but I was kept on hold over the phone for over ten minutes each time I called. The 2nd time I called, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and then the call was dropped. They need an additional person at the front desk.
I felt the prices were high and I felt bait and switch. I spent over $590 on a brake job and Im not even sure what I went in for was fixed. I later found out I could have had that repair done for a little over $300. I also was quoted by one employee only to be quoted a different price later. I arrived at 0900 and stayed until 4pm. Took all day.
Never go here they do work that is unnecessary and they give you faulty parts. I went in for a check engine light and brake system check light and the pulled the coded on my car and I spent $1100 and am still in the same boat I was in the check engine light is still on putting out the same codes as when I took it to them and same with the abs
Called up ask if they can do my Cadillac converter they said yes I said can I come over right now 8am. they said as soon as we can take you is at 9:30 I waited until 9:30. But when I got there they took another 20 minutes to acknowledge me! when I asked them about how long do you think you would take the guy said there 7 cars ahead of you so I asked so why do I need an appointment if theres cars ahead of me that have no appointment he told me thats just the way it is!!!! so I told him how long would it take for my car to get service he said about 2 hours and then another hour or so to fix my problem. So I got an appointment that wasnt necessary because they werent taking me at my time and I was going to wait 3 hours or so!!!!!!! So I left .....bad service will never go there again
Not suggest. They will list lots of thing that are not needed to make profits. For example, I did spark plugs within 40K, 2 years ago. They still ask me to do services. Cheating. Never come back.
I showed up at 8:05 a.m., no one was waiting to get service. The receptionist said I had to wait 45 minutes before they can do a simple oil change. Absolutely ridiculous!

I went there and they suggested brakes and rotors before they even measured the rotors. I looked at them they had no issues whatsoever. I told them to put my tires back on. The manager told me to wait up front I said I dont trust you guys Im going to wait till you pull my car out . He threatened to call the police. I would never recommend any one go here.
For whatever the reason whenever I bring my car(s) to you for servicing it almost never ends in a pleasant servicing.There is always some miscommunication and a lack of customer service.There are other auto servicers Ill be using.Please take me off of your database.
