I went from a place in the mall that I didnt find trustworthy to Puddle Bear to make a shirt for me. Theres a company that is no longer in business that I wanted to purchase a shirt from. I went to them to see if they could clone the original shirt as accurately as possible. My expectations were absolutely SHATTERED! The one they made looks leagues better than the original! On top of that, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and reasonable with their pricing. I will be going here whenever I need a custom shirt made. The kiosks and stores in the mall dont have anything on these guys. Go here. Dont believe me? Look at the pictures. The black shirt is the original shirt. The white one is the one Puddle Bear made. Its a no-brainer!!!

Great customer service! Ordered customized face masks and was able to pick up same day. Good quality face masks in a variety of colors and styles (tie dye, adjustable strap, etc.). Im so happy I found this business with courteous and knowledgeable staff.

I recently had Dustin create a design to add to four commercially printed souvenir t-shirts purchased while on vacation. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and was able to create the exact design I wanted and print the shirts in 24 hours. Dustin was very accommodating and had no issue with my unusual request. I have ordered a few items from Puddle Bear and the quality is on point. I did some tees for my sister’s bachelorette party and a family shirt for our trip to Disney World. They both turned out great! The communication was fast and always send proof of final product before it goes into production.

Ordered from Australia and it was here within 3 weeks, with visible tracking the whole way. Service and personal touch of hand written note on the receipt was lovely. Its refreshing to be genuinely appreciated for your custom.Shirt seems huge, but I guess a large adult size was always going to look massive on a 4 year old?! Design and colours are exactlyt what I had pictured and my only real complaint is the cost of shipping to Australia. I guess thats just the price you pay when you desire something specific I suppose. 🤷‍♀️

One wash and the shirt has holes in it and the graudation year is peeling of already. this is literally after 1 wash. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ordered 11 shirts and had them in my hands exactly 7 days later and they were 100% perfect!!!!!...Highly reccomend puddlebear!!!!! Communication was EXTREMELY helpful and easy, they were able to accommodate one of my shirts being modified from a picture I had sent and it turned out also Perfect!!! Packing was nice, professional and individually wrapped, Dustin even wrote a personal note and thank you on our invoice!! About Sizing- I measured a shirt that I knew fit well and ordered on the bigger end closest to the measurement and am so glad I did everyones fits well because I took the time to measure and highly recommend doing it as they seem to run smaller I wear a large but measuring said I needed X Large and it was correct....We would definitely order from puddlebear again!!
