I desperately needed a wig to travel with, since we dont have quality black wigs in Qatar. They helped pick out the right one for me. I love it!!! I had to come back and show them how it looked on me. They have quality products and great customer service. You wont regret going there.

I’ve visited this beauty supply store twice & each time I’ve visited the store I receive amazing customer service. The store owner helped me find the best oil for my scalp when I wear protective styles such as braids. The product was called, “Taliah Waajid African Healing Oyl 8oz“ if anyone would like to try & purchase. This products feels great on my scalp especially since I have dry scalp. Two more good things about this beauty supply store is that it’s black owned & convenient because it’s less than 10mins from my home :)

I discovered this place using Google. The atmosphere and owner was very pleasant!The selection and quality of merchandise was better than I expected, especially in a smaller store and its catered more towards Women of Color. (*I LOVE THAT!) I highly recommend this establishment for your beauty supplies.

Extremely annoyed. Store says it opens at 10AM doors are locked and no one is answering the phone. No note or notice posted on the door. Other than that I have had no problems. The lady behind the counter is super sweet and helpful. Stuff happens and I understand. I’d still highly recommend.

I went in looking for one thing and came out with somthing else and continue to go back purchasing same hair, not to mention havent seen in any other store. So if you looking for a natural look whether it be twist or use for crochet(or as I did, twist out then Crochet). Hair is kanekalon but soft with a stretch & bounce to it..Search no further Envy Essence has it in colors 1 1b 4 613 and hoping for more colors in near future. I was giving 4 only cause colors but the service is great so I changed to 5...

Definitely one of my new favorite hair stores. I’ve frequent this spot about three months now. I’m always greeted with a smile and offered assistance. Let me take my time and knowledgable about the products. 90% of the time, they have what I need. Many black owned products. Black owned small business. Prices reasonable and competitive with near by hair stores. It’s not overwhelming with products and a good selection of beauty supplies. They keep their products related to beauty supplies and not all the extra like clothes and shoes, I think that’s very tacky. I Will return.

This is my 2nd time at this shop and both experiences were great. I purchased faux locs on my first trip and today I just got a few small items. They are a smaller store but have everything you need.

I saw a post about Envy Essence on FB in which I commented saying I needed a wig. The owner responded and told me to give her a call. I called and she provided me with EXCEPTIONAL service! We chatted about what I was looking for and she gave me her number so that I could send her pics of some ideas I had and she sent me pics of what she had in the store. I found the PERFECT match based off of the pictures we exchanged. I let her know all other supplies I needed and she got everything together for me and provided curbside service! Things were done this way because of the pandemic we’re in.Thank you for being so helpful and assisting me with getting the supplies I needed to make my idea come to life. I will surely be returning to support Envy Essence!

(My sister and I were told about Envy Essence by our other sister Annette. As you know buying hair is a special event and can be a complicated event as well. We enter Envy Essence and met Sandra the owner. Sandra was wonderful. Her beauty store had just what we were looking for. She was extremely patient helping us try on wigs and purchase Brazilian bundles and 4X4 lace front. The hair is beautiful. I typically purchase hair from the other guys (you know) not getting exactly what I want but it works, you know. But, I am so pleased with this hair. I live out of town and will visit again to purchase hair from Envy Essence. I never laughed so much and had an enjoyable time buying hair. We will be back. Good job Sandra! Purchased a Bobbi Boss Premium Synthetic lace front wig. Sandra was very helpful, found a wig that edge rly suited my profile. Store is clean, well setup, easy to navigate. Was anyone else asked to provide proof of identification when using a debit card as payment method? I didn’t see it posted anywhere near the register that I needed to show proof of identification when using my debit card. I’ve heard of it when using a credit card but never with debit card that I have to enter my own personal PIN number to use. It was really a big inconvenience having to walk back to the car just to show her my ID, even though she didn’t match ID name with name of debit card until I said to her “so you asked for my ID to check my name but you’re not going to match it up with the name of my card?” ... then she asked to see that both names match. I felt profiled, I’ve never heard of that being a policy anywhere!
