I definitely don’t recommend this place. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The staff is absolutely rude!! My husband bought something and they charge more and then I came back to check some champagne and wines and the lady who attend the place was extremely rude and mean!!! There are better places around. I won’t be back and please give you a favor, don’t buy in this place. There is not an excuse to treat customers like they way she did. There is not way you can see the sign where says you can’t touch bottles if you are not going to buy it. I mean, really? How can you as a customer know what are they getting if you can grab the bottler and read the licor/wine description! I would give 0 stars if I could.

My husband and I have been customers of this liquor store for many years. With all of the local competition, we choose premier because of the customer service. Everyone, especially Beth, Ashley and Chad are not only helpful but funny and an honest joy to be around. The prices are also extremely reasonable compared to other local spirit shops. Highly recommend!

Its nice to be able to go into a store that remembers the kind of things you enjoy, and always has great recommendations.My wife loves the new wines they have been bringing in and the selection of craft beer is one of the best in the area. It has grown from predominantly IPA to a wide selection from craft lagers, to sour beers, and higher end selections and styles from breweries I am just learning existed.The reason I wrote this review is to counter all of the bad reviews I see here. I have never even written a review of a business before, but do not believe this store deserves the reviews it is getting based on my experience as an regular customer.As a local business owner myself I have to commend the staff here for putting up with the disrespect and abuse from patrons refusing to wear masks, produce ID, or follow basic covid restrictions they have to follow to operate. They have gone above and beyond to try to provide a clean and safe environment for thier customers, despite many in our area not affording them the same respect.Keep up the great work! And dont let these stressful times get you down! We will continue to support this store and send our friends and family here.

I love this store because they have a very electic selection compared to the other stores in the area. The women who work here always have great suggestions, and they know thier wine! Try the Donati Claret, its amazing!They also did holiday gift wrapping for me at no charge!I wish everyone realized how great they are and how much work they do, and how much they deal with from the rude and self centered people who live in Fairfield.From people demanding covid tests... (there now a no covid testing sign) to those refusing to follow basic state guidelines, (also posted up front) to the belligerent neighborhood drunks, I give them credit as I was never able to deal with such outlandish people when I worked in retail decades ago.It makes me sad to see how often they get treated poorly for making simple requests, and am pretty sure the majority of the bad reviews come from those who cant even show basic consideration for others, as living nearby I stop in often and see people acting rudely. Not to mention the way people tear through this parking lot...Ive almost been run over walking in on more than one occasion. (I live down the street!)While this store may have rough edges at times it has come a long way from where it was and definitely doesnt deserve these petty reviews.Thank you ladies for all you do, and continuing to work through the pandemic.

The woman who works there was rude and absolutely unprofessional. She approached my family in the parking lot and asked what we were doing there. We said we would be in shortly. Then after we followed her rules of ‘only 1 person at a time’ and we made a small purchase (we were turned off by her attitude), she yelled at us at the parking lot with ‘You are no longer welcome on this property. Leave now.’ I don’t know if she was threatened by a brown family wanting to get some wine on a Saturday night, but I definitely felt disrespected and attacked. Looking at reviews on other platforms (i.e. - Yelp), it looks like we are not alone with this experience.

I attempted to go into the store to purchase something, I had my daughter with me as soon as We stepped in a woman yelled at me from behind the counter that I couldn’t have her in the store. My response was “Ok” turn around and leave as I was headed out the door a women yelling “absolutely not, get out!”. Honestly, if policies change I get that and wouldn’t care but for store owner to be as rude and as combative as she was I surely won’t be shopping there again and I would urge others to avoid it as well.

The manager told me they recieve limited release bourbons but do not sell them to their customers. That doesnt promote customer loyalty if the store isnt loyal to their customers.

The woman behind the counter, who i believe is the owner or the owners wife is extremely rude and seems to hate children. I would not recommend shopping here if you want to be treated with respect.

I went in with my reusable grocery bag. A woman yelled at me ”no bags alowed” told me to put my bag outside. She treated me like I was going to rob the place. She didnt even greet me. Just screamed and told me to take my bag outside. I left and I will never give this place my money.

I love Premier. Selection awesome, service awesome. I always have questions, and whether it be from the floor or behind the counter somebodys always quick to walk with me and recommend things and carry things for me. When I needed an estimate, I got an email and phone consult from one of the owners. They know their stuff and are glad to share said stuff with you.Cheers!!

Decent selection, and fairly good prices compared to other stores nearby. Best deal youll find on Bud Light Platinum 16 oz cans.
