Th address on Google is incorrect. Went today to have boat serviced and found out they moved 3 years ago. I called the number provided by Google to find their new location. They were 15 minutes closer to my home than before. That was a bonus. Just wish Google would update the address. They said they have tried to change it numerous times with no luck. The new address is 7267 Yankee Rd, Liberty Township, OH 45044

Very poor customer service. Took my boat on a Saturday as per appointment. They said they would have a couple days . When I had not heard from them in a couple of days I had to call them. The boat was ready but they didnt call me. They had quoted me a price on work but when I pick it up it was higher. When questioned they told me the price I was quoted didnt include labor ?? When they brought the boat out for me to hook it up to my truck they un hook it from tractor and left me there to hook up all by myself didnt say a word of any kind.I wont be back, Bass Pro not good representative

Service appointment is required which is normal for most service shops...lve had great repore with all of the service techs and they have explained exactly what was going to be serviced cost and length of time...lve only had one overnight stay and that was a trailer issue that required removing the boat for required repairs.

They need customer service training. If I hadnt pointed out the things they didnt fix it would not have been done. I think they are understaffed and are forced to take short cuts. The fellow that checked out our Pro 170 last year was on the ball but our follow up visit was quite lacks.
