My husband and I went to Mercedes Benz on a Sunday hoping to get some service done for our trunk that wasnt opening. Upon arrival, Bob let us know that the service department was not open on Sundays and offered to help us open up our stuck trunk. We joked around in the few minutes we first met each other and within minutes, Bob opened up our trunk! He was extremely helpful, kind, and has a great sense of humor. Id highly recommend anyone who comes for any kind of service to ask for Bob!
About a 3 weeks or a month ago we went in for a oil change on our GT43 and we had 3 options for loaner vehicles. The GLC, GLB, and GLA. We asked if there was anything else that we could get and instead of those vehicles we ended up getting a GLE 350. They are very nice, respectful, and make people feel welcomed!
I took my car in to have my key fob checked, they did find the problem. But when I picked up my car it had just been washed that was nice, but as soon is I got on the road I turned on my radio the antenna fell off my car, so I know it was driven threw the car wash with the antenna up, they had not helped me with this .... After this post they said they would help me make this right, after talking with them they have not called me back or help in any way..
After having my wife test drive one locally, but not being able to find the exact one she wanted for her 60th birthday, my wife was ecstatic then I sent her a link to this one. Only problem it was over a hour away in Fairfield. After exchanging emails and information we decided to purchase from MB Fairfield. The car showed up in short order even with a bow on top.!! Everything was up front. All of the business end of things as well as the paperwork was done professionally. by Issa. We would highly recommend MB Fairfield and would deal with them again.
I had an emergency check engine light flash on the dashboard of my Mercedes Sprinter. Every dealership I called said it was impossible to get an appointment for weeks. We have a van rental business and I had to get the problem taken care of before Monday. I spoke to the head of service at Fairfield, (Kim) and he said he would squeeze me in. Amazing. The whole process was extremely efficient, from the free shuttle and nice driver, to the check-in person who actually knew I was coming in early. And they turned it around in a day. And they took care of one of the recall issue.A beautiful facility and all around great experience in a really stressful situation.
I had horrible experience with purchase of GLC300 car which was used as curtesy car at their dealership for one year before i bought it.I was so disappointed in the dealership because they said it was certified by them but i had to take this car to service for about 3 times within 2 months of buying itNot sure how they certified it when the main features like opening windows using button was not working. Not sure how can they miss all these issues during certification. In addition to this, the central console where you keep your sun glasses, that console would not open. The button to fold the rear seat was also not in place.Worst part, i took this car back to them to sell and get appraisal value after 2 months of buying and they offered me $6,000 less than what bought for and carmax just across the street offered me almost what i bought this car for. Thanks to shortage of chip so i ended up getting rid of this car.I am definitely not going to this dealership again and recommend checking every single thing before you buy the car. Even minor things like opening windows and closing, which you expect to just work from any low mile and dealer certified car, you must check or else regret later.They definitely gave me trash car.

We Order to build our car on Mar 10 ‘21 with Jessica at Fairfield Location and when we call to follow up they will say it’s building right now or the chip was delay. 5 months later hoping our car will arrive soon and now they told us that they can not find the order and somehow it was drop! You guys makes us wait for 5 mos for nothing and You’re Mercedes Company, We’re hoping you have good credibility! We are so disappointed!!!😡😡😡 Very Disappointed!!!

If had a ZERO Stars that would be perfect for my experience. I brought my 2001 SL 500 in for service as it wouldnt Pass Smog. I go in and stood there for approx. 5 min with the guy just plain Ignoring me as if i was invisible ( Guess he cant see black men) i had to address him before he engaged. He then told me the cost of 495.00 just to look at the car i said fine a few seconds later he reiterated the cost of 495.00 as if it was going to a problem for me.. took my car in on Tuesday afternoon Wednesday nothing so I had to call them, she stated that she didnt have any information would call me .... no one called then the next calls and stated the guy who could do the smog job was out until the following week and did i want to make and appointment. The had not done Anything to my car it just sat outside !!!!! I dont know if it was a race thing or if they are just that bad service. SAD!! the HAHA is i just moved to the Area and thats not the only Mercedes in my house hold i have 3 in all 2019and a 2020 and my 2001 We will GLADLY take are vehicles back to Mercedes of Marin where the Services and Team Members are TOP NOTCH!!!
Mb of Fairfield is literally a joke. They always quote me for the wrong part and hang up when they get frustrated. My fuel pump relay was $2.99 at the sac location but here it was $239? Everyone I’ve talked to here seems incompetent and I feel bad to anyone that doesn’t know ab their car and goes here. I can’t imagine how many people they scam. I can’t imagine how this branch stays open if they are always so rude to their wholesale customers and gives misinformation.
On 6/15 I went to Fairfield Mercedes dealership for annual service. The manager told me that my car would be ready in 2.5 hours. I got my car 7 hours later. The service manager who I worked with Alischa Wilson DID NOT say a single word of apologies for the delay. When I called to arrange my shuttle back to the dealership before 4 pm since their last shuttle at 4, she asked me, “What are you going to do here?” Probably get my car back, which was supposed to be ready 3 hours ago. Lack of communication is the lightest issue there. No one call from the dealership to communicate, not about the delay or the shuttle or that the car is ready. BUT it is not the end. By the time I got home, the smoke was coming out of my hood. I called back and get the answer from Alischia “Your car has a leak.” I did not have any leaks before I brought my car to you. So, I was granted permission to come back tomorrow morning. Apparently, when they were changing the oil, it came out and was burning on the hot engine. And again, Alischia did not apologize or acknowledge anyhow for the lousy service. Just a blank face with the message: I know that we did wrong, but you do not deserve my apologies. To be fair, the mechanic did apologize. If your customer service representative feels that it beyond her to make your clients feel respected and appreciated, or at least pretend that she cares, it is time to make some changes. Did not get such disgusting customer service in years. I left with an awful feeling, and it is not right to feel like that after you pay for the service.

I brought my sprinter to this place because I had I a very bad experience in another dealer. I had issues with the steering wheel and suspension and the supposedly fixed the problem 3 times now. I brought it to Fairfield thinking they would be able to help me but I was wrong. To start they said my tires are bad and that need to be replaced before the can do any diagnostic but what is causing the problem. The tires are brand new, they just want to get more money. I just want my van fix once and for all but they dont seem to want to help. Since I made the call to schedule the appointment, the person who answered didnt really wanted to give me an appointment, told me to take it back to the other place again. I felt discriminated and disappointed. I had a very bad experience and will not recommend them to anyone.

They want to replace my brand new tires before doing a proper diagnostic, my experience here was very bad. I have warranty on my van also the parts are under warranty, they wont tell me what the problem is and are just trying to get money. I called corporate and now they are sending me to SF and said they will help me and wont discriminate against me. Because honestly I feel discrimated because they told me I couldnt afford the maintenance on my vehicle, not sure why they would tell me that, unless they say that to all the customers. They charged me to drive the car around and just to say the issues are the tires, yet Ive had them replace the same part 3 times already and now they say its my BRAND NEW TIRES! Overall all my experience here was horrible.
I was very disappointed in my service. My car was NEVER diagnosed with a radiator leak! The day I pick it up...my radiator is leaking after $2600+ dollars to repair. My service advisor just tells me they didn’t do it or cause it and he might be able to get me a deal on a new radiator. I’m disgusted!
I called to find a quote for a potential vehicle that I was interested in. I spoke with Alex and he was very professional and honest. Alex took his time on the phone with me to go over all the options that I was looking for and he was not pushy at all. Even though I decided to wait for my vehicle purchase to next year, I felt the need to write this review because Alex was absolutely wonderful and deserves this credit that I am reviewing for MB of Fairfield. I may not be purchasing the car today but Alex is someone that I will definitely want to work with when I am ready for my future purchase. Alex was honest, kind and genuine. Something that is very difficult to find in many car sales. Service department have no idea what they are doing. Went to get work done on my van and got the van back with the check engine Iight still on. No ride back was offered and Service adviser was not friendly but very arrogant.
After a horrible experience at a different dealer I went to Mercedes Fairfield. Brittney was great! Breath of fresh air from the moment she contacted me about the car I wanted to buy. It was ment to be, Britney was amazing, she relieved all my stress. The other dealerships were making me feel so horrible Bc of their wolf like tactics and I was not enjoying my car buying experience. I wanted my first Mercedes to be a great experience and it wasn’t until I found Britney. Yes Britney was the best from the start. Had a tire issue that I felt should be covered under the wheel/tire contract. I called, and sent photos of the tire condition because it was unsafe to drive (The tire was separating in patches about 4-6 inches long) This was a Thursday/Friday and I desperately needed the cay back on the road on Monday as my wife commutes. I made it clear that I understood there was a chance that the dealership would not agree with me and replace the tire, all I wanted them to do was consider it and let me know. Rodney told me he would contact me before the end of the day Friday. Friday came and went I never received the call. Look I can afford a new tire thats not what this is about.... Its about customer service, its about the little things that dont cost anything, its about customer service and keeping your word when you say you will get back to a customer. I expected more from the global Mercedes Benz brand.
I am overjoyed with the service I recieved here. ELISHA went above and beyond to ensure I left in the vehicle of my choice. He also made sure I got the best interest rate and loan for my selection. I am very satisfied with everyones customer service as well. Kerri was also helpful to me. I will definitely recommend to others when they are in need of a car. I had never owned a Mercedes. I have always owned BMW’s. However, after contemplating my wants and needs I decided to give Mercedes a shot. I knew if I were going to give up my loyalty to BMW I was going to have to find “THE” one for me. I searched for months and test drove many models, but none of them had the options that I required to make the switch. Finally, I found the one I had to have at Mercedes of Fairfield. After a few phone calls I realized that it wasn’t going to be possible for me to get to the dealership to see and test drive he car before the weekend (I live about 2 hours from Fairfield). I knew it would sell quickly as well. I spoke with Brittney a couple of times and I decided to buy the car sight-unseen. Now all I had to do was figure out how to get to the dealership to drive it home. Brittney was kind enough to offer to deliver the car to me.When she arrived with my car she was very professional. We test drove the car together to make sure it was the car I wanted. It was, and we signed the paperwork.I’m in real estate and I have to say that this is one of the smoothest transactions I have ever had!! Brittney made sure it was the car for me, delivered my car and followed up a couple of weeks later to make sure I still loved my new car.Mercedes has shown me they deserve my business (and money) with the best customer experience from Brittney.I look forward to my next purchase with Brittney and Mercedes Benz of Fairfield

To make a long story short I purchased a Certified pre-owned car from this dealer last month and after three visits to their service department in hopes to fix a vibration problem I will be bringing it back for a 4th visit because they can not seem to pin point the problem . We have owned the car for less than 30 days and the car has been at this dealer most of the time we have owned it. But the part that prompted me to write this review is that I have been emailing the general manager, service manager, customer service manager, etc and nobody seems to care enough to pick up the phone and talk to me about this problem. The times I have spoke to somebody it appeared that they cared about my concern, but at the end of the day I believe it to be just lip service because 3 times i have gone with the service on a test drive and he has confirmed my vibration and three times i pick up the car and it still has the same problem i brought it in for. excellent buying experience but terrible on the follow up.

This review is for the service department. Dianne who answered the phone was extremely helpful and professional. They were able to squeeze me in for a service on a tight Friday afternoon. The process was smooth and they provided transportation both ways. Only thing I would say they can improve on is having the car ready when I arrived. They may have sent the shuttle about 30 mins too early. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

My dealings with Mercedes of Fairfield was one of the best car buying experiences that I have had. Since I live in Texas, and Fairfield is in California, I had to have complete trust in the dealership and the sales person Mr. Hagen Bernecker. Hagen arranged transportation from San Francisco airport to the dealership in Fairfield. The car was ready as promised. Mr. Bernecker explained all the many features of the vehicle, and took us for a test drive. If not for Hagen Bernecker, I most likely would not have had the confidence in my decision to fly to California in order to purchase the AMG C63 S..
The person I got my SLK from recently had the convertible hardtop hinge adjusted here during roof replacement. The adjustment went out of place in a few months & caused the hinge trim cover to break. These folks want to charge another diag. fee (~$200+) for something they caused. Also they arent guaranteeing warranty on the P&L related to this work!
This dealer is the best! Took our sprinter van in because the check engine light was on and they were amazing. Got us in and out in a couple hours. Thomas was amazing and communicated with us through the whole process. Guest lounge is so nice as well!
Brittany assisted my husband and I with leasing our GLB and A220 in the same afternoon! Complete scammers. They will tell you the car has multiple things that need repair. They quote me 3000. I brought the car to another mercedes dealership and the repair is 1500
After 12 cars purchased to a different dealership, I just want to say dealing with Jorge Torres was a superb experience.Here are the reasons why:*He replied to me in matter of 10 minutes even at 10 pm in the evening.*He will not push you, yet he will explain to you the pros and cons.*He knows that there is a Google and tons of information that I cam easily find it.*I have actually talking to 3 merecedes dealership (including merc benz Illinois), he is the only one who is not entitled because he is working at the luxury car dealership.Overall, I like Jorge and I have a great over all experience to Mercedes Benz Fairfield dealership. I recently purchased a GLS 450 . I worked with Chris Bailey from the initial meeting through the end of the sales process. Although Chris is fairly new to the sales team his knowledge of Mercedes Benz products was impressive. Chris went the extra mile by scheduling time come by my house and make sure I understood all features and functions of my vehicle. She’s kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. She ensured I received top trade in value for my BMW and broke down buying vs leasing options. Brittney negotiated fair pricing of my CLA while answering all my questions and concerns. From the moment our interaction began Brittney made me feel like part of the family. She’s the real deal. This dealership worked on my daughters Mercedes within 6 months of their workmanship her front passenger tire fell off! They refuse to take responsibility for their work fortunately no one was injured in this incident. But to take advantage of a 20 year old and her spouse who serves our country is just shameful!Apparently someone spoke with me.... I dont believe that has happened as of yet...WAITINGI am revising my review as this dealership has repaired my daughters car, this only after 30 days without her car and several conversations between her father and the dealership. I can say the repair was done well but the integrity of the company is questionable.
Horrible service adviser name KIM. I called this morning because my Mercedez wouldn’t start. I called in to see if I could get a diagnostic test to see what the issue was. Told Kim the issue. I also Told him the check I Engine light had came on also on my way there. He stated that it would be 2 charges for $230 each to look at my battery and another $230 to check the check engine light. To try to rip off a women is so wrong. I’ve taken every Mercedez I’ve owned in for an inspection before and it’s one price. Shame on Kim for trying to rip off a women thinking that we don’t know anything about cars. I would never do business with this dealer agin. This is not the first time they have tried to do this to me. Now I see this is usual price gouging tactics that they do. Went to a German car mechanic and the issue was the battery. Glad I walked out. It’s hard being a women, everyone try’s to take advantage when it comes to stuff like this. Even the mechanic I went to said he was reaching.
Diego gave amazing service and was very attentive. Best service Ive ever received from a car dealership. Definitely didnt treat me like a cash cow. He went above and beyond to help me find a car within my budget. I felt no-pressure, didnt feel rushed, quick and clear communication, professional and polite, the whole experience was quick and painless.
Worst place to bring your car for service. If you want your car to be damaged and improperly repaired take it here. Service reps have an attitude towards you and have no respect for your vehicle you worked hard for. Also if you get a loaner you must fill it back up to the amount you got it at but when they return your vehicle its ok for the gas light to be on and not at the original level you took it in. Whole place does not represent what the Mercedes Benz brand is about.Updated review: After speaking with Mo the general manager all he had was an apology. And still did not fix my vehicle to the status and condition when I dropped it off. Also when doing a B service they lied to me and told me my key fob battery was changed and come to realize 3 months later it is still the stock battery from when I first purchased the vehicle. Also Included in the B service was topping off fluids which none was done specifically brake fluid. I paid hundreds of dollars to get my vehicle serviced and now I feel scammed. This dealership is a fraud. My mistake for trusting this dealership and service department and not completely verifying every little component when picking up my vehicle.
Nothing is worse than spending $700 for repairs and having another warning message light up on the dashboard on the drive home from the dealership!! True story! But, lucky for me, this one has a good ending (at least, hopefully will have a good ending, soon). After an anxious 3 days of dread that my airbag may either deploy spontaneously resulting in an accident OR not deploy during an accident (based on perusal of owners manual of the meaning of the SRS light), I finally decided that it was not a good idea for me to continue to deliberate which option was worse, and dragged myself into the dealership to have it looked at, fully prepared for the sticker shock that comes with any car work. Well, to be honest, I was still quite shocked despite the mental preparation (not sure one could ever sufficiently be prepared for the sticker shock), but, at least the good news that my service representative (Fernando, who was awesome!) shared with me at the end of a long day of repairs was that the one part they thought was faulty appears to have been the only part damaged (apparently it could have been much worse!) and seems to have solved the problem after it was replaced. I was overjoyed! At least it was a one-day fix, though pricey. Now, part 2 of the story was that I called to ask about the coincidental occurrence of having another warning light come on as I drove home. Im no mechanic, but it just seemed to be too much of a coincidence that something else would just happen to go wrong during the drive home! Called Fernando and he graciously offered to fix the unrelated marker light that had gone out at no charge. Though Ill always wonder, at least the great customer service will have me coming back to this dealership!

I worked with Brittney at Mercedez-Benz of Fairfield to help my wife and I find a particular CLA35 car in the MB North America inventory. Since we couldnt order from the factory due to COVID shutdown.After we tried our local dealership in San Francisco city to no avail. Mercedez-Benz Fairfield was able to pull through and find us a car with the options to our liking and ship it from Southern California to us. This was no easy task as we had a particular color and features we wanted and there was little inventory. They were so easy to work with and they kept me informed along the way from initial phone call and text-messages, to picking up the car a few weeks later. I would be more than happy to purchase from them again.
The service at this dealership is always exceptional, from the sales team to the service department. I never leave feeling unsatisfied even when the service department is busy they take the time to answer all my questions never making me feel rushed.

I couldnt have had a better experience dealing with Mercedes of Fairfield, specifically Brittney, our Sales Associate. I spotted this specific certified pre owned vehicle (2017 GLC300) online as part of this dealerships incoming inventory and I reached out immediately. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response from Brittney within minutes, considering it was after normal working hours. She was very prompt, answering all the questions I had during the process. This was one of many vehicles that arrived during this timeframe and Brittney worked diligently to prioritize the process of getting it fully certified (inspection, detailing,etc.) so that I could purchase it sooner than later [I personally had a short window of time to make it happen]. She and her team from all the various departments bent over backwards to make this purchase happen in a timely manner. I highly recommend this dealership. Brittneys knowledge, helpfullness, professionalism and enthusiasm made for a great experience.

I called at around 1pm spoke to Shawn Randolph he did all my paper work while I was at home . I didnt even need to come to the dealership. I drove to the dealership at 4 was there only 20 minutes to pick up the car and go over features on the car. The best experience I ever had . There was haggle on price payment or money down . There lucky to have him great customer service .

Mercedes Benz of Fairfield is not the best. I could share a long story based on my bad experience, but in one word is this... mediocre. They should be trained better. Bad customer service. Good luck if you go there.

Our 2015 GLK picked up a piece of debris that took out our AC. My wife took the vehicle in and was given a loaner car. She commented on how pleasant and helpful everyone was - friendly helpful staff - Check!The damage turned into an insurance claim, so we got going on the paperwork. Brady from MB of Fairfield, worked extremely hard to coordinate the claim for us, sending pictures and dealing directly with the adjuster. The insurance process took over 2 weeks, (no, I am not happy with my insurance company), but the dealership and Brady in particular took the whole thing in stride. They let us keep the loaner car during whole ordeal, which eliminated the rental car fiasco we were anticipating, and kept us informed on the entire process.The vehicle was returned in perfect working order, and freshly cleaned to boot! I cannot begin to express how impressed we are with Mercedes Benz of Fairfiled and Brady from the service department whose professionalism, communication, understanding and willingness to serve his customers has earned our business moving forward.I was so impressed with the way we were treated at MB of Fairfield, I called and talked with Moe, the general manager. It was obvious to me after talking with him that the culture of customer care starts at the top.So I would like to give a big thumbs up to the management and staff, and a personal thank you to Brady for an outstanding experience. Customer service seems to be a fading concept these days, but I can personally assure all those reading this review that it is alive and flourishing at Mercedes Benz of Fairfield!
I will never take my car to this facility for repair again.I removed a hose clip from my S550 radiator while trying to remove the old coolant so as to put a new one,I was unlucky to put the put the clip back.Took my car to them to help me put the clip back,Rich or whatever is name told me to wait that someone will help me out,waited 3hours until a lady came and called a specialist to help me out.They told me I had to leave my car that they need more time which I did.Received a call in the morning that they need to diagnose my vehicle for $185 and that they could not put my clip back that I need a new radiator which is about $2k total.Told the guy I was on my way to get my car,I had to pay them $185,tow my car away and later noticed my they had messed up my radiator as its now leaking.The only person I trust there is patty,the service advisor.Think twice b4 u take your car to them.My car is already complicated.Think twice.
Barry Flores provided me a world class and mind altering experience. He made the process so simple and seamless that I didnt even feel like I was buying a car. He was patient and answered any and all questions. I was with him all day, and was still very patient, polite even though his missed his lunch. He is a world class example of what a manager for a luxury brand should consist of. Barry Flores has a friend and customer for LIFE. I wish all sales agents and managers conducted business in this manner. he should be THE TEMPLATE for all sales trainings and seminars. Luv this dealership Tim the manager is very knowledgeable I have had concerns in past but he is always kind and professional and attentive in dealing with me and my concerns also I gotta say Dave the mechanic he is amazing his customer service is some of the best I’ve ever had he has taken time on multiple occasions to save the day and go over things about my car and I trust his knowledge I’ve been going here for years and I always end up leaving happy even after a big bill so that says a lot .
I have had two bad experiences with the service center in the past 6 months. My first poor experience involved me informing THREE different members of the team that the battery in my key was dead, and it needed to be changed. My service B was completed and the battery was still dead. I eventually went to Von Housen in Sacramento and they changed it for me in literally 30 seconds. They showed me how to change it on my own, as well. I felt that it was a pretty minor offense, so I decided to give them my business again earlier this month.This experience was much worse. I booked an service appointment online and specifically noted that my windshield needed to be replaced. I specifically noted the make, model, and year of my vehicle as well. I showed up a few days later only for them to tell me they dont have the windshield and they needed to order it. I drove 80 miles round trip and wasted my entire day. How do they not look at the schedule and the needs that the people are coming in for? Very negligent.Regardless, the service member told me that the windshield would be there in 6 days, and we scheduled them to drop off a loaner at my house during my lunch and they would pick up my vehicle and replace the windshield that day. I received a text saying the windshield still wasnt in on Wednesday. The next day, I receive another text telling me that the windshield arrived on Thursday night, but it was too late in the day for it to be fixed.On Saturday, I finally drive back to the dealership to pick up my car, and the price they charged me was more than what I was quoted. When I tried to dispute this, there was no manager there, and the service member who gave me a quote was not there either. I explained my situation to some employees there, and they heard me out. They said they were going to email the service department manager, and that he would get back to me to discuss things.The service manager has not reached out to me. It has been three full days.I CANNOT recommend a business less than this place. They dont care about the customer. They would rather lie to the customer in order to get them to shut up, than to make things right. Its quite pathetic that a business that deals with luxury vehicles treats their customers like garbage.
Dealer flat out refused to tell me what the wheel stud torque specs were for one of my customers cars. They suggested I have it towed to them to secure the wheels properly. Completely outrageous. This was the third dealer I tried to get this very basic information from. Ridiculous.
Always kind, caring, friendly service with clear explanation of the work and service needed. Shuttle drivers are readily available to take me to my house and back to the dealership when my car is ready for pick up. Before Mercedes Benz of Fairfield was built, I had to go to another dealership where the experience was not nearly as pleasant and there was an attitude of indifference.
This team saved me. I was on vacation with my kids and they were able to fix a sensor that had gone bad on my rig and they were able to help. I only lost a day instead of a week. Thanks guys especially Aaron for getting us in!
Bought and serviced cars here. Service department is very good and fairly priced for Mercedes standards. Id give 4 stars on this area just because they are so busy that sometimes they cant keep the appointment as scheduled (i.e. 4 hours may turn in 8)Sales system is good, no hassle pricing, used cars have return policy and limited warranty included in the price.would send my kids to buy a car here.
I have had 2 Mercedes maintainef at Mercedes Benz of Fairfield. The quality of work as well as service by staff is top notch. I can not say enough good things about Tim (the service manager). Tim knows Mercedes automobiles and has always made time to answer any and all of my concerns. Tim gives 110% effort in making customers feel appreciated when they havr their motot car serviced. Got a cracked windshield I want to replace. Call them to set up an appointment. Instead of the one-stop service I expect from a premium brand, I was bounced between service and parts. Apparently, the customer needs to talk to Parts first to place an order for the windshield then contact Service to set up an appointment. Hmmmmm, I wonder why the two departments cant work together to provide a seamless service to their customers.

We had an issue after a recent repair. Mercedes Benz of Fairfield resolved the issue and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I dealt with the General Manager Mo Ayubar and he was excellent! He took great care of making sure my family was satisfied with our experience. I have always enjoyed working with my service advisor Adrian as well. I will continue to recommend Mercedes Benz of Fairfield and will not hesitate to take our car there for service in the future. I purchased two Mercedes Benz GLs in the past ten years from other Bay Area dealers, only because Mercedes Benz of Fairfield was not in business at the time. Mercedes Benz of Fairfield far exceeds the service I received at either of dealerships in all categories. I will certainly purchase my next Mercedes Benz from Mercedes Benz of Fairfield.

The absolute worst place to bring your car for service. I’ve been receiving bad service here for years but always felt it was my only option. Always price gouging and adding on services that aren’t needed as well as rude service members. After this last time we will never be back again. Not only were we “suggested” 2000k extra in services but they did not honor the email quoted price for the services we proceeded with. The bill was $500 extra dollars and they would not do anything about it. They are not honest and I regret giving them years of my business.

I came here because wanted buy a new car. I was here on Friday late afternoon, I walked around went inside and I found nobody!I thought they were closed. I heard someone talking so I walked more inside, met with someone who said would call a sales person for me. Waited 15 more mintues nobody came... I cant buy a car if you dont want to sell me one...
