We purchased a 2016 Dodge Durango from Momentum. We were treated with excellent customer service on the sales floor by Alex and Paul. There were a couple of after-market items we liked, and they were able to accommodate and add them while keeping us in the price range we desired.We brought the vehicle back to have the items installed. Walter (Service Advisor) Is absolutely outstanding; we have been extremely pleased and Alex has been great every step of the way to ensure we are happy with our purchase. The customer service was absolutely top-notch at every step; from the sale of the vehicle; the follow-up; and the service. Although we live more than an hour away, we will definitely be looking to Momentum for the purchase of our next vehicle. Great job!

I was involved in a seven car pileup and my car was totaled! Dealing with all this. plus. insurance deductibles. plus .not enough money to pay off my loan.plus. coming up with a down payment .plus. only a few days of having a rental car. plus. trying to work made getting an other vehicle impossible! I gave this terrible task to Randy Y. and he told me he could work it all out not to panic. Well I was panicking!! He was calm, resourceful, and knew how to handle my situation, and he can handle yours too. Dont have a car or have been told you cant get one? He will sort it all out... Everyone here was Fabulous ! I wish I had read the reviews. I am currently getting the run around on promised fix items on my contracts due bill. First was told the parts had been ordered, then how they are waiting for the confirmation on the color on the part, and then how funds had taken longer to approve for the purchase of the part (s). Now, Im being told by parts that we are still waiting for the part and the sales man is telling me the funds havent even been approved. Im starting to feel like I was scammed rather than given a good deal. Carlos the salesman lied about the part being ordered and the manager mike lied on how long it would take. Be cautious because they almost did not include the work in the due bill until I told them to include it. At least this way if i end up suing I have it on my contract. Please be very careful. If i dont get any resolutions soon I will be looking to take legal action. The dealership was quick to take my money for down payment. I even paid sooner than required.

I highly recommend never coming here for anything. I had an appointment for service for a recall and it took an hour for them to even pull the truck in. Go somewhere else even if its a far ways away. I wish I could give it -5 stars. 1 star is being very generous.

I would literally never buy from here!!! -10 stars if I could rate them that. They owe me a warranty refund. At first I was patient because on the cancellation refund document it said please allow 8 weeks=2 months. Two months passed, than I contacted the dealership to ask for information in regards to my refund at the 11 week mark. I finally was able to contact the cancellation warranty manager they forgot to send the check out... Now its been about 16 weeks and supposedly the company has sent out the check but I still have no check arrival to my lien holder. In addition, I never get a call back & no one ever answers the phone. I keep calling everyday. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I have resulted to open a investigation claim from the bank because the check has never arrived and the dealership claims they sent it however; can not provide a tracking number. Suspicious ... I feel like they see you as a woman and dismiss having a conversation. I had to involve my Male friend and had him come talk to the dealer and they finally provided a check number. The refund amount is over $2,000. Please never buy a car from here they are not honest nor efficient.

I was contacted by the sales manager on my original post he said they would follow through it was a hellcat t-shirt they never did. Not impressed with dealership to shady for me

I would just like to say what a great experience I had at momentum Dodge of Fairfield. As soon as I walked in I got to meet Nora and Alex they did an awesome job on getting me a new Dodge Challenger. They are willing to do anything to help you get into that new vehicle thanks guy for your hard work and keep up the good job I would recommend seeing them if your looking to buy.

Sorry for the rant but this has been a headache. Going on 2 1/2 months and still not resolved, just excuses.It wont let me give a ZERO STARS or I would. In my opinion, do yourself a favor, GET YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE else, or risk a BIG headache. Ive bought many cars before so I was patient with their typical tactics and tricks.I should have read the reviews before buying at Fairfield Dodge, big mistake not to read them, 2.5 out of 5 wouldve stopped me. They took almost a month to pay off my trade, which made a payment late, I havent had a late payment on anything, I mean anything, for 15 years. How I found out was the bank called me because Id never been late and they were concerned. After I explained the situation US Bank was good enough to waive the late fee but they still needed the pay-off. Fairfield Dodge finally paid but WERE $280 SHORT, which of course will make the next payment late, so GUESS WHO HAS TO PAY THE $280? ....I PAY IT OR IT CAN AFFECT MY CREDIT, ( AND I DID END UP PAYING SO IT DIDNT DING MY CREDIT), Now I will need to try to get that money back from Momentum Dodge.Now Im seriously concerned about how theyre going to handle (or lie about) that lifetime powertrain warranty in the future, they may not be in business much longer with this kind of customer service.

We purchased a brand new vehicle on July 21st. I purchased it as an out of state purchase as we are located in Utah. The dealership was what you would expect at first, they wanted our business and would do whatever necessary to get us committed. We met in Reno to pick up the vehicle and I was told my plates should be there within 30 days. I have had to buy 2 temp permits while waiting for these plates. I have tried contacting the dealership on several occasions. I have tried the salesman I initially worked with, the finance employee, and the title clerks. NO ONE IS RESPONDING! We are 2 months in and the lender has no record of the title and the DMV in Utah still has not received a title. I manage a large fleet for our business and I purchase at minimum 5 vehicles a year. I have never worked with a dealership that has been so difficult to get straight answers from and to get done what they promised. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE FOLLOW UP!

Nora responded to my inquiry right away, and we made an appointment to suit me. When I arrived Nora welcomed me, Izzy showed me the car I was interested in, answered all my questions, and we then got down to business - no sales pitch, just matter of fact business transaction. Charles, Alex, Juan, et. al. were very welcoming. The finance man explained my options, but did not pressure me to buy anything. The car was detailed really quite nicely before I left, something you dont always get.

The Worst. Momentum as a whole is incapable of providing any type of proper customer service. Please, for the love of all that is good go somewhere else.Normal story of how the dealership doesn’t care after you sign your paperwork. This dealership can’t keep track of it’s paperwork and lets “hold checks” get deposited after everything is paid up. Dealership management ineffective in taking responsibility to own their mistake and see a problem gets fixed. They continually, over several weeks, told us to call the “Back Office” people but unable to provide names or extensions. Our salesman fell off the face of the earth and wouldn’t respond.The “Back Office” is based out the of the Toyota Dealership and the dealership people did not have a list of extensions for the various departments. Had to call back several times to get the right voicemail. Then the voicemails we would leave would go unanswered for days to weeks. It took the “Back Office” 1.5 months from the time a reimbursement check was cut/signed by them to be mailed to us.Our “hold check” was deposited, which it shouldn’t have been because we paid our down payment. The check bounced, no one from Momentum was willing to make a phone call to stop the check, their bank tried again and it bounced a second time and we received a phone call from a collections company.

Went there with my daughter-in-law to finalize paperwork for her car and ended up getting my own! I was forced to buy the last car I purchased and Randy turned it all around. I left that dealership in the car that I’ve always wanted things to Randy. Randy and Alex took care of everything I had to do was sit back and wait to drive my car off the lot. Wow what can I say. As soon as I got out of my car I was greeted by a warm and friendly saleman by the Name of Christopher Elder. He did not pressure me one bit but instead led me on a patient tour of vehicles until I saw the car that was amazingly stunning. A 2015 Grand Cherokee limited. We test drove and Chris was able to answer every one of my questions and blew me away. He helped me realize that not only did I want that car but I needed it! He and the The floor Manager Malik made this experience the best I could ever imagine. Wow such a positive feeling. Thanks guys I would recommend any and everyone to this dealership and to see Chris!

I advise to avoid Dodge Momentum who just want to scam customers!Brought my car for an emergency brake cable replacement. Walter gave me a $655 cost which I declined as I thought this price was not accurate.I went online and found that for my car the price is normally between $152 and $318 !Too many issues with these guys and this brand. For sure my next car will not be a Dodge, a Chrysler or a Jeep... and also not from Momentum!

I dont recommend anyone to go buy a car at this dealership. If it was free r me I wouldnt give them any stars. They have horrible customer service. We got a truck three months ago and we had a deal that if I got the truck they were going to give me rims and tires. To this day we havent received anything. They just have us going back and forth and not giving us clear answers. They say in 10 days we will receive the tires and rims, but nothing just empty promises.

Excellent service! My Jeep Grand Cherokee air suspension stopped working while I was in town on business. I called Monday morning, got an appointment for later that day. My car wasfixed just two days later. Sice then I drove it accross county without a single problem.

Did not inform me of my warranty. Tried to get me to pay $860 for broken parts and did not disclose that I was under warranty. Called back everyday for 5 straight days and no answer, no call back after 2 voicemails to Service and Finance.Jeep Momentum of Fairfield is what you think of when you hear sleazy car sales people.When I purchased my vehicle initially, they had me sign every box with no explanation that I was being charged an extra $8000. After 2 weeks of driving the car they called me and said I have to return it as my loan was not approved for $48000. The car was $40000 after taxes however. I went back and took a look and saw the extra 8 grand added in services that are completely useless, and forced them to take it off. After this, I was then approved.This dealership is full of snakes and scum.

Recently had an oil change done on my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 and was charged $217 to diagnose an oil leak that was already diagnose. If the filter is leaking and Im getting an oil change done anyways whats the point of the diagnose? $168 for nothing.

NEVER COME HERE. Dropped my car off here at 7:30am. Shuttle took me to the mall. No updates. Called to check in at 10am. Was told the mechanic was away from his stall and I would be called right back. No updates. Called back to check in at 11:30am. Rude call center lady gave me the service advisors voicemail. Voicemail box was full. Called back and asked for the shuttle. Was told they didnt have the part needed to repair my vehicle and they tried calling me back twice but the calls wouldnt go through. And so... what? You gave up trying to reach me entirely? Anyways Its a week later. They have the part. I had another appointment scheduled for this morning at 8am. Ive been sitting in this waiting room for 5 hours and they have yet to begin work on my vehicle. So again, NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE. DONT DO IT. Unless youre like me and you possess godlike patience and restraint. They were nice people for the most part, but cmon! Ridiculous.

Avoid Randy at all cost. Went to this dealership to get a truck, turns out him and his manager, who he would not provide a name to, lies about the prices, tells me that I dont know what Im talking about even when I showed him their own websites deal. Everyone there is shady, incompetent, ignorant and will intentionally misrepresent any facts just to get you to the dealership. Their sales manager, Tony, older man, bald, beer belly, Hispanic looking, even yells across the sales floor throwing f-bombs, tells me to leave and never come back and slams the door on me. Three times. He even took the liberty to poke his head out just to yell at my entire family, who was also present, and repeat to slam the door. Do yourself a favor, go to Hoblit at Woodland, Chopra there will show you what a good and honest dealer should look like.

I am very upset.. I bought a new grand cherokee about 2 years ago 2017 around September. With my purchased deal I had 2 years of free oil change through Momentum. I needed an oil change today and I come to find out momentum went our of business... WHAT????!!! Never got an email or letter explaining this or who would take care of my vehicle now if I had any issues with my car. With the purchase of my vehicle my transmission and engine are covered as longest I am the owner of the vehicle which this is why I bought a Jeep. Since I couldnt get a hold of them or the Jeep Crysler in Vallejo I called the one in Napa. Spoke to a manager name Walter. He explained to me the engine and transmission warranty coverage offered by momentum is still in effective but it will be through a third party now. As for the 8 months left of free oil changes Walter said unfortunately theres nothing that can be done. Wow! Correction I never signed for a third party to look at my car. These people false advertised and breach of contract. If I were told their damn business was going to declare bankrupt I would have never purchased a vehicle there..I would had purchased a Toyota instead. Liars and thiefs.

EVERYBODY there was so nice, and literally they did everything they could to make me a member of the #dodge family. I told them my price range, and they delivered. I bought a 2014 jeep patriot ruby off this place . It had a hairline crack in the head a twisted frame and car facts were doctored to cover it was in a accident. It started over heating the next day I had it . I call the dealer back the next day to tell them to take it back.They said no. I kept trying to get them to do something about this lemon they sold me for months. They would not return my calls for months I tried to get them on the phone. I even had to go in person about 15 times before they said they put in their shop for repairs. They had it for over a month. They gave me a bowered car to use to get to work. While I waited for the jeep to be repaired, I got a ticket in there borrowed car for expired tags. I took it to the dealer, they said they wood take care of the ticket. They didnt and never told me. I didnt know until I get a court order for failure to appear months letter. I had moved so it had taken months to catch up with me by mail. By this time I had a heart problem that didnt allow me to travel. Mean time they call me a month later. To pick up jeep. No one was around to let me know what they fixed. I waited 2 hours while they ran around trying to find someone that new what they were doing. No someone showed up to talk to me. So they gave me the keys and said I could go, without any paperwork at all. It started overheating by the time I got home. So I tried to call left mutliable messages. No one returned my calls. This has went on for a couple years now. It has set in the garage all this time . I kept the payments as long as I could. Between in and out of the shop and thousands of dollars spent to try and fix it. They told me it keep going through drive axles because its been in a accident. They found out it overheard cus the head was cracked. Plus it was going to blow a head gasket. Finally I told finance company to come and get it. I work with as long as I could. They refused to pick it up cus they no its not worth anything. Its in my garage since Dec. 2017. I bought 1/31/17. Even though its listed as a repo on my credit report. This has caused my credit to drop from 650 to 475. If anyone knows of a attorney that will go after monument let know . They have ripped me off and I would never tell someone to buy from them . They are so big even bad reviews dont make a difference to them . Buy the traffic ticket is still pending, because they still have not responded. And I a ticket on the jeep to for not getting the tags in the mail until Nov. 2017 . I couldnt get them to return calls about that also. They should be called rip off motors.

Went in to buy a car that was within my budget. Told them to go through my bank, I was pre approved for an amount in which I could pay for. Instead they ran my credit multiple times with several different financial institutions, charged me 3x what I was approved for. There was NO price tag on the window so I did not know how much the car cost. They said they would go through my bank and take care of me while sticking within my budget, instead they screwed me over. And then had me come back to sign contracts 3 different times, before signing the 3rd time I told them I dont want the car anymore and now they say I am stuck with the car which I can not afford because they did not stick with my pre approved amount. I will definitely be contacting consumer affairs and the better business bureau. Worst car dealership experience I have ever encountered. I do not recommend

If I could give no stars I would! Seriously the WORST car dealership I’ve been to, we waited nearly three weeks to trade in our vehicle. Every week was an excuse “you need a co-signer, etc” But we went the day before and they told us that everything was okay and we were ready for our new vehicle. But NORA called saying nothing got approved. Meaning this entire time they were leading us to think we were getting the car. She kept saying that my husband needed to fill out his paperwork ALL OVER AGAIN and when I asked why she said she didn’t have any access and they lost the file. Next day comes and she says she has his file... THE WORST DEALERSHIP! Thanks to Alex & AB for trying to help us out.

I own a 2015 ram 1500 4x4. From week one I have had an issue with check engine light coming on. It would throw an EVAP CODE . Something to do with fuel system. I had taken my truck to two different dealerships for warranty service of problem. Truck was in shop more that 10 times in over just a year.I finally took it to monument dodge. They found the problem that has plagued truck . It was a pinched EVAP LINE at fuel tank and frame. At first they said $800 to fix. Then realized it came from factory that way . NO CHARGE. After over a year of problems ... I should have gone to them first!! GREAT EXPERIENCE with them

My wife and I drove to this dealership with a certificate she received from THEM(MOMENTUM JEEP) through her corporate perks program showing a MSRP that they would not honor. They handed us off to 4 different people, gave us the run and wasted our whole afternoon. The guy trying to help us had no idea about the car he was trying to sell. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THEY WILL NOT HONOR ANY CERTIFICATE OR ONLINE MSRP GUARANTEE. We called several times asking to speak to the GM or VP and neither of them called us back to explain their policy. BAIT and SWITCH PERIOD!

Buyers please be aware, I purchased a car that had been involved in an accident that was not disclosed. Despite the broke rear passenger mirror and passenger door not flush to the rest of the body. Had the 125 pt certified inspection been performed they might have found that out. Two thousand and six hundred dollars worth of damages is not being taken seriously. Wrap around warranty they say is optional, is not. Car had blown subwoofer and they didnt deliver on the promised 2nd key. Shady, shady, shady practices

I brought my car for service. Besides keeping car overnight without permission, the dealership charge me for diagnostic of break services that was normal and tried to recommend resurfacing break pads and rotors that was in good condition. Dealership is untrustworthy. Shop somewhere else!

I got a car from them back on may, its been hell today i got a letter from dmv saying my car is not registered yet. I dont really know how many times i drive to this dealership1st they told i need to return the car after 2 months(they never find a bank, my file was under the desk), after that they decide to do an in-house loan, i have to do payments directly to the dealership, they dont send statement or anythingToday i got the letter from the dmv about the vehicle noy been register to dmv, i dont really know how many times i call this place to get help.Easy2sellcars but after that no more customer service.Noone was able to help, i talk to ben, ruben etc.

Yep you sure do need to watch out for Randy hes a janky car dealer dont want to do no deals with him so they send you flyers in the mail every month with incentives for you to come in for the prize that you want by pulling the tabs so you get there and Randy he put you off once you to come back the next day before he gives you your prize you go back the next day he still janky about it he wants to give you a smartwatch which was on the last months flyer they sent out for the gift so this meant sales flyer the incentives were 25000 cash 70 in TV or $100 gift card well I went in there two days in a row still never got a gift and the sad part is I really wanted the Dodge Journey. But he got all weird like I will give you a smartwatch its like no I dont want a smartwatch its not what the thats from last month so what it came down to is if I didnt buy his vehicle you didnt get the gift well sorry to say if that was the deal then you can shove the Dodge right where the sun dont shine I will go someplace else thats not the only Dodge Journey in town .

Took my information went to speak to sales manager and presented me a monthly payment, and no idea how much the vehicle cost. I requested my paper work back and left. They will give you the runaround everytime you step into the door. Some of the people are extremely rude and very pushy and become visibly upset when you dont do what they want. They have a makeshift paintbooth outside with nothing but a few pieces of tarp and one side completely open. They are more trouble than theyre worth. Youre better off going somewhere else if you dont want to be bsd all day.

I just had my Jeep serviced here for a safety recall. I am very happy with the service. I have been trying to get into the Napa Jeep Dealership because it is closer, and they dont even return my calls. Veronica from the Fairfield Dealership called me right back and got me a prompt appointment. They fixed the recall problem, checked out my whole Jeep for free, checked my tire pressure and set it for free, and gave me a complimentary car wash for free.. This might sound like the normal service to some people, but Napa does nothing for free accept try to sell you a new car while telling you yours is junk. I was given a printout of suggested things that need fixed with no pressure to get it done ASAP... I am very happy with my service, and will bring my Jeep and PT Cruiser back to this dealership for service. Thank-You!!!

I called this place on a Monday about getting my transmission fluid checked guy answered told me it would only be $25 plus the cost of any fluid they needed to add so I set up appointment have my wife go down and take car she calls me saying there trying to charge her $170 ...they think cause she’s a woman she’s stupid and don’t know she calls me I say hell no there saying it’s a special transmission that takes an hour to check the fluid .....so I take it to the Vacaville dealer and what do I know I only pay $30 plus the cost of transmission fluid they had to add I don’t recommend anyone take there cars here they are a rip off and think they can change whatever price they want and when I talk to them on the phone they said u should of wrote down the guys name u talked to...seriously didn’t think I needed to I would highly recommend taking your cars to Vacaville Dodge totally worth the extra 10 mike drive who knows how much there Ripping off others on car purchases and repairs .....and not to mention the waste of time my wife had taken time off work and everything just to go there and have them try to cheat her out of $180 I think that’s ridiculous I mean if u want to pay 180 for a transmission fluid check go here they will love u

If I can’t rate this 0 starts I would. It’s totally a waste of time, I bought a car here brand new 2017 it’s under warranty and been diagnosed and popped up 23 codes and still couldn’t get a loaner. I’m stuck commuting to work without my car and using Uber that’s extra money on top of me making my payments and not being able to use my car. I don’t remcommened this place to anyone. I just recently purchased a dodge Challenger from Fairfield Dodge, and I will never do business there again. Had I read all the bad experiences others have had before going there I would have paid much better attention to things. But I didnt, and I am paying for it! I went in and the salesman showed me a couple of 2015 Challengers but they had race stripes on the sides and I wasnt crazy about that look. So he said he had a 2014 and did I care if it wasnt brand new. I said I would look at it, and what I saw I really liked. So I took it for a test drive and was interested in it. I asked how much and he said 25,000 which was a little high compared to one I saw on Craigs list but I felt buying from a dealer was the better way to go. I had another appointment at Toyota that same day so I told the salesman I would think about it. Well he then asked me if we could throw some numbers around and find a payment plan that would fit my budget. I told him I would put down 5000 and he said that I would be financing about 22,500 after tax and license. I said I would like the payment to be 350 to 400 a month. After a bit he came and said could I do 468.00 and I said I would really like something lower. So he then came back and said they found someone who would go 2.99% and payments would be 370.00. I really liked the car so I said yes. Well they had us sit in the showroom and wait for about 20 or 30 min. while they got the paperwork ready. Then we were called into an office and the guy(I cant bring myself to call him gentleman) started shoving papers at us with highlights where we needed to sign and asked us to sign all the places marked. He never even took the time to explain anything and just kept shoving more papers at us. There were several pages and some that needed to be signed in 4 and 5 different areas. When we finally got finished the guy led us out and they gave us our copies of the paperwork and the keys. So off I drove in the new car and really liking it. Well when I got home and started looking over the paperwork (I know I should have read before signing anything) I was stunned to see that even after putting 5000 down I was financing over 28,000 still. Well I then noticed the price they put was 29,995!!!!So the next morning I got up and headed down there and the salesman that sold me the car came to me and asked if things were ok. I asked him how much did you tell me the car was going to be and he said 25,000. I told him what I was charged and he had another guy come to talk to me. When I told him about it, he said he didnt know why we were told 25,000 because the price was 29,995 and when he went to show me on the internet he said he could not find it probably because the car had been sold! There was no price sticker on the car when I drove it either. Well he then told me I could have some 19.95 product for free and maybe throw in 3 free oil changes. I told him I wouldnt trust them with my car for anything if that is how they do business. When got home I was so angry I went on the website and was going to complain and started reading other peoples complaints and of course I am not the only one they have lied to and screwed out of money. So I know to late that from now on, do not trust what anyone says-READ THE PAPERWORK!!!!! This dealership is giving Dodge a bad name though!

No recommendation from us! We purchased our Ram Truck here in July, at the same time, we purchased a tonneau cover to be installed by the dealer, we were assured that the dealership would be contacting us to arrange for the installation. 2 weeks go by and no contact, I call to find out when we can bring the truck it in to have it installed and I get bounced around from department to department leaving messages and being told that I have to contact a different department to find out the status. I finally get ahold of someone who checks the computer and Im told there is no record of the order being placed. But that someone would call me back. After a month of no communication, during which, I dont have time to call and leave more messages, but still hadnt gotten any call back, we decide to cancel the order. I call our sales person to arrange for that, somone calls me and says, no problem, we will process it And Mail the check to you. 2 weeks go by and no check. I went to the dealership to cancel the order and get a refund, because at this point, I really dont want the cover from them, I was told that they will process the return, give them 2 weeks, its been 2weeks but I have yet to get my money back. Save yourselves the headache and go somewhere else!

Ram Trucks are fantastic vehicles. Just beware of from whom you purchase!In November 2016, I purchased what was represented as a NEW 2016 Ram 1500 Rebel. The vehicle was obtained in a dealer trade from Momentum Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fairfield, CA. Prior to the vehicle being traded, it had been burglarized and damaged. Momentum Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fairfield, CA. traded the vehicle to AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Roseville, CA. and concealed the fact that the dash had been pried apart to get to the radio/navigation system and that the electrical wiring harness had been severed.Momentum did not repair the vehicle. It was reported by the service manager of AutoNation that the wiring harness had been taped together, the dash re-installed with mis-matched screws, and there were bare electrical wires hanging loose under the dash.After being contacted by AutoNation, Momentum admitted to the facts and agreed to pay for the repairs after they were caught!REALLY!!!! Too little too late! Time for me to be made whole!!!!!

Worst place Ive ever purchased a vehicle from. (although my sells person Carlos was excellent and really tried to help resolve my issues and my service rep George & Rocky was great very caring. It seems like every service rep that actually cares about the customer either end up leaving or they fire. The car had tons of recalls which they didnt want to replace. Gave me the run-around tried to get me to go to Vallejo to handle my recall issues. I spoke with the Manager J.T. who was very rude and had a total disregard for me as a customer must long an human being. I have brought my vehicle in for the last 1 year trying to get a n a transmission recall fixed. Ive being lied to by the service dept, J.T the and New service rep Filley . About a month ago, I brought my car back in again on the same Transmission recall, the airbag light stating check airbags and an for an Oil change. I called the dealership to cancel the oil change but nothing else and was told sure I pickup my vehicle and nothing had been done. They claim I cancelled everything without even confirming. Ok, brought it back the next day, picked it up still nothing done my service rep was the most rudest, unprofessional, nasty person Ive ever conducted business with. Filley told me I had to pay for rewiring of the airbag system (which is actually on recall) and if I brought the vehicle back I had to pay up front before leaving. He handed me my keys and told me to find my car. My sales person tried to help by calling him because he actually left to go home but to no avail. The next day again, a Finance Director Anna Trobmbini thank you Anna you did your best over heard my issue and tried to help by looking up the recalls on my vehicle and confirmed that indeed not only the transmission was on recall but the airbag system as well she spoke with the Manager J.T who promised to get me a rental car with no charge and get these issues resolved. Again third day, dropped off my vehicle spoke with J.T. and he told me he did not authorize me a rental, and anyway there are no rentals left over at the Toyota dealership, I asked for my invoice from the day before to confirm the airbag system needed rewiring they did not have a worksheet. I should him the confirmation of the initial appointment with all work to be done and asked why was I not called to confirm anything. I could not offer an explanation regarding the confirmation email nor apologized for the numerous time I took off from work to handle my car issues. He basically told me oh well tough luck and get out. This place needs a whole new management team as well as customer service reps. I dont even understand why they are still open with the way they treat people. One star because of Carlos my sales person and Anna.

OKAY SO BEFORE I GET STARTED (DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP) they are full of crap.......... So in less than 1year me & my family has purchased (3) over priced Vehicles from them & have yet tried to stay loyal but every time it seems like the deal went great something big happens so we just purchased a 2007 Chevy from them & I gave them a check to (HOLD) on behalf of my older brother after a few days I go to the bank to do some business & they had deposited my check causing me $70 in fees Ive banked with my bank since 2006 & have never had an issue with them so I went to the dealership on Thursday night to show then sales office what had happened Joe as always tried to help & apologized multiple times unsure as to why this had happened but would take care of it Fridays so they poor new finance girl calls me sweet as she is not knowing that my check had been cashed & paid PS IM On my way! TO BARRIE MY UNCLE @ the time of the call 3rd relative in a week & a half so yeah I may have been a little emotional so after we spoke I told her I want & need my check TODAY this was Friday around 2:20PM she said okay Mr. Thomas I got you show up to the dealership around 8:15PM no one knew what the heck I was there for so they asked me to come back Saturday shell be there around 11 okay cool no problem so On my way! To the dealership I get a call from Carlos my sells guy asking me when Im coming in to purchase my car & yes I do need a new car granted Ive had issues in the pass & now present I would much rather deal with the issues @ hand then get a new car yes I still deal with them because they take care of you for the most part but @ the same time after you have a big issue......... So once I arrived to the dealership they now begin to BS me Oh its the weekend & our business office is closed on the weekend & I was like okay but we spoke during business hours yesterday & I was told they would take care of it yesterday so after being messed around & played with YES I THEN GOT VERY UPSET & YES I WAS YELLING IN THE SELLS OFFICE WITH EVERY RIGHT ITS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA & THIS IS MY COUNTRY I HAVE FREE WILL TO SAY WHAT I WANT, WHEN I WANT so Ray the DEALERSHIP MANAGER then yelled back then after seeing the fact they were wrong they wanted me to leave LOL FUNNY but leave why (BECAUSE WE HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS & YOURE YELLING OKAY SO WHAT) RAY TELLS HIS SELLS PEOPLE TO (REMOVE ME) okay so with that being said about 6 guys begin to touch me & try to remove me out of the store so after I said now you have a much bigger problem Im going to SUE you he picks up the phone & calls the police & lied & said I assaulted (CHARLES) not @ all look @ me & look @ him he grabbed me @ Rays command & tried to through me out in Rays Words so they tried to cover their ASSES with a police call & report after they again WRONGED ME YOU DONT PUT YOUR HANDS ON PEOPLE PERIOD & LITTLE DID THEY KNOW MY PHONE WAS RECORDING THE WHOLE THING IM SMARTER THAN THEY THOUGHT TRUST ME IM NOT JUST GOING TO ATTACK SOMEONE NOT ME & IM KNOWN BY MANY THAT WOULD SAY THE SAME (PS IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH DRAMA FREE SELL THIS IS NOT THE PLACE)............ On May 4, 2015 at around 9 am I had my 2012 Jeep Compass Sport towed to Jeep Momentum of Fairfield because my car wouldnt start. Upon arrival I went straight to the technician repair section of the dealership to find out what was wrong with my Jeep.The technician said that the starter and alternator went out and that these are major problems not covered by warranty and because I just purchased the Jeep last year the car is faulty on their end and my only options are to trade the vehicle in for something similar. I traded the vehicle in for a 2010 Dodge Journey, signed the contract and told the finance man that was helping me that I accidentally signed saying I didnt want the cooling off period added, when i actually did want it. He said that thats okay he will charge me 250$ for it and itll be in the 500$ i pay today. I asked him if i should cross out my signature and he said not to and that as long as I pay the 500$ today I would be fine.When I got home I called the dealership and told them I had two questions. My first question was who were they getting to finance the new car because Id really prefer to have Chase Bank finance it. My second question was could I come in and get a detailed print out of what was wrong with the Jeep. I came in and was given the run around, they told me I couldnt get a print out here, Id need to go speak to a technician, then they said id need to speak to a manager. I sat down with the manager Joe and he immediately told me that there is no cooling off period in California and that Im stuck with the vehicle. I explained to him that that isnt what im here for, im here for the two documents I requested. After bringing in the head manager Ray, and I discussed all the issues. Joe then told me that he wasnt going to give me the name of the finance company because he didnt want me to call and tell them bad things. He then told me he isnt taking the car back. I again explained to him that thats not what im here for. After getting nowhere i told them that I would be right back because i had to pick up my daughter from daycare.I returned back and sat down with Joe again and Anna. Within a few seconds Joe slams down a cancellation contract and tells me to sign and then to get out. I tell him i have no problem with canceling the contract just as long as i get my broken jeep back and can walk away from this nightmare. I then sign the cancellation contract, i get my carbon copy and i leave to go outside. I ask another employee standing outside will they lift the garage so i can get my jeep towed home. he tells he they cant tonight because they need GM approval to to call tomorrow morning first thing.I call and am told by Joe to come in they got me at a lower interest rate all i need to do is sign a new contract i tell them i;m not signing a new contract i want my jeep back Ive already signed the cancellation agreement. he tells me in these exact words were a car dealership, we dont return cars.So as of today i have the 2010 dodge journey and they still have my jeep, i have the cancellation agreement and i havent heard from them since. My sister spoke to them 5/5/15 around 7 pm and was yelled at and told that the deal is final. Out of this all I would like is my broken Jeep compass, my 500$ and to not have to deal with them anymore because I have already signed the cancellation contract.-Diamond Walker

My Chrysler Town and Country was recalled for a ignition problem momentum Chrysler would not put me on a waiting list for the parts to come in they said call in every 2 to 3 weeks I finally had to take my Chrysler Town and Country to Stuart Chrysler in Daly City to get the recall warranty work done I would never go back to momentum for any service in the future this is possibly the worst dealership Ive ever had to deal with

Purchased a brand new 2017 Jeep Cherokee latitude,3.2L V6, on July 4, 2017. I was promised by the Kevin, finance rep., Robert, the sales manager, and Terrence, my car sales person that the very first or initial oil change is free and does not need to be written up on the car sales contract after I repeatedly ask them about it..However after 9 months, I brought in my car for an oil change, and I was very disappointed when the service advisor informed me that the free oil change is no longer being honored under the new management.
