This was my first time in a Hobby Lobby.I just ran in for a large cookie cutter for Empanadas. I will definitely be going back to spend the day in the store.Employees were very nice and really helpful.

No matter what craft idea I get, I go to hobby lobby and ALWAYS find what I need. Everyone Ive encountered so far are VERY VERY nice and polite. SUPER helpful as well.

I love this place! I havent been in one since I lived in Texas. Same quality with a dash of faith mixed into their merchandise. Anything I could ever want, I believe I could find it here. Friendly employees and a neat and tidy store. Closed on Sundays.

Customer service was on point! Walked in and was greeted right away. I ask the first person I seen where to find hardware for drawers and she actually walked me to the section I needed. Wish I got her name but all and all my first time there and will be back very soon. Did I mention what I bought was also 50% off.....deals on top of deals at this store!

Hobby lobby are all great shops. Just wish they all would keep a similar floorplan. I get lost inside them . But usually you can find what your after if your into hobby-able habits .

Love this store. They have everything one needs to complete a project. One thing they need is the store manager or supervisor to be more proactive with customers instead of a steady stream of gossip at the front doors.I understand the need to talk with other employees, but feel it should be done in the lunchroom. This seems to be a common thing at the Fairfield store..On a fairer note; this store is really equipt for the holidays!

Store is Nice and wide. From model rocket ship to home decor this place is the place to get your supplies for any hobby.

Nice place but I do have one major problem with it. A lot of the things seem to be just randomly put around the place. Like done item I was looking for was in three different places on the store and sometimes found on random endcaps.

Like a candy store for moms who are do it ourselves and into crafts. Love love love it

They have a little bit of everything but alot of it. anything you can think of doing craft wise, they have it. think of Michaels but 9x bigger... and better. they can be a bit over priced for some items but for the most part they are a good bargain.

My wife loves it! Like a giant Michaels.

This place has so much stuff that I never even thought would be considered hobby stuff. Cool store...employees are friendly and store is clean. My wife doesnt like all the prices as she was says stuff is cheaper elsewhere...but they DO have EVERYTHING...so it is quite the one stop shop for the hobby game.

Sewing and fabrics department!Caisey was very helpful in the fabrics department. There were plenty of lines open and they moved pretty quickly. Hobby lobby has a full sewing department! Hancocks in Vallejo closed and Michaels doesnt carry sewing supplies.

Lots of crafting and home decor. But they told me very adamantly that they do not do Halloween at all..only Autumn/ Harvest

I like hobby lobby than MichaelsI feel like its more organized and much cleaner and definitely more inviting.

Can be difficult to find an employee to ask for help, but otherwise, I really enjoy this store and they have a large and fun selection of craft items and decor for the home.

First time there. the staff was friendly and welcoming. A lot of home goods from the kitchen knick-knacks to decorative lawn and garden items. Arts and crafts as well. I was a little disappointed in the choices of RC items. there was not a large selection.

Well it was my first time to go to hobby lobby. It had more quality and more quantity than the other stores i have been to. I was there for a short time because I saw the hobby lobby sign while going to a appointment. The help was great. I will be there sometime soon.

Anyone that has shopped Hobby Lobby knows its a great experience. Its like being in a candy store and for me its every single time. Always finding new things depending on the season. One thing I realized was if you see it you better buy it. Because the next time you visit, it might be sold out. They do have candy. Need help in the store and getting to your car, just ask.

If you cant find what you need at Hobby Lobby, you dont need it.We needed a replacement glass for a 4x6 picture frame ended up with a pack of 5 frames for less than I thought the glass would cost

I cant stop coming here! They have a wide variety of so many home decor items and arts & crafts materials. Great deals to take advantage of regularly. If you love arts and crafts or decorating your home be sure to set a firm budget because you can easily fall in love with so many things and exceed what you meant to spend.😂

Great place to go to find some unusual gifts that you wouldnt find any other stores. In the people that work there a very helpful and very kind.

I’ve shopped at hobby lobby plenty of times and this time I had a horrible experience. The customer service was TERRIBLE. The person who rung me up happened to be the assistant manager and her attitude was horrible. Made me and my mother not want to come back. Customer service needs a lot of work.

Extraordinary amount of crafting paraphernalia and decor from and for every season at you fingertips. Christmas trees in all shapes and sizes in August for those of us that cant wait. In store and online deals at 40% off and coupons to use for the rare item that isnt on sale. Truly an hour or two visual and tactile vacation.

First time visit. This store is huge! Thankfully the staff is extremely helpful. I was able to find what I was looking for thanks to two staffers in two different sections. With COVID-19 regulations it has become more difficult and time consuming to shop. Not the case here. Cashiers were very accommodating and there were enough of them. I will be returning as I noticed some very cool Christmas decorations.

This store has something for everyone! Whether you are a crafter or someone who likes to buy completed decorations, they also have unique gifts too! We spent over an hour in this store and Im still not sure we saw everything, cant wait to go back!

We Love Hobby Lobby! It has something for everyone, young or old, men or women..Its hard to find something they dont have. Its also very hard to just run in and out with the one thing you needed. You can literally lose an afternoon here. The people that work there are pleasant and helpful. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was because, Ive been in several times now, there is always a line to checkout and it takes so long to checkout. If I only have two or three items Im waiting such a long time that I change my mind and leave without what I wanted. Also, while I applaud Hobby lobby for having a good old fashioned fabric counter where they handwrite the tickets, it also takes a long time if there are others ahead with multiple cuts.Like I said though, those are the only things that keep me from going in more often. It might be a good thing for me otherwise Id be there everyday!

Tried another location after being ignored in the Concord store a few years ago..A nice lady directed me to where I would find a cettain item I needed. A young man was unloading a box of stuff right where I needed to look. I apologized to him saying I needed to get to something..He huffed out of the way like I was really bothering him..And immediately got on his cell phone..He didnt say a word..When I was done getting what I needed I said Sorry I bothered you.....Still not a word from him..He was a young man..No interest at all in customer service or kindness! Wont be returning to this store ever! Twice is enough for me..Horrible let down!!!

Nice enough store... like another version of Michaels... It was way too busy and to they were stocking during a busy time of day on a Saturday which made it worse and way less appealing. Not only were their people literally on every isle but boxes too... so 6ft apart wasnt achievable. :( Iwill have to go back another time... I wasnt overly impressed but Ill give another try...
